Amazing food delivered to our seats. Let me tell you about how amazing the heated seats were... Wow!

We were there for what appeared to be the soft opening of the theater. The Bistro portion was not open yet so I cant comment on that portion. The staff was very friendly and the theater was very clean. The theaters are small in comparison to Tinseltown but didnt take away from the movie experience. The seats are comfortable but dont seem to recline as much as other recliners in other theaters. The bonus though is that they are heated! And for this December night showing that was a definite plus! I purchased electronic tickets ahead of time and you had to go to either the counter and show your card that was used to purchase or go to a kiosk and enter your confirmation code. Not sure why there is not digital tickets. Maybe they will for the full opening. I could see this being an issue when they become busy and it defeats partially the idea of electronic tickets. I will definitely return and keep as an option to the other bigger theaters. I would like to also see how the bistro portion works when opened.

Very comfortable seating, very clean, the staff is excellent and helpful with any questions you may have. Our family always enjoys our time there. Popcorn and appetizers are something different to enjoy if you choose too. Prices are reasonable.

Remodel missed a few things. First of all, we ended up here after Knives Out was sold out at Tinseltown. I didnt even realize it was open - and as the Bistro it isnt. Its just the same old Cinemark but somehow worse. Let me explain. To begin, the only place to buy tickets is at a small desk in the far corner of the lobby. See picture. It doesnt even say Box Office, it says Guest Services (like a lost&found). So we bought our tickets, then stood in line for popcorn. Why both poppers werent running is beyond me, everyone had to wait literally for each load of popping corn to get dumped, which had already been sold.Then, we learned that the restroom in the theater hallway (after your ticket is taken) is a ONE SEATER. Thats right - ONE toilet for everyone who needs to use the bathroom after youve passed the ticket-taker. This is unbelievable. Didnt the theater just get remodeled? Didnt anyone think to ADD more bathrooms? Sure, theres one in the lobby, but that one only has 6 stalls. Thats crazy.Tray tables are uncomfortably high. Youll see...when you sit down and pull the tray table toward you, itll hit you mid-chest, as though you were planning on shoveling food from plate to mouth laterally. For those of us with a popcorn bucket, it was comical to reach high up and into the bucket each time we wanted a handful of popcorn. Reclining didnt improve the situation.Lets see if anything changes with the grand opening.

As a long-time movie lover, I have always enjoyed my experiences at Cinemark Movie Bistro. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful, and the new accommodations have really enhanced the movie going experience for me. The seats are comfortable, the food is amazing, and I cant get enough of their ketlle corn!

I am so impressed with the whole experience of this place. The check in kiosk was very convenient. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The seats were so comfortable and not to mention heated and recline! The food was so good! My boyfriend and I had the burgers and pretzel sticks and cheese. Highly recommend. The food was priced about average for a movie theater but the fact that its so good is worth it! Loved everything. The only complaint I have was it was a bit chilly in the theater, but thats it.

This was our first visit to Cinemark Movie Bistro in Canton, and Im sure well return. The newly renovated theater was spacious, clean, and most accommodating with incredibly comfortable chairs that recline and are heated. The swivel table/tray with a drink holder is perfect for keeping one from juggling and dropping popcorn, snacks, and beverage on the lap! Next time well surely splurge on an alcoholic beverage and food now that we are aware of the extent of their offerings. Of course, the familiar, movie theater, comfort food - popcorn - is available as well and can be purchased in bulk quantities for consumption at home!

All around very clean, comfortable wonderfully heated seats although as mentioned before it would be nice if they reclined just a little more. We didnt try the food portion of the experience so I cant comment on that other than we did have the popcorn, which was very good. It was convenient and less stressful to be able to reserve seats online although I didnt much care for the $3.50 fee to do so. I would think they would want to start moving all seat purchases in that direction to have seating run more smoothly, so why penalize the people using that option? Staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall I enjoyed the experience and I will be back.

