This place needs some help. I understand businesses definitely suffered following the COVID shutdown but theater 7 was not fit for the public. Mold/mildew was physically present on nearly all of the seats and seat backs along with everything being damp, rust and stains on the armrests, sheetrock hanging from ceilings, and an overbearing musty smell! Hopefully they can get the necessary funding to make the required upgrades and keep this place open. We used to love this theater and maybe it was just that one theater (#7)... sad to see though. 9/7/2020

Very clean auditorium, bathrooms and concessions. Seats are roomy and plenty of leg room. I really enjoyed our visit and plan to return soon.

Audio and screens were on par with nicer movie theaters. Everything was kept clean and customer service was great.

Buying tickets on line is quick and you dont even have to pick up tickets. They just scan your code when you go to enter to see the movie. Seats are reclined and very comfortable. They keep the theatre at a nice temp not to hot or cold. And reasonable prices..would recommend

The Lion King very good I cried when mufasa died.

They keep it clean and it still looks like a fairly recent build but upon entering...and sitting down, you notice the wear and tear of years gone by from full-houses and decades of patrons. Even sections of the parking lot have grass peeking thru. Some aspects of the theater have lost their coolness and newness. Sad, really...but I know that is just the way of it. I did enjoy seeing a movie here recently with my son and mother. I do remember when the theater was still pretty new and loved it back then but that was over a decade ago. The place is still clean, and the persons working here are helpful and kind so thats good.

The service is nice, and the popcorn is delicious. The screen looked good. The chairs are assigned now. They really cleaned up the theater. Great experience, will go there again.

Comfortable and low stakes. It might not be as fancy as some other movie theaters, but if you just want a fun time with your friends its a great neighborhood hangout spot.

The theater was clean including the restroom. Several reviews have mentioned broken seats and the ticket prices. I didn’t observe any broken seats. And the ticket prices were what I would reasonably expect to pay for a movie. The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is the theater met my expectations but didn’t exceed them.

This is a typical American movie theater. The stadiums are a decent size and the sound systems are good. The floors in the stadiums are a bit stickier than Id like but it isnt a reason not to go. You can use QR codes if you buy your tickets online.

Decent place to go and see a movie. Never really that big of a crowd. You can tell if they would put a little money into it and renovate that it could draw a bigger crowd. Parking lot is really run down and outdated along with the theatres they could use some help. Seat cushions are wore out and some seats are even broken. Not sure if they have even had a good cleaning in years. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Prices are pretty steep, but thats how it is nowadays at any movie theatre. The popcorn is made fresh with perfect amount of butter and salt. Drink machine is well taken care of and tastes great. They also have some arcade machines up stairs, which most are broken or steal your money. If they updated this it would also help bring the crowd.

Not bad overall. Thing to remember is you go there to see a movie, the movie is delivered, thats what counts. If you enjoyed the movie in peace, what really do you have to piss about? Milk Duds taste the same all the time. Popcorn is popcorn. A Dr. Pepper will be a Dr. Pepper. What do you want, a personal massage while you watch your movie? Id go over 15% for that, but hey, you got a movie. People spent a lot of f* money to make that movie, dont piss because you dropped a 20 for two tickets.

All of the negative posts about this place are B.S. Its a great theater. Its a little old but, its cheaper than most. The offer student and Veteran discounts. Im a regular and they are always nice. A couple even remember me and say Hi. Its very clean as well.

We went and watched Frozen II. Great seats and free popcorn and soda refills. Price is a little high, but other than that great.

This was the second time going to this theater. First time was fine, besides being an older theater. Today was horrible. Not sure if it was the theater we were in, theater 6, But it was VERY musty smelling and did not feel clean at all. And the worst part was the seats felt damp, to the point my 5 year old sat on the edge of his chair the whole time because he didnt like the feeling of it. The movie was fine and the popcorn and drinks were fine, but really needs a sprucing up and a good make over.

Best experience I have ever had at a movie theatre in a very long time. Me & my mom went to go see Aladdin tonight. The movie was really good, unfortunately my mom started feeling sick about 1/2 way through the movie. We decided to leave & the staff was very nice about everything. We explained the situation to Wesley & Carson & they compensated us with future movie passes & even refilled our drink & popcorn b4 we left. They were the most compassionate people we have encountered in a very long time. I would definitely recommend this theatre and we will be making this our regular theatre. We usually go to Warren. But hands down, better staff then any other movie theatre we have went to.

