Terrible customer service. I played there with one other friend. Went I went to check in and pay, I asked if I could take a separate cart due to COVID and offered to pay. The gentleman at the register told me to just ask the cart guy for a second one and it wouldnt be an issue. I walked outside and asked the cart guy, which was when he belittled my reasoning and said to just take it. I told him if I couldnt that was fine but I wanted to see if it was possible and he told me to just go because we were two minutes past our tee time (with a foursome of -walkers- behind us). We played all 18 no issues. There was a foursome with two carts in front of us as well as a foursome with two carts behind us who played through the four walking players. The group in front of us finished at 7:05 pm, we finished at 7:10 pm, and the group behind us finished at 7:15 pm. When we pulled up the two guys at the cart return said which one of you do I have to talk to about not knowing how to read? My friend and I stood there confused until he said didnt I say the carts had to be back at 7? We said he truthfully didnt tell us and even if he did we didnt think ten minutes would be an issue with a group in front and behind us. He then said well thats the first thing. You guys only paid for 9 holes right? We both immediately said that wasnt true and he just shook his head. I cleaned out my cart before getting out, which meant I actually had the receipt in my hand. I told him I had it and opened it up then read it out loud, 18 holes w/ cart- $40. He said yeah alright alright, then just got in the cart and pulled away. Incredible that at an otherwise nice course, they would treat two customers this way for no reason. Im sure the group in front of us and behind us didnt get the same treatment since they were grown men and my friend and I are both in college, but thats two college kids with a large friend group of golfers that wont be back and will be telling their friends to go somewhere else. We were ten minutes late which we own up to entirely, but if you hate your job that much that you act that miserable, its time to find a new job.

Beautiful golf course, reasonably priced, knowledgeable golf pro, and good food in the club house. They even have Texas holdem tournaments on Saturday mornings

Good course miserable workers. Course is in good shape except for sand traps. Starters were a group of grumpy old men. No cart servers or rangers to be seen.

Limited menu because of Covid. The choices are still very good and changes weekly. The food is excellent and the server is friendly and very good.

Nice course with a friendly staff. I went out as a single and the ranger started me on #7 which was awesome because I had nobody in front of me. Will return.

Tee boxes are a complete disaster. Grass cutters followed us for the first 13 holes and made it a lousy and miserable round of golf.

The guy at the pro shop counter said my 5 year daughter couldnt go because of her being a spectator so I paid for her to play because I really wanted to play then groups me with 2 other guys that I dont know, bad customer service, dont play here and Ill be sure to tell everyone that I know to do the same I usually dont bad mouth businesses but this place doesnt want your business

My brother had a surprise birthday party and the staff were very helpful they allowed us to use their kitchen they try to help out as best as they possibly could I would suggest having a party here, its a bit pricey compared to other establishments that you can have parties at. but if youre trying to stay local this would be one of the spots

Frank and Bubba golf tournament has been held here for 21 years. I’ve participated in the last 8-9 years, best golfing fun of the year. Super fun course.

Play here all the time. Great course. Well kept. But too crowded, now after the closure of Centre Square.

Not bad overall, the cart paths need a little work and being this late in the summer (mid August) the grass is drying up a bit but I like it here!

When we walked at the front to pay the man asked us if we had or drivers license. We said no and I made an obvious joke to my friend about leaving his at home. The man snapped back with a very smart ads comment. After that we went outside to get our push carts since we could not drive ones. The man outside who was very nice and chill said were fine and we could have driving carts. After we got all set up with the carts the man that served us initially came out of the store and started throwing a fit. He was one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever seen and acted like he was 5. That man should be fired and the nice guy who helped us should be promoted. You can thank the guy at the front for the bad experience.

Enjoyable experience for the average sincere golfer, well manicured and smooth fast greens.

Interesting course layout. In pretty good condition, considering the time of the year. Very attractive low greens fee. Will definitely return during the regular golf season.

Awesome place Ive been going here every year for the past 10 years for a Christmas party.

This is a 3 star golf course in my book, but for the price I have to add a star. Its a relatively cheap end course, but is a very good value play. The course is decently kept up with and provides enough challenge for the average golfer. Elevation change, hard angle doglegs, and well placed bunkers allow you to tune up your game.

Went to this for a function and it top notch! Had an amazing time there! Highly recommend!

While you get what you pay for in terms of the beauty and difficulty of a golf course, this still qualifies as a very good experience. 9 holes for $20.00 in 90 minutes on a decent track in good condition gets a thumbs up from me (17 handicapper).

This is a great golf course, Ive played there many times. Never disappointed in the conditions. There is usually a back up on hole 4 but after that its clear sailing. Thier hotdogs are awesome!!! The only problem is you cant buy beer while on the course. You can at the clubhouse, so pick up what you need before you tee off.

Have plated west over many times and always enjoyed the round,but today I had to deal with the rudest counter person ever. He put an outing of I think 6 foursomes in front of our twosome,he lied to us about doing so. We asked for our money back and left. Too many courses that want our business to put up with rude people like him

We had a foursome, tee time was 12:16 finished around 5:30 pm, 3 groups in front of us held up the entire field, pro shop was notified, quote the gentleman I will do nothing about it. Would not play here again if I was offered a free round!!!!!!

This course is reasonably maintained, however poorly managed. They call themselves a country club, which is ridiculous given the customer service and course management. Hole 1 has driving range balls all over the fairway and there are other problems all over the course. Yesterday, we played behind a threesome playing incredibly slow. It took 3 hours to play 9 holes. The ranger kept driving by almost every hole, looking at them and looking at us standing waiting for them. The ranger never said anything to them or to us. In effect, the rangers are there for show and are clueless. It was the worst golf experience of my life, because of the customer service and course management. The course itself is fine, but the management should be replaced.

One of the worst experiences Ive ever had: Where do I start? Well first, I play a lot of golf (about 3 times a week) and am local to the area. Lets just say I will not be returning to play here. Got to the proshop on Monday afternoon 4pm hoping to get in a late round. Was told that there was a league and wouldnt be able to get out til 5pm. Asked if it was possible to go off on the back? This is when the very unprofessional, extremely rude gentleman behind the counter proceeded to give me a lecture on how inconsiderate I was and that I was putting words in his mouth. I apologized a half dozen times that it must have been misunderstanding plus I was hoping to calm him down. He continued to harass me so we decided to leave without even stepping foot on the tee. Another man who witnessed the situation stopped us in the parking lot and told us the place was a dump and not to waste our time. He also noted he heard the whole convo and was appalled at the way I was treated.Never going back. Will also be telling this all my golf buddies in the area for awhile lol

I had a bad experience. I have a e -mail for online booking .When I check the rate and time was $14:00 per player also booking confirmation letter the same but what they said if you want to play you should pay $30.00 each player.

Westover schedules their tee times too close to one another and rounds have consistently taken 5-6 hours. Their rangers do nothing about this and it can be a very frustrating round.