I really wanted to love this place. I was so excited to see one of these dine-in theaters come to Canton. Unfortunately Ive been to so many places and have experienced some of the very best that life has to offer. This place isnt that great. If you think it is then you likely dont know any better.This isnt a place where you sit down and a server brings you a menu. What they do is hand you a laminated menu card at the popcorn counter and you make your selection there. So its still paper cups and all.Then you go sit down and a server brings you your food. And you never see them again. No drink refills, no dessert menu, and we were stuck with all our trash until after the movie. I know what youre saying, wouldnt all of that service interrupt the movie and distract other people? The answer to that question is no. There are ways to do it. Houston was great and so was Omaha. Maybe some day Ill try the ones in Columbus.And youre not eating fettuccine alfredo and brownie sundaes here. Its basically burgers, pizza, and wings. The place is basically a movie theater just kicked up a notch. Four stars because its still a decent place and the seats recline AND HEAT UP! Thats a new feature that I really did love. Never saw that before. Its much improved from its Movies 10 days. But Ill likely either just go to Tinseltown which has more screens and therefore more movies or if I do come here Ill just get popcorn and have dinner elsewhere.

The renovation is very nice! Reclining, HEATED seats! Same movies and prices was Tinseltown, less seats per theater. Reserved seating. General concession stand is open but eventually I understand they will serve finger-food type fare and drinks of all kinds. Each seat has its own little table.

As nice as the new theatre may be, the service aspect of this business needs a serious overhaul. Both times my partner and I have attended this theatre since it opened, the line for food and drink has been almost out of the door, and the employees that are staffed are not trained for speedy service. They seemed overwhelmed and not knowledgeable of the system. We almost missed the movie because the line took 15 minutes to move ahead 7 feet. I would recommend going to the theatre but don’t expect anywhere close to speedy service.

Great bistro food, clean theater & bathroom and friendly, helpful staff! When we had a small problem with one of our orders, the staff fixed it right away and gave us two free movie passes, which was really kind. All of our food tasted great and we enjoyed relaxing in our leather recliners with a heating option! We will be back!

A great new way to watch a movie. Pulled pork nachos are a tasty movie treat. You may be self conscious about crunching on chips, but everyone else is eating too! Also had a chicken sandwich which was dry and cannot recommend that.

Very pricey like most Cinemark theaters. But the comfy seats, great popcorn, and clean facility makes it a great date night! The kitchen wasnt open yet so Ill definitely be back to try it

Theyve really put a lot into this theater. It was struggling hard but has completely been turned around. The food is awesome and its very clean. The seats are super comfy and the staff brings the food to your seat.

Loved the theater and the chairs. Heated seats is a really nice touch. The food was also pretty good and since its brought to your seat, I cant complain. Great time, Ill totally be coming back

Great spot for a date night! We loved the heated reclining seats, and the food and drinks were great as well! We had the steak nachos and wings as well as mango margaritas! The pricing for the food was reasonable. We will definitely be back!

Just getting underway. Bistro not open yet. Loungers with heaters very nice. Very friendly staff. Easy ticket kiosks. Will look forward to coming back when its fully functional!

Heated seats are nice but without a doubt the best thing is the individual swing tray at each seat. It was nice having my own little table to out my food in and it finally takes care of the Now which cup holder is mine at the movies..... Have to go to find out the answer though

Newly remodeled with stadium seats that are heated. Great choice of movies. The Bristro has really good food. The Acapulco salad is amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful

This place is awesome ! Really no where else to get dinner served and watch a new release movie . The chairs are amazing they recline kick back at the feet and heat up with 3 different settings. All thats missing is the massager lol . Food prices are a little steep but honestly it was really good food and its worth it . They also have a full beer menu as well!!! Definitely recommend 100 percent !!!

I really miss having the dollar theater but this is pretty nice. The new seats recline and are much cushier than the ones over at tinseltown plus have the added benefit of heat! I cant comment about the bar since we visited before it was open but so far so good its a very nice theater and very cozy.

Love, love, LOVE the update! The heated, reclining theater chairs are wonderfully comfortable. Excited to see what the restaurant portion will be like. Its no longer the dollar theater; however, its worth it for the huge upgrade (in my opinion).