My family and i always loved to come here when it was still hollywood theater. however now, any time we go to see a movie the theater smells kinda like dog pee and the seats are wet. we keep going back hoping to get a fresher theater but they all seem to be the same. its kinda uncomfortable to sit in wet seats and sit on the edge as not to encase myself in whatever the moisture is. this is my childhood theater so ill always give it another chance, it just seems to need a little bit of deep cleaning.

In theater 3, during the previews, there was no picture, only sound. I walked back to the ticket take and told him but he didnt seem all the interested. When the previews were over, there was a several minute long pause with no audio or pictures but there was a smattering of faint blue light hitting the screen. Then, more previews but this time with visuals. Unfortunately throughout the movie, that smattering of blue light continued to hit the screen, like light interference. It was a bit disappointing.

This theatre and the overall corporate chain is very inconsiderate of their guests. After seeing a movie, I thought I had lost my ID in one of the theatres. I called up after the movie and the person answering the phone was extremely off-putting and rude. She found my wallet in the theatre after having me ask her multiple times to check in the theatre we saw the movie in. Eventually, she found my wallet. As I have worked at a theatre before, I asked her to politely put my wallet in a secure location, and I asked for it be in the managers office. She hastily took down my name and my number and told me she would put it in the managers office. The next day when I went to pick up my wallet, the wallet was simply behind the concession stand counter where anyone could have accessed it! I was appalled. Additionally, my ID was missing. I politely asked the manager on hand if he would be willing to check the managers office as that is where the original person who found it said it would be. After around 20 minutes from when he left me standing near the ticket taker, I was wondering what was taking him so long. To my utter shock, the manager was back to working at the concession stand! I was waiting on him to come back from the office the whole time, but instead he went back to helping others without notifying me about him not finding my ID. Due to this lack of respect, I called corporate and had a length discussion with them. Again, I was shocked to be completely shunned and hung-up on at the call center. Extremely rude temperament to guest. I will spend my money elsewhere...

Its older but the prices are still affordable. Staff is always polite and friendly and helpful.

I liked the ticket sales at the food counter. Saved time, and while I normally put up a protest against buying candy/popcorn, that is really why we are there in the first place. I recall them selling beer at the counter, which is a nice addition.

It was amazing It was a great experience to do be there. I had a great time. We shall aladdin its was so good I saw many other movies I wanted to see.

Tickets are over priced for the shape this place is in. This was my first time at this theatre and my last. My seat was so uncomfortable and broke down. I can tell it has not been updated for a very long time. Theater had a musty, old, unpleasant smell.The whole place needs a facelift. Staff was friendly though.

I had to wait in line behind dozens of people buying concessions just to get a ticket for a movie. If it’s a weekend evening, you could consider having a dedicated line for tickets.When we asked two staff members wandering out of the back if we could get tickets, they informed us that we could get them from the app for an additional cost if we didn’t want to wait in the concessions line.This has not been a great theater for many years, but now I’m about done.

Viewed a movie in theatre 9 for a movie thats been out for awhile. We were not impressed with the quality of the seats but this was a clean theatre & our reserved tickets with reservation # got us in quick with ticket stub checker

Every time I go to this cinema, the person at the front is very rough, not friendly, the popcorn is never fresh and what really bothers me most is that most of the rooms smell like pee and are never clean. Please provide better service. Thank you.

Standard fare for a movie theater. Some of the rooms are in better shape than others. Cleanliness is hit or miss. Sometimes its good, and other times its kind of messy. A lot of this is because of Regals procedures and individual managers most likely. All of the Regal owned theaters in this area have the same issues.

One of 2 theatres I attend. The place is still clean though its not as popular as a theatre just up the road. But I prefer since it isnt near as crowded. Just like all movie theatres its an arm & leg to go out. Small fortune if you want refreshments. Be prepared to shell out wherever you go. The days of seeing a movie with refreshments under $20 is long gone.

Good theater - smaller than the big one 5 miles north, but has comfy, padded seats. It is easy to get a late show and have the theater mostly to yourself :) since parents like to bring their kids to Deadpool for some reason.

