I freaking love this place! The seats are super comfortable and its a really nice theater. The people that work there are awesome and nice. And I love being a Rewards member because it gets me free movies, I can collect points towards other things, and I think 20% off on my snacks. Right now theyre doing $5 tubs of popcorn which is a great deal because you can still get 20% off of that if youre a Rewards member.

Chairs are WAY too comfortable. Twice now I have fallen asleep in the middle of a movie, and woken up to something happening in said movie that confuses me.In all seriousness, I really did fall asleep, and I do blame the chairs. They are very nice to watch movies in, and being able to adjust the seating angle is a blessing and a curse. The sound and picture quality of the movies is good too, I suppose I should note.Cinemark Tinseltown staff is also being very cautious and sanitary during this Covid-19 crisis, which is commendable.

It was great to get back into the theater. The consessions were great, but the seats were filled with someone elses popcorn candy and dirty napkins.. not as clean as I wouldve hoped during this time.

Love this place. Its beautiful, and Clean!! The seats recline and are super comfy. The screen is extra large and picture is very clear!! The snack bar is a bit pricey but that is to be expected.

My home theater. The original theater. The best theater. I love Tinsel Town like its my own child and I would do anything for it. First movies with friends back when your Mom had to drop you off, first dates in high school, my first R rated film. I am the person I became today because of this movie theater. I would take a bullet for Tinsel Town, and it would do the same for me.

Open and hardly no one there. We had the whole theater to our selves for the movie we watched. Thet were still offering snacks for sale.

Late answering the phone. The guy who answered the phone doesnt know what kind of movies they have. Lied about not having matinee prices and kept pushing newer releases. Lazy work ethic as well. Will only recommend going to Bistro theatre from now on.

Would love to give a five stars, but the past two times weve gone one of our reclining chairs werent working. The first time I was stuck with my chair since it was packed. The second time there was seats open in our row so I moved. I love coming to this theater since its so nice, but I dont want to pay all that money if my chair isnt going to recline.

I dont see where there would be a bad seat in the theatre. Seats are recliners and are very comfortable. Theres plenty of room to walk even with the seat reclined. I will definitely come here again.

Ive never had a bad experience here. Theaters are huge and seats are amazing. Buying tickets online makes everything hassle free allows you to get to the theater whenever. I wish prices for food and drink could be cheaper, but you dont have to go that route if you dont want to.

Slow concessions. Twenty five minutes of previews and commercials before movie starts. No member of the staff monitors theater, so people talk through out the movie. Constantly changing terms of their movie club and reward program. Uncomfortably warm in theatre number 4. The new reclining chairs are possibly the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat in. Why does it cost more to see a movie at 6pm than 11am, its the same movie, the theatre makes enough from the additional concessions sold at the 6pm showing to cover the additional staff.***Good news, trailers and commercials are now up to thirty-one minutes ILO the twenty-five. Good job.

Very nice theater! Love the luxury recliners and the arcade is really nice. Expansive food menu which is great, including Starbucks and ice cream. I love half-off Tuesdays! I gave 4 stars because the food prices are ridiculous, but its not as bad with my refillable cup and popcorn bucket.

Amazing theater! I got a laugh out of the reclining seats. They made the experience fun and the movie was awesome.

The reclining seats are comfortable and the stadium seating is perfect for viewing the movie uninterrupted by those sitting below you.The only thing I didnt appreciate was having to pick seats when purchasing the tickets. Luckily there were two together, but if we were a few minutes later we would likely have had to sit apart. Ive heard about this being a thing but its the first time Ive ever experienced it. It would be nice to mention that detail on the website, so we would know to buy tickets in advance.

Prices are crazy which makes the subscription well worth it. $8.99 a month gets you a free movie ticket per month plus no internet fees for buying tickets online PLUS 20% off concessions which is awesome. Go to the first showing and its a lot cheaper. If you buy online you can see what seats are available too so you dont get there just to find out you have to sit right in front of the screen.

I love going to tinsel town for a movie. The seats are amazingly comfortable. If it were closer to home, it would be the ONLY theater I would ever go to!!!!

As a person from a small town, this place is like a castle to me. Its huge, and they have 19 theaters! 19! And they make it easy to get in and find your movie and the movies are all up to date and good.

Crystal clear movie screen, vibrant sound with very comfortable luxury loungers for seating, Cinemark Tinseltown is the best movie theater experience around. As expected tho, food and drink prices are jacked and no convenient water fountain.

The bathrooms are horrendous and the chairs are alright when they arent broken.It isnt a dump but its the best theater in the area and really needs some work

I worked at the concession stand when I was a teenager and management would routinely direct us to reuse lids, straws, and cups that had fallen on the floor.I once had a customer return a carton of Milk Duds that had a metal shard about the size of a pea in it (while not explicitly the fault of the theater, I would think twice about the Milk Duds if I where you).Management would also schedule me to work shifts past curfew on weeknights --of course that was years ago, so hopefully things have changed. Thanks for the memories.

As For The Theater Itself, It Wasnt Bad.The Staff Were Nice. They Seemed To Keep It Pretty Clean.Id Like It More If Theyd Turn Off More Of The Lights Off While Playing A Movie.Just Remember Not To Get Your Seats In The First Row. Otherwise, Your Neck May Be Aching Afterwards.Itd Be Nicer If The Customers Were More Respectful, But I Know The Company Itself Cant Avoid That.

Fun! Enjoyed it. I was confused by the name Tinseltown but I think its super cool now that I know its a theater. Watched the Lion King remake here. (Imo movie not that good lol) but still the quality was good! I recommend watching movies here

I cant help it, but I love this place, easily my favorite theater near me. It is more expensive then most others, but the luxury loungers are so comfortable, it makes it worth it. If youre a regular movie goer, definitely get Cinemarks Movie Club membership. You only need to be purchasing a dozen tickets a year to make up the cost of the membership.

Cinemark Tinseltown is a great theater with extremely comfortable seating that can be selected when purchasing your tickets. The chairs are plush and recline quite far to make it feel like youre watching a movie at home. The theater is clean and the staff is friendly. Whats more, the bathrooms are well maintained! Well definitely return.

My visit here was wonderful, the whole experience was above and beyond! The place has handicap parking, handicap accessible ramps to get on the side walk and in the building. The lines were long, but I was shocked how quickly the employees moved through the lines. My turn came, the employee was patient and new what he was doing, I had a couple questions, and he was very knowledgeable, and friendly. I went to get some popcorn, it was pricey, but again the employees new what they were doing, they communicated well with one another to make sure their customs were satisfied. I could here a person behind me commenting on well the employees do their jobs. In the theatre, it was cool, not freezing, and complete recliner chairs, it was very clean. There is handicap accessible seating also. The seating is in a way that you have plenty of space between you and the next person. They also had lights on the steps to see if you had to get up in the middle of the movie. I highly recommend this place. Oh, I almost forgot, they have booster seats for your little ones too

The movie and seats are fantastic!! The surround sound you get it above average for a movie theater and seeing on the big screen is definitely better than most! But the price I have to say is definitely over the top! 10.50 for general admission is ridiculously high! Most movie theaters make their money on popcorn and drinks but after spending $20+ on tickets alone you are very hesitant to buy an $8 popcorn and a $6 drink! I only go here when Im looking for a showing that isnt available elsewhere! If you dont mind the high pricetag than this is definitely one of the best enjoyable theaters around!!
