Employees were Very helpful.They made sure I found Everything I was looking for. And what they didnt carry in stock, they helped me find it elsewhere. That was impressive.

I adore Michaels! My partner takes me here on dates sometimes because its always a pleasure going and the deals are amazing. The employees are so incredibly sweet and welcoming. Definitely recommend for anyone who loves crafts, home decor, and anything else involving art!

Had a wonderful shopping trip at North Pointe Plaza Michaels location. The staff was very friendly and informative. They were super nice when asked for price checks, even though it was busy. The store was, clean, well stocked, and they had all their sanitation devices in place. I go to this location almost everytime Im in town. I Love It! I also love Michaels rewards program. As far as Michaels goes this one kind of sucks. Dirty and unorganized. I can at least say that employee that rang me up was very nice.

This was my first time at this location and it was busy. I will say the art supplies I needed were in different areas and there was very little help trying to find the things I needed. I had to ask a customer who was helpful. The prices were fairly reasonable and there were a lot of items out which is probably due to school starting. I did only give 3 stars because it was hard to find someone to help out but I will try this location in the near future.

Michaels on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston is an excellent source for all things arts and crafts all in one place. This Michaels is well managed and organized and it is easy to find exactly what you are looking for thanks to well labeled sections. I enjoy shopping here and can accomplish all of my shopping goals. The staff here is very nice and willing to help you when you need it.

This is my favorite craft store in the area! The sales and coupons make scoring deals here easy. I love their selection of Cricut items and their tshirts (I only wished they carried 2XL). Their seasonal items are also fun to browse. Their uniqueness and quality always make me look forward to stopping in. The staff is also helpful and friendly! 5 stars all the way.

I cant believe that I have been sleeping on this Michaels. I always go to the one in West Ashley but this one has more variety of supplies I need. I surely will be making my trips to the North Charleston location.

Ashley was awesome as usual! Shes a credit to your team. She knows all the different transactions and does them easily. She makes sure you get your discounts. Plus shes very sweet. The store was clean including restroom. There were adequate sale items available and signage was up and visible.

I was not pleased with the level of customer service at all. I even requested to speak with a manager to assist, and she did absolutely nothing. I left Michaels and made all of my purchases at Hobby Lobby where in my opinion they seem to value their customers. During this time especially, merchants should be kind to ALL of their customers. I know that sales have decreased every where. I will not be returning to Michaels ever!

These baskets are beautiful. Actually have 4 of them along my fence. Real flowers always die fast in the S.C. heat.

One star is generous. They dont honor sales, and they false advertise then dont honor their mistakes. Never will go to this store again. Ill stick with hobby lobby.

Hobby Lobby was Full of stock and clean unlike Michaels which was filthy over priced and understocked. Hobby lobbuly will always be my to go to craft store. Highly recomend!!

The woman who answered was kind until I asked about hours and in the snarkiest voice said “uhh we open at 11” I now see it posted online 11am but their door says 9am. Always love Michaels. They are so consistent I can go to any store around the country and get whatever I need for the craft Im working on. Their prices are good and I can usually get a coupon. The selection is good. The staff in this store are very nice and helpful. The store is clean and theres plenty of parking.

My Citadel diploma was framed years ago. Over the years it had slipped and was crooked in the frame.The staff at Michaels in North Charleston was able to delicately remove the backing and straighten the Sheepskin Diploma without damage to it or the frame. They did it quickly (48 hours) and it looks great! Plus they charged a LOT less than the other Hobby store in town.I would highly recommend them for framing!

I was expecting way more in this store than what was offered. There was barely even half of an aisle that offered puzzles or models to put together. The staff also acted like they didnt really care if I had any questions since I was ignored for majority of the time until I was ready to check out.

It is a more expensive art supply store. They do have a good selection, and carry a few things other art stores dont. They could have that one thing you have had a hard time finding.

Great place for all types of crafts and some home decor stuff. They have a nice selection of picture frames. Cute craft kits for rainy days at home with kids. Nice selection of paper craft products and scrapbook stuff. Stuff for floral arrangements. Holliday and seasonal stuff. Art supplies, yarn and cake decorating stuff as well. You can pretty much find just about anything your looking for when it comes to most crafts.

They have a wide variety of items at reasonable prices. Seemed to have plenty of workers there to assist the customers. Me and my wife went to look for clearance Christmas items which they still had put for 75% off. I was heading to the bathroom in the back and saw they had a room with kids doing arts and crafts which was nice to see! Definitely coming back.

Since AC Moore is closing :-(... my new, go-to, place for craft and painting supplies will have to be Michaels. Hopefully they will send me coupons like AC Moore did. ;)

Store manager Ricky has stated that he refuses to hire any former AC Moore employees at his location.Even though Michaels stated in a press release that AC Moore employees would be guaranteed a job at Michaels.

Great stock of the art supplies I needed. Prices are pretty high, though. A lot of stuff is double the price your can get online.

The store is clean and well-stocked. The employees are always friendly and helpful. Most importantly, Im disabled. Michaels is very accessible, although I use a cane. I cant speak for wheelchair accessibility.