This theater is old. Seats arent good and need to be replaced. They keep it clean but since you spend the majority of your time sitting, thats why I gave it such a low rating. The discomfort isnt worth the few extra bucks youll save. We wont be back.

Great theater, staff is very respectable and helpful. It doesnt have the same frills as far as seating goes compared to other theaters in the metro, but the picture and sound quality is just as good as any in OKC. Seriously, how nice does your seat have to be? Are you watching a film or taking a nap? Some people will complain about a free lunch. The theater has charm, and less hassle than others nearby. I go there a couple times a month. Always a great experience.

The ticket prices are not to bad Usually around 9. Popcorn and drinks can be expensive. It is like 20 dollars for 2 drinks and small popcorn. It could use an update but being in Norman makes it worth a trip to. Most movies you want to be here 15 min before Showtime to get good seats. Also you watch previews till 15 min after start time.

I love coming here more than the Warren because of the free posters. Been coming here since High School so lots of memories at this place

I really hate to do this because the staff were friendly and its a movie theater but the place needs updating very bad. It looks like 1990 when you walk in. The carpet through out the entire place is absolutely disgusting. The seats in the theater are as old as when they first opened even the decorations havent been changed since it opened. The screens are decent size but they need updating to. The cost of the tickets and price of the food are over priced for the place which I get thats probably the only thing keeping the doors open. The last couple times weve been there there are less and less people each time. I really would love to see this place get shut down for awhile and renovated and the update it deserves. Other than that it had a good selection of food choices and very clean bathrooms.

I havent been to this theater in years because of a bad experience I had so I gave this place a try again for Godzilla. We were told by some hateful older man that we couldnt sit where we were because this row was designated for the handicap. The row we were sitting on was in the middle and no indication of it being for handicap. I told him that I didnt believe this was the designated for the handicap and he stormed off to get a manager. A lady came a few minutes later with no name tag and refused to give me her name, told us we had to move since the row we were on was for handicap people. When I asked for a refund she informed me that they do not give refunds. I had been there for about 45 minutes and this man shows up and has us kicked out of our seats as soon as he showed up. And then these two stood around talking while we gathered our stuff and left. I will never go back to this theater! I will continue going to Warren.

My family, and I went to this theater tonight(first visit), and was less than satisfied. I was directed to another theater room than I shouldve been in, which played over an hour of noovie video game things, and previews. I was supposed to be in a theater room with the movie starring at 6:30 p.m. but ended up in this room that started a little after 7:30. After going to staff, I was told that the the guy taking tickets, misspoke. I then went to get popcorn, and it was cold. Seeing the manager there, I decided to talk to him about my issues, which he said he would give me tickets to another movie, but youd just have to come back to this theater . All I can say is WOW

I dont think the seats have been replaced since before I was born, and every room smells like mildew. Otherwise its good I guess

Would not go back the price is the same or more than regular movie theater, popcorn tasted not that fresh and I felt so nasty after i left that place the theater room we were in smell like mole like if there was a leak in the seats got wet nasty feeling I wanted to leave but i did not want to mess up my bestfriend night we never have babysitters. I am SO FRUSTRATED with Regal right now. I have been dealing with trying to order tickets, calling Regal and trying to log into my account for the past 4 hours. First, I never got an email conforming my tickets. I called 4 times, 3 times I was hung up on. Finally got some one and he told me I do have tickets but now I have been trying to log into my account for 2 1/2 hours with no luck. I have reset my password. Tried to make a new account. I have tried EVERYTHING and I still cannot access my account. This has ruined my whole day and something as simple as ordering tickets and logging into your account should not be this hard. I need to know what Regal is going to do to make this right with us. If not... we have no problems taking our buisness elsewhere. I also need some kind of proof we have in fact got tickets for tomorrow to see Avengers. So disappointed. I have proof of all this by the way. Plenty of screen shots and time stamps. But I cant even use the contact us on the website because that is down also.

Getting more expensive, more moldy, Warrens worst! Try Cinemark, bit of a drive but a family of 4 can save 30$ and the chairs are awesome!