Nice remodeled movie theater. Its not a cheap theater anymore. Very nice recliners with trays for your popcorn. All kinds of popcorn. Cheese, and caramel corn available. Comfortable.

Brought my daughter around 1pm, after her school got canceled for the day. We saw dr. Doolittle. While the movie sucked the theater was LOVELY! Heated, reclining seats with trays attached for your food. The prices were pretty good, *not great* but perfect for a treat. They brought us the food we ordered in the theater. The chicken nachos were very tasty. The only reason it isnt 5 stars is because were to order the food was a little confusing. Highly reccomend for a date night, or a mid day treat for your kid (the theater was not even a quarter full). Staff was super friendly too.

We visited for the first time, although we didnt care for the movie, the theater was very nice, comfortable heated seats with trays and our food was very good. Everybody was very friendly and quick service. I would recommend giving it a try!

Food was great, served before the movie. It is a little loud so if you have sensitive hearing take note. They also turned the lights on before the movie was over by a little bit, but other than that, it was great.

I really liked the theater. Seats was a little crowded. Food selection looked good for a Cinema, trendy foods like Nachos, sliders, fries, and even shakes. If you get a chance check it out.

Comfortable Seats, great food, and an even better staff.

The remodel is nice. Lobby is modern, and the seat improvement in the theaters were much needed. However, the Bistro concept in my opinion needs work. The seats are very cramped to be eating an entire meal. Its awkward trying to eat so close with someone you dont know. Also the food is just thrown in boxes, sort of messy. The Bistro has potential, but needs improved before Ill come back.

Clean and well lighted. The seats were very comfortable and since they were heated it made the room temperature okay. I enjoyed the movie with no distraction and the staff was very friendly.

The box office (if you can call it that) is now inside. No more cheap tickets. Theaters are really tiny. Seats dont seem to recline enough. Didnt know they were heated until my back started burning. I was just pushing buttons to get it to recline more. The movie was good, though.

The re-imagined theater is awesome! We loved the heated, reclining seats and the whole experience! Cant wait for the kitchen to open 1/30/20!

Was surprised at the price. Really loved my discounted movies especially for a family of six. Saw movie anyways. Was impressed by the chairs. Until mine quit working so did my sons and two people next to us. The heaters didnt work my son was freezing. I couldnt put the legs down so my husband had to help me out of the chair. It is ok expect to spend the same as any other theater. Wont be going back.

Really innovative to be able to order food and have it delivered to your seat. This place is the future! Alcoholic drinks are the icing on the cake.

Food was not very good and half was cold when it was brought to us. You feel like you are crammed in with people and the seats feel like your sitting forward.

Nice place to see a movie. Concession area was a bit confusing, ordering for tickets, ordering concessions, and pick up were all at different locations. Movie prices reasonable. Bathroom was pretty clean. Movie theater had a good volume and picture quality, seats were fairly comfortable.

What a beautiful set up and the fact that you can order and eat food while you watch the movie! Seats are very comfy!!!

This place is cool because they show movies for around $2 to $3. The theater is clean, large and high quality screenings just like any other theater, they’re just not new releases.That’s fine for me, because I don’t mind rewatching movies that I’ve recently seen and enjoyed, or catching movies I may have missed when they first came out.Legit place, worth visiting.

The movie could have been better but the people we went with made up for that. The chairs were ok could have done with a bit more of a recline on the back. The food was ok not a lot of food for the big price that you pay for it.

The upgrades were nice. But some things were still there from the last theater. Like the hand dryers were just old and barely worked. Im hoping they are still going to do upgrades before theyre full opening at the end of January.

I liked the dollar movie place and I fail to see the need for two movie theaters, showing the same movies, within a mile of each other. Food is overpriced. Not much to bring me back again

I really love the price of the tickets here, because theyre very cheap, and it gives you a last chance to see a movie before it leaves the theatre for good.. but.. the prices for concessions, I feel like was worse than most other places.. and the seats were super uncomfortable.the back of the seat doesnt reach the back of the chair, and so it digs into your butt.. made for an uncomfortable viewing.. I will still keep going there, but they really do need to fix their seats..

