Like most other craft stores in the area, I was searching for mats for fine art photo picture frames, it seemed as if they were out of them, I also needed photo corners, which they had one pack left, so I was fortunate there. I also needed double-sided acid free tape and they only had one available option so I bought it to make due for now. The last thing I needed were cotton gloves for handling fine art photography prints, but these they did not have available, but none of the craft or photo stores in Canton did, so I cant really blame them for this.

One of my all time favorite stores! I love coming here to find pots and macrame hangers for my houseplants, faux flowers, crafts and decor. The prices are great. Youll always stumble upon a sale and they always have coupons online. Everyone is always so nice. I did a lot of curbside pick up during the pandemic and my orders were always correct and brought out very quickly! All the employees wear their masks and keep things safe and clean, which is greatly appreciated.

Very nice selection, they even had leathercraft items. Its a lovely large hobby shop.

They are my go to store for things you dont find normally. The service people were awesome and they understood exactly what I needed even though I didnt know what they were called! I love Michaels!

My mom and I went in a half an hour before closing time to get a gift custom framed. Normally this is a pleasant experience but the woman assisting us was rude and wanted to get rid of us asap. We knew exactly what we wanted and took a total of 5-10 minutes max. I dont believe we deserved that treatment considering how much money we have spent having artwork custom framed at this location.

You have to keep asking where things are before you can get a direct answer from them. They are not very helpful. We asked for a certain product and she told us it was down one of four different Isles we looked down all the aisles that she said couldnt find it so then we had to keep asking again two more times before we could finally get someone to help us. Youre better off to go to Jo-Ann Fabrics

My first time at this Michales. The store was clean and seemed well stocked. I was approached by a staff member and given directions to find what I wanted. The directions were spot on. Then the help seemed to disappear. The next few items I needed couldnt find..they were busy I was tired called it a day. Went to check out had to wait 2 people in front of me. Went to register 2. Not the most pleasant clerk. Had a gift card didnt know how much was on it but, she didnt really care said if it wasnt enough shed let me know. So, the young woman at register 3 let me know by looking over how much was left. I guess the teenager I had was to busy think about running to the bathroom to pee that she couldnt really be nice and answer my questions.

There is a store on Whipple and at the strip. went to the frame department on Whipple and the girl said they operate different so prices are different after she said I couldnt get just a mat cut without spending $100. Told her I wasnt interested and went to the strip framing department where the girl was very helpful and totally different prices. Got just a mat cut for $15. Weird.

Save me from myself! I could go broke in this place, and then live out of my car making money off the crafts! Wait, this has potential....Michaels has so many choices for so many projects I wouldnt even know where to start. If you need it, they have it. Theres the bare-minimum basic project materials that are enjoyable for all ages and even the whole family, all the way up to complicated projects great for personal challenges. No matter what time of year, theyre stocked with all kinds of goodies appropriate for every season and holiday.Whether youre just decorating your house or going all out to start your own business in crafting and decorating, this is the place to be! The prices are just as good as the variety, and the staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean and organized, making everything you need easy to find. The location is easy to get into and close to a number of other shops and restaurants (so you can justify stopping by there while youre out grocery shopping lol).Thanks, Michaels, for ensuring I will never be bored or have money to spare ever again! lol

Some items are a little pricey, but they do have good sales and coupons on the app. I love the craft ideas they have here.

Staff wasnt helpful

Got all the right products in my curbside pick up. But the lady that brought the items out was rude and threw the items into my husbands vehicle and walked away.

Best Michaels to visit. They always have what I need and the staff is so nice & helpful!

They have a big selection. They have raised their prices since they started closing Pat Catans. Now that they are taking over some of the A. C. Moores who knows what is going to happen. Their exclusivity they had with Cri ut Infusible ink helped them but now that it is gone they will be getting more competition from Joannes and Hobby Lobby. If HL starts matching prices it will be tough to choose.

The Micheal’s that took over Pat Catans is nothing like I thought it would be. The selection is weak.Whenever I would got into Pat Catans, I always find what I’m looking for and more. Their store was bright and cheerful. They always had displays for the holidays or seasons that would get you inspired.My opinion they should have left it alone.

