We were greeted by Marc when we arrived. He was so informative and showed us around the whole place. My kids were fully informed on all the exciting options before they picked which fun things they wanted to do. We had a blast as a family. We look forward to coming back!

We went for my grandsons birthday and had as great time! He loved the miniature golf and loved watching his grandmother climb the rock wall!! We rode the go carts and played tons of video games. I had fun bowling with my niece and playing air hockey while they kids did laser tag. The food was mediocre but the staff were amazing.

This is our second time coming here for birthday parties and both times our host was Ariel. She was awesome! She made our experience amazing! She is amazing with the kids as well! I loved it both times and would love to come back again. Thank you so much!

Wonderful water park, especially for smaller kids! Very clean and smaller than white water but that can actually be a good thing. Its easier to keep an eye on my son because of the layout. We really enjoy coming here. The staff has always been helpful and kind to us! While I dont know from experience, the cabanas look like they would be a fun rental for a large family day or a few friends getting together. Definitely want to rent one next year!

Well how to even start this review.. This Sunday 01/05/2020 me and my family went to have a Sunday funday, and this was not the place to go for that. we wasnt there that long because of how some of the employees were treating some of their customs. Im a business man my self and i believe in treating your customers with respect. My family was playing in the arcade and i was out at the go carts watch a couple kids go around the track. the go karts are slow and the kids were probably around 7 to 8. In the middle of the race they stopped the go karts told the kids they were kick off for the rest of the day. the father got upset and I got confused. they might have bumped a little but nothing crazy (i was actually videoing so i could show my wife they wasnt that fast and i didnt see how our kids could hurt them selves) went on about my business to go show my wife and there was a commotion with the father and the manager about the incident. Apparently because the go karts bumped each other they werent able to ride and were ban from the karts. and really thats what most people enjoy the most. instead of the business making them take a break and explain to the kids what they did wrong the straight kicked them off. i could see the fathers point of view and instead of the manager trying to talk civil to their customer she was actually pretty rude. after the incident the father left the i over heard the manager and some long haired guy speaking to each other saying something about they didnt belong there or even in the country! I guess its because they were Spanish or some other race! I grabbed my kids and wife and left!!! This isnt what the world needs right now at this moment with everything going on! Being the manager of a place means doing whats right and what they did on this day was very wrong! I will not be going back to this place because of the lack of training of employees and the racist comments made!

Employees were very nice, including the manager. We visited the fun park and they have a pretty good variety of games. Their mini golf course is nice and they have go-karts and a sky swing of some kind that we were too chicken to try. They have batting cages as well and inside they have mini bowling and bumper cars in addition to their games. We didnt try the snack bar/ restaurant but they do have one. It appears to serve hamburgers, pizza, hot dogs, etc. I was surprised and pleased at how clean everything was. There was even a young man cleaning the metal FLOORS of the sit-down games! You can drop a lot of cash here in a relatively short time, but no more so than other places of this type I dont think. Its just kind of part of the deal. All the kids we saw seemed to be having a ball.

I purchased four tickets during the Black Friday flash sale last year. Refuse to process a refund since they aren’t reopening.

I had never been here before we just thought we would do something different for my daughters birthday, it was awesome!! Everyone had a blast and the food was great. Our party host was on point with everything we didnt have to lift a finger . We would definitely have to come back many more times we had so much fun .

We will not return. We came for a birthday party. The kids get cards to play the games with, and these cards retain your ticket balance for prizes later. When we went to do my sons, no problem, and he had 3 tickets left. My daughter wanted his 3 tickets. The guy tried to combine the cards. He deleted them. She had over 540 tickets. He wouldn’t do anything about it. Nothing. Needless to say, I left there with a crying 8 year old, $200 out of my pocket spent on top of what they spent on the party, and then treated like crooks. Never again!

I have been here several times with my son and my little brothers. They were very helpful in accommodating my son with special needs. The laser tag was phenomenal. Wish they had a bigger range of sizes for the vests for parents wanting to join in because my little brothers like me to play with them but I struggled a bit fitting into the vests. Its pretty expensive but they always have daily packages. I will go back again and again.

This past weekend i scheduled a Birthday Party for my Granddaughter whom was turning 6 years old, i was very displeased with the service, upon arrival the staff was mopping our room that the party was to be held in with a mop that had a stench and several remnants hanging from the mom left to dry on the floor, although the party was to begin at 6, the room was not available to us until 6:08 pm, once allowed to go into the room the hostess did not come back to greet us until 6.26 pm where then she asked our pizza order and did not give any specifics of what her role or what the itinerary was to entail, she did advise we would need to be clear of the room by 7:30, she did not return unit 6:45  or so with 2 pizzas (I ordered 4) no drinks and then proceeded to leave for additional 7 minute, (while 1st 2 pizzas sat) and then returned with 1 additional pizza and she had to leave again as she had not brought pitchers of drinks, nor any type of apologies, we decided to serve ourselves the pizza as the children were antsy and we allowed them to eat there pizza an await drinks which 2 pitchers were finally brought in (in which we served ourselves again.. allowed the children to go play and return promptly at 7:15 to serve cake an open gifts to get out the room by the 7:30 deadline, it was horrible and distasteful, i order party bags(never received them ) i ordered a large family salad (never received it ) an the host never returned to the room, and to much devastation the manager arrived to cut the cake and she placed her bare hands on my granddaughter edible parts and removed them from the cake and proceeded to cut the cake in such a disgusting manner that it fell apart and she caught it in her hand and said AVALANCHE, Never ever again and i suggest you not either, Now on the other hand the other party’s going on had no issues, had proper services and they were very attentive, maybe it was our fair skin, or darker complexion but never will i ever, they took something away from me and my family but most of my granddaughter whom i assure recognized the chaos..Never again!