The place is clean and comfortable. Popcorn was fresh and yummy . Unfortunately I wasnt able to try the bistro menu. Im sorry but if im gonna spend $13 on a burger its not going to be at a movie theater. Prices are outrageous!

I went to see the film breakthrough here with my friends. It was an overall enjoyable experience, however there are some things that couldve been better. For starters the food and drinks are priced at too much money. I asked how much it was for a SMALL thing of pop was and the person at the counter said it was 4 dollars, which is obviously too much money. The chairs were too loud, the slightest movement could cause a distracting sound. On the positive side the staff was very nice

Great place for an expensive date night, but definitely took away the family atmosphere of the place. Wouldnt be able to afford a family meal and movie here.

Newly renovated, very comfy and spacious seating. Only negative was how absurdly loud the volume of the movie was. I was wincing during the action packed scenes.

I wont be back I will stick with tinseltown. At there when I pay the pricing they actually wait on you like make your drink and butter your popcorn.not here . They charge the same pricing only hand you empty cup, and self serve butter for popcorn. Chair are uncomfortable. Like the ones at tinseltown much better.

One of the best theaters Ive ever been to! Great prices for movies that are no longer showing at Cinemark Tinseltown! Great staff! Concessions are pricey but thats like any theater.

I cant believe i was so upset they shut the movies 10 to make it into something better! I took my kids there about 2 weeks ago an we had a blast - comfy seats, same great popcorn (and butter) Roomy and my kids favorite, HEATED SEATS LOL we plan on going to Dolittle this wkend!the prices are great as well

Do not get the margaritas, yuk ! I had the bbq pork sliders, dry and no bbq sauce. Reclining chairs are nice.

My son and I saw Aqua Man. Tickets are only $3 during week days. Its a really nice theater. The seats are comfortable. He brings his service dog everywhere we go. This place was no exception. We had a great night and the price was right.

Love that they put heated loungers in this theater. Also I did not have one but they do serve frozen alcoholic beverages.

The seats arent nearly as good as tinseltown and the expensive food isnt that great either. I dont recommend anyone go, even just to try it. They have cherry Pepsi tho, that stuff is delicious.

Your head will lean against head rest on the chairs which many peoples heads have touched.I sure hope they sanitize the head rests.Next time I will bring a rag to sanitize the head rest myself before leaning back to enjoy the movie so I wont catch head lice.

The seats were comfy, the temperature in the theater was perfect, the sound was just right, & the popcorn was good. Best of all, it was only $10 total! Wonderful experience, will come back more often.

My son and I had a good time there! We saw small foot. The movie was good and the service was good. I wouldnt recommend thinking its a dollar movie when the popcorn and such is expensive. But its cheaper than other places and friendly and not too far away. We like catching a movie there from time to time. Its the excitement of getting out of the house. Its a great place to take children to see a movie.

This is mine and my kids’ favorite place to go for movies! You cannot best the price AND they have Kettlecorn which is our favorite kind of popcorn! It’s always very clean, the staff is always nice and the movies are great. As a mama of 4, it’s sometimes not worth spending $50 in tickets and another $40-50 in snacks to see an hour and a half movie — this place makes it affordable to still go out with the kids!

I just prefer that I was able to see movies there for less money . Apparently no longer an option

Great theater with reclining/heated seats. Currently they have regular theater refreshments but January 29th2020 they will be opening up the full menu and bar.

Food was great, pricey(reason for 4 stars and not 5) but really good. Seats are comfortable and heated!

Overall a great place, less people in a theater and has really deluxe seats that have moveable trays for your less conventional theater foods (ie. nachos, pizza, etc) the seats are fancier than the ones at tinseltown, the other movie theater in town. These seats also have heating qualities, however even on the lowest heat setting, it is excessively hot and nearly hurts to sit on. Next the concessions. You get to choose the amount of butter and salt you want on your popcorn, which is a big plus, and you get to put your slushies and sodas into your cup yourself, allowing you to customize to your liking. The only downside is that the slushie machine is faulty sometimes.

The Bistro part wasnt open yet but the theater did do some major renovations. Really nice setup with swinging individual tables at each seat, heated and reclining seats.