Michaels in canton has great service, its clean and theres so much to choose from. Good place to shop for your crafting needs.

When one needs a great craft store, this is one of the best. Excellent inventory, variety to choose from, and knowledgeable & helpful staff. Michaels also does professional framing at reasonable prices. Thats something to remember, just in case.

They have everything you can think of... And more. Its pretty well organized and the staff is nice. Online ordering and store pick up is pretty convenient, but they need a sign for it and eventually, a better system... But I like it.

All of the employees were very helpful in pointing us in the correct direction and were helpful in recommending different brands that were best for the projects. Better service from Michaels then Joanna fabrics and even pacatans.

Great place to find hobby materials. They have just about everything. Prices are decent and you can usually find a coupon somewhere to save more money. The cashiers are always pleasant. I reccomend this store.

Great variety of craft supplies and decorations. We get most of our seasonal decorations here as well as baking and art supplies. You HAVE to be on their rewards program for the prices to be worth it as they have constantly rotating deals. I will admit that they flood my email.

Walked around for 30 minutes and nobody, I mean absolutely nobody was on the floor to help me find what I wanted. Walked out and not going back

This is about the location that took over the pat catans. It is extreamly disappointing. The fabric is very limited, the lighting selection is weak, and there are no sewing notions to speak of. As a replacement for pat catans, it is a gigantic let down. I couldnt even buy orange tissue paper because they dont have much of that either. Only a meager selection of anything exists inside the half used building. When asked about a larger selection coming to the store, employees will direct you to online shopping, something your better off doing through other sites because of cost. I gave 2 stars because they do have a solid selection of halloween crafts and decor, but that is seasonal and cant really be used to judge the main selection of the location.

First time here, had high expectations. Especially since they bought out Pat Catans. Very disappointing. I miss Pat Catans. Destined to be an online shopper for my needs.

I want to give Michaels a lower rating due to the amount of money I spend there! I love the store and has almost everything I need there onsite. No store can possibly have everything you need. The people are happy to help, and the prices are great, as long as you watch the sales and specials.

Its a craft store yall. I went looking for a frame and matting to mount a print, they were out of matting and there were no employees back in the area. I eventually decided not do go so far and found a cheaper better solution in the store, so its not a big deal.

Good place to shop for artists.Little bit pricey. One more thing: i went to get Halloween stuff 20 days before Halloween but most of it was already gone. They should keep stock.

They had some good deals on especially soft bundles of yarn. The team member cashier also let us use a coupon that he had because we didnt have one. That was very thoughtful of him.

This store is really big and has everything arts and crafts related. Also, if you sign up for the e-mails youll have 40% off one item everytime you go in. The only problem I ever have is that there isnt many employees on the floor if you have any questions.

Called ahead to ask availability of an item, very helpful staff with friendly attitude. Went to the store and very clean and laid out.

The women Diane is very rude and not helpful at all. One worker was very sweet to us and then when it came to checkout with Diane she wouldnt void purchase to take our 50% and would only give 40% and she was rude to the customer before us who was shopping next day deals and wasnt given next day coupon. She is an older women but that gives her no right to be rude.

Place was ok because of cashiers they are more helpful than floor associates.

Who knew Michaels was a place to go and buy sweet dragon figurines? D&D nerds, dont sleep on these minis.

They let us work in a quiet room on a photo presentation we needed to prepare,and had all the suplies to buy that we had forgotten!

Good store, often has what Joanns doesnt, BUT the classroom/party room leaves A LOT to be desired. It cramped and tight, and if you have little ones needing to be in stroller...good luck. There is really only enough room for 1 stroller, so get ready for some rock, paper, scissors!

Pat Catans was a lot better, they had more variety. I couldnt find anything I needed at Michaels.

Quick shopping stop...I rate Michaels a 4.5, a medium sized hobby store with lots to offer. I especially like that they have WiFi and I can upload their coupons in the store. They always seem to have a good stock of yarn, parachord, and paper crafting supplies. The Strip is a convenient location with plenty of parking.
