Went to get air for my granddaughter‘s birthday party. Lots of obstacles and trampolines. They have a small American ninja style course, foam pits that you can swing and jump into a dodgeball court. Pretty cool place.

This place is awesome! We just celebrated a birthday here. The party assistant was friendly and quick to help. Everyone had so much fun I definitely recommend this place.

Super clean. Not crowded at all on weekdays. Friendly staff. No masks required for jumpers!

Took our grandson and he had such a blast! The prices are very reasonable and they seem to care about the safety of the children. He was able to do so much and go from area to area without any trouble. Great way to spend an afternoon! Would highly recommend and will be back when he comes back to town.

Lots of parents not wearing masks. No kids (except mine) were wearing masks.

First time here, and highly disappointed with this one. It’s run down, and many items are broken or damaged, it smells, visually looks unclean, it’s sticky, there is trash all over the sitting areas and jumping areas. There are little ones (by little, an unsupervised two year old boy) jumping on the big trampolines being knocked over, he doesn’t have jump socks on so I’m not sure he’s even supposed to be “jumping”. The staff is two young adults next to each other watching something on their phones this entire hour barely looking up. With just a quick headcount, there are about 100 kids in here currently. I see rules posted, but they are all being ignored nor enforced. The music choice is inappropriate for little ears. If you’re looking for a place to bring your kids for a safe environment, please reconsider, this is not it.

On july 14th 2020I quit because they dont knowHow to pay people on time!They dont pay well at all!I worked there for 3 1/2 years.( ROBERT GRIFFIN)I walked out to maybe send a msgTo the ones running this place.Care for your staff!!!!!!

We had our 7 year olds birthday party here. Our host, Baileigh, was awesome! She was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She took care of everything from set up, serving food/cake, making sure the kids were signed up to jump and cleaned up at the end. She made it stress free and ensured we had everything we needed if we forgot anything. The facility had plenty of activities and obstacles to keep the kids entertained and was clean. Would definitely recommend for parties!

I can’t even begin to describe how amazing the staff there was for our sons birthday. They were so helpful and super friendly. We don’t have a single complaint! We honestly have never had better service anywhere!!

Kids love it. We love that they get to burn energy and always look forward to going. Ages 4 and 6 and both stay busy the entire 1-2 hrs. Facility is always clean and the music isnt too loud (haha I just wrote that... Must be getting old).Non-jumpers bring a coat in the winter. It can get a little chilly... But the temperature is perfect if youre jumping.

The staff was very friendly during toddler time! We had a blast! The new concept of story time limits the time we get to jump. It might be a good idea but we pay to jump.

Our 2 year old had a blast and so did all of us adults! Jump time felt like it lasted forever and the place seemed really nice. Ref was also very nice, he asked if our daughter was ok when she was crying. We will be back in our awesome breast cancer awareness socks!

Its a lot of fun. Lots of things to do, very good for kids off any age. A legal guardian has to sign a waiver for anyone under 18, but they dont have to be with said legal guardian, just with an adult, and the waiver can be completed online.

Great place to take the kids so they can blow off some steam

We had a really great time getting out of the heat & hanging out at Get Air! I was able to easily buy tickets online and the check in process was super simple and quick thanks to help from Robert. Every area was clean and supervised. The music makes it extra fun too! We’ll definitely be back again soon!

Great place to take your kids! Over all have been here multiple times and every experience has been great! I have a five year old a two year old and a three year old and all three enjoyed it! If you haven’t been I definitely suggest going!

We had a great time at club air Saturday night. The DJ and black lights were awesome. Rob was very helpful and curteous!! We will definitely be back!

Went there with some friends and their kids while Robert G. was working and he was awesome! Very friendly and fun! He would come out and talk to people when the front desk wasn’t too busy and I even saw him cleaning some of the equipment there at the end when we were leaving. The whole place was clean and had fun music for the kids. Would recommend for an afternoon of fun with little ones!

Love it here. I’m 15 and always have a great time, but also my little siblings love it as well! Half the reason I love going is the people who work there, Robert and Corbin are the best!!

No air conditioning! My kids got very hot and sick. I saw several other people,not just jumpers but parents, getting overheated in the place too.

My kids love it. The staff are always real nice and chill. Corbin was great helping out and watching out for my kids.

Pretty expensive but the party packs come with someone to help you coordinate and clean up everything, which is great. Very fun for kids but a pricey outing.

Good place to take your kids to waist some unwanted energy. The lay out of the facility has something to be desired, and the ability to no have something to drink in the area that you need to be to watch your kids sucks. I understand why, but some exceptions need to be made.

If you get Rob as your party host you’re in for a horrible experience. He won’t do anything he’s supposed to other than ask you to pay at the end. He won’t let us know when to bring pizza or cake and he will sneak in orders so be very careful. He also will clearly make sure to stay away when you have kids at the table that sat down to eat. You’ll never have enough plates or napkins or spoons. And unfortunately there’s nobody you can talk to fix this. I asked for a receipt for my payment and he was awol.The only good this is if you have a party when there’s not 4-5 other parties your kids will have time and space to jump otherwise it’s a bust. Over rated and over pricey when you have to do everything yourself.

