This was absolutely awesome! My first trip to cooks and I felt that I had found a hidden gem so when I was told they were closing shop I was sad to say the least. I hope to make another trip to Cooks before the shut their doors for good.

Being an artist and a smart shopper, I saw Cooks is having an out of business sale. I went in, and their sale prices after the discounts were more than retail prices at other art supply stores and online retailers! I will not be visiting Cooks again, and strongly suggest you shop anywhere but here!

Really sad this place is closing. Hands down the best art store in the area. It will be missed.

They were wonderful. Converted all of my old tapes! Not just VHS, but I had audio cassette tapes of family voices of the past.So nice to hear the voice of my mom, who has been deceased for over 20 years.

Restored a damaged frame with new padding and backing AND transcribed my late Grandfather’s somewhat insignificant writing on the back to the new frame back. I didn’t consider keeping the writing, so I was pleasantly surprised when I turned it over and saw the owner took time to keep the memory intact not just the frame. Take your loved ones items there. Goosebumps! 5 stars