Nice, clean theater. Excellent ticket prices and the employees are always in a good mood. What knocks a star off of my rating are the snack and drink prices. Like, seriously, the price of three large sodas at Jack in the Box is roughly the equivalent of just one large soda here. If youre with a friend, its definitely more wallet-friendly to just share a soda if you can both agree on one! Depending on the day/time you come here, the theater room for your movie may have very few patrons, which is lovely, as you dont have to worry about hearing a lot of chitchat while youre trying to watch the movie! Overall, this is a theater I enjoy coming to; just wish the snack bar prices werent so high!

Paid 8$ for a 4 year old that will probably not even watch the whole movie with an empty theater.

I’m real happy with this place ever since regal took it over. When it was Hollywood corners it was absolutely horrific! Now it’s enjoyable weekend. Went here the other day and watch the movie venom, I got to give it five stars

Seating was nice, theater was okay, service was average. Theater is a little dated. Popcorn did not taste like it was buttered or salted, which is a preference not a requirement. There were no visible combos to purchase like other theaters, so we ended up paying more than other nicer theaters. Half the games upstairs didnt work or were out of order. Manager stated a different company ran that but offered back the tokens lost to faulty games. Its just below average at best.

Regal took over all the local theaters and switched them to coke. Now I have to carry a man purse to the movies. Also, assigned seating is stupid on movies that have been out for more than a week or if Im the only person in the movie.

They really need 2 different lines inside, i went and it wasn’t even busy, but I stood there waiting 15 minutes to get a ticket because people order tickets and food and drinks from the same guy, which the cashiers don’t care who was there first people jump ahead and skip everyone so you’re waiting FOREVER.The theater smelled weird like dirty armpits, wasn’t worth the $9, AMC is $5 before noon and this place is $9 even before noon, wasn’t worth it

This theater is old and not really maintained. Everything stinks like stale sweat, and the chairs were flat and sticky. This all would be understandable for a discount theater, but it was pretty pricey. This theater needs some renovations, or to embrace the discount theater model and offer better prices.

Really disappointed in this place. Havent been here in some time. Had really gone downhill. It is now the same quality as a dollar theater! Watched a movie in theater 9. It smells like something had spoiled in there. Same carpet from YEARS ago. Come on guys. I paid full price. Never again. Update the place and my family will return.

Its definitely not the nicest theater, the interior needs some serious work and the seats dont recline. The screens are also not the new high quality ones. However, the staff is very nice and the prices are lower than the fancier options. If you love movies and want a cinematic experience, this place may annoy you. However if your watching something thats been out a while or something you dont want to pay $14 dollars for, this is the place for you.

Was the Hollywood Theater in Norman. We got in quick. It was clean. I think most people go down the road to the Warren so this is a good second(first) option. I do know of a guy who had his truck broken into in this parking lot several years ago, but that doesnt really mean anything since it could happen anywhere.

Went to see detective Pikachu was a really good movie good place to go with the family to watch a movie they have an arcade upstairs not much of a selection but there is an arcade a large soda is like 6:49 or something like that and its not very busy

The theater is okay, you can tell not much has been done to it over the past decade. The tickets are fairly priced so I returned frequently, its like that old pair of shoes you just wont throw out. I do think the price of soda and popcorn is just ridiculous. Spending $15 on tickets and then a following $25 on two sodas and a popcorn is a little sketchy at best. The staff is always friendly and kind though, Ive rarely had a staff member act put out which is a rarity in these days of millennials. Plenty of theaters so theres always a large selection of movies which is also another plus.

I prefer going here than going to the Warren in Moore. Most of the staff is very friendly and it is never that crowded except on big openings. It is just 10-15 minutes drive and they have all of the movies that Im expecting to see. Thats what it is all about. I could go to another theatre and spend $100 for 2 people getting drinks and special seats but it doesnt change the fact that they would be showing the same movies.It is also easier to bring kids into a less crowded venue so you can better manage with the frequent bathroom breaks and correcting your children without making a scene.

Nice theater! Clean, friendly staff and awesome matinee prices. Lots of stadium seating! Comfortable and cool for summer days. Lots of summer promotions for families. Great alternative to some of those more expensive, trendy theaters. Check them out! I know Ill be back.

Its a pretty typical theater experience, but when they sell the tickets inside at the registers, you cannot buy your concessions at the same time. You have to wait in line two separate times at the concession stand. Its weird.