Ehh... I means it is okag but DEFINETLY needs an upgrade to be honest there isnt that much and the most annoying thing is that they dont allow other trampoline parks socks...

A great place to take kids to get them tired!!! Let them jump, run and play to burn that energy off. The employees there are very nice as well.

Had a good time overall. The only negative was the amount of bullying going on over by the swing- coming from the kids who were there for camp directed at the ones who were there to jump for an hour or so. It’s a shame they were allowed to run around and do that.

Camille was excellent. She saw my daughter seemed to be in pain. She came up to us and had asked if everything was ok. She offered us an ice pack. Before she came up, David had made good conversation with us as well. All while keeping a good eye on the facility. It wasn’t super packed on this day which was super nice. The kids had a great time. We will definitely be back. Price is def decent too.

It was ok, very fun for kids, but as a parent, an aunt, an got little friends. You definitely as an adult, have to stay by the kids, my daughter us 7, she was playing in the cubes and got stuck with her head down and feet up. If I hadnt been their, no other adults, kids or people working their saw her but me. Could have turned bad, just a must suggestion and tip, at that point didnt care I didnt pay to get in. Crazy!

This park is so kid friendly. We bring my 2 year old to jump all the time and she enjoys it so much!!! They have a kid area and everything. Corbin helped us today and was very friendly and knew answers when we asked! Thanks dude! :) you rock! :)

I loved this place!!! It was so much fun when I came by last week!! I had a great time burning energy with my siblings and they had a great as well. I really enjoyed one of the refs that danced a lot her name is Alex. She was a great person to have a conversation with and I look forward to coming by again

We LOVE coming here- perfect energy outlet for kids and adults. Corbin is always so sweet and helpful. Would def recommend it as little kids have their own area and if they are tall enough, they can participate with the other kids any time of day!

Really good trampolines, nice bounce. Also has foam pit, ninja warrior course, dodgeball, basketball dunk hoop, and slackline. Clean with a modern style. Excellent place to bounce.

It was just ok. They did not keep order. There were very small children in the above 46 and big kids in the under 46 area. I paid for 2 hours and my kids were ready to leave after 15 minutes. Bummer, especially since it was so expensive!

We always have a great experience at Get Air! My son loves coming here to jump and expend all of his extra energy. The staff is always super friendly, and Corbin was very helpful during our latest trip to Get Air Norman!

We had lots of fun jumping and bouncing all around. The staff when we were there didnt exactly seem professional. I dont know how I feel having high schoolers watching my child. One guy had his work shirt just around his neck while going around helping people. Theyd congregate and just hang out amongst themselves. Im not entirely sure what they are supposed to be doing otherwise.Make sure you take the socks you buy for repeat visits so you dont have to keep buying them.

Robert Griffin was our party host for my daughters birthday party. We didnt want for anything. He was friendly and personable. The kids had a great time at this facility and we got a great deal for the cost of our party!

My kids had so much fun there.

My daughter was hurt and they wouldnt help us get her out of the foam pit and when we got her out finally they tried to tell us we couldnt take her to the hospital. She was paralyzed temporaryly and all because the foam was not covering the bars that hold the pits and trampoline together. She brused her spine and they were more worried about my husband and I having our bracelet to be inside the park itself. I wouldnt take my dead dog in there more less my child

We really like this place. Its clean, the staff is super friendly and attentive. Theres an area designated for smaller children and if you come early its not crazy busy like most places and Camille was really awesome!

My daughter and I absolutely love coming here to jump. We come every weekend and always enjoy it. Corbin made our recent trip very enjoyable.

This is a great place if you have a very young child or toddler. This is NOT a place for anyone over the age of 10. We took our 14yr old son & friends to celebrate a birthday today. The big jump space was full of kids that were way under 46”. I was at first told that they get the smaller kids into their area at 11. It didn’t happen. I asked again to the guy overseeing the area & he told me that they would be moved when the facility got busier. Our boys were unable to really jump for fear they would hurt one of the littles that were just running all over. They tried to do the ninja area, but a parent was letting their toddler play in the ninja area foam pit. They were even in the dodgeball area! I was very disappointed that more rules were not followed so everyone could have a good time.

The place had some cool obstacles I hadnt seen yet. The staff was friendly. The only issue i had was the price...not a very large space for the price they charge.

I love Get Air and so do my kids! Robert came by and spoke with me about my experience. He was super nice and helpful! My only complaint is there were some children in there that were unsupervised and were actually rude. One of the workers came by and asked the children to stop and they laughed and did not listen. These children even told other kids they couldn’t come into the foam pit where they were. We will be back and not base our experience on one bad time.

My son loves this place,I love it because it is geared towards the 4 to 10 year olds and they can have fun without getting run over by the bigger kids. There was a young man name Tyler that was awesome and very informative with his knowledge attention to the children in his area.

Very clean, safe, and exciting environment for the kids to enjoy. Rob and the other staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a day out or a group party.