Super upset. I just found out today that the summer passes I signed up for arent a summer pass. Its a 12 month subscription. And of course no way to get out of it. My kids are too small for the bumper cars and rock wall. The fun park side does me no good. I love the water park and have been going there for years but Im furious about this. And dont small print me. They could have explained that when I signed up. Thats shady and just wrong.

Fun place for all kids and adults. We have younger children as well as a teen so its nice to be able to take them to one place where they can all enjoy themselves.

It was a lot of fun playing here and spending the time with the kids. Its a great environment for the kids to play and have a great time. The staff was really nice and they help us out with everything we needed. Its a bit pricey but then again when you have kids life is this way. Lol. Over all great time.

Went to this place #ANDYALLIGATORS Located @ Indian Hills Road in Norman Oklahoma today January 5 2020 it was my son birthday him and his friend where riding the go kart and they bump one time when the lady stop the go kart and she said that they couldn’t ride the rest of the day. We had been their for 45 minutes my oldest son had just got their he was only their for 2 minutes we had just bought him a wrist band we told the manager that if we couldn’t ride the go kart we at least wanted my oldest son money back he didn’t have the wrist band for more than 2 minutes. She said that we could use the other rides but not the go kart. We told her to just give back the money for my oldest son who didn’t get to ride to with his little brother. She refused and said that all sales are final even though we only had the wrist band for 2 minutes. I have the video of them riding the go kart and when they bump. I also have the video of arguing with the manager who refused to give us our money back . We used to go here all the time and spend money their.

Seemed nice. It was cold when we were there so we didnt get to see much outside

$$ but groupon makes the pricing easier and worth it. My son loves climbing but most of all the go carts and rookie carts along with the bumper carts. Not much of the golf. Bowling is ok for kids. Only come once or twice a year so it doesnt get boring. Never bought the food just the slushy. I never tried there water slides yet.

Was a nice place. Staff was nice. Food wad good. Park looks very large online but is actually fairly small in person. 7 year old had a blast though and that was the goal. Prices were ok as long as you have a little spending money.

Im not going to get into personal details but I did rate the place based on how the kids liked it. We recently took our students there for a award trip and they really enjoyed the park. They have a little bit for all ages there, wall climbing, go carts, minature golf, and many games inside the building. The prices seemed right on track for the type attraction it was. Food was pretty good and the staff was friendly. I would go back with a group again.

Great place to take the kiddos to entertain themselves. The prices are fair and you can really get great value if youre there for awhile. The pizza was surprisingly delicious and I absolutely recommend it. They occasionally have specials on the large swing and its a lot of fun if you have the extra money.

Absolutely atrocious! Multiple people working, yet every table filthy! Games were almost all broke or only working partially. Laser tag equipment was not working correctly with no apologies, games taking credits but not working, several employees standing around doing nothing g, and management was present but clueless. Absolutely atrocious!

Always fun place to take my gboys. They love the bowling and frog bounce. If I could change one thing all the prices would be in 25 cent increments. Nothing worse than getting down to your last 23 cents on a card.

Its a good party place with good pizza ans a nice menu of stuff. Good rides and games. Better and more expensive than chuckee cheese but worse and cheaper than heyday.

Great fun, prices are reasonable compared to other places. The wristbands offer the best value especially when certain games (laser tag, mini golf or go carts) are played multiple times. Not all games are unlimited on all bands so pick the one that best suits your needs.

Employees don’t know what they are doing. It’s obvious they have not been trained properly. Not their fault. But when the manager can’t make managerial decisions it causes problems.

First time at their water park. Its not really big but its just right for us and our grandbabies. We had a blast and recommend it. Will be going back next summer for sure.

Honestly, its just not my kind of place. It appears this water park is more geared for families that like to let their young kids run around unsupervised while the adults kick back under a hut or float in the river drinking alcohol.Our five year old enjoyed the play area, but there isnt even a pool to swim in. It gets very boring, very quickly.

Went here on vacation and had a stellar time. Especially on the racing track! The lazy river is extremely relaxing, and it was extremely fun to lounge under out reservation spot.

Just finished our first visit and I was very pleased. First and foremost the staff was kind and attentive. The facilities were in good shape. I think it is ideal for children 42 tall through about 11-12 years of age. Yes, smaller kiddos will enjoy but just not be able to do everything. It sits on a small door print so easy to watch the kiddos.

Have came here twice while visiting family from Texas. Brought my younger Cousin here both times Great experience. There are games, mini bowling, Lazar Tag and a few other things. Haven’t tried the food here yet though. I will have to try to visit again when I visit next

My kids 9 and 7 always ask to come here, I’m not typically a fan of places with arcade type games like Chuck e Cheese, but Andy’s is so much more. We bought the unlimited wristbands for our kids, and upgraded to unlimited laser tag for $5. They rode go-carts, climbed the rock wall, rode bumper cars, played in the playscape, mini-golf and lots of laser tag. We literally spent 6 hours here, and it was one of the highlights of our vacation.

Terrible place: expensive, bunch of police there because is unsafe. Very nasty, pizzas are the worst in the city. Muy- muy feo, terrible. No vayan alli

Took my kids to have a good time they had been good all week and I promissed to take them somewhere fun ..after talking about it for awhile they were all in aggrement for Andy Alligators. opon arrival the staff was very unenviting no smiles ...which is no big deal but the whol;e time we were there the staff especially one young lady kept getting on to the kids ...who are very well behaved in fact ive never had a problem we where 1 of very few families there it seem they had nothing better to do than constantly bother us a terrible expeirience the manager was no help they would rather defend poor employees than respect good paying customers... iu wish i could give a 0.... dont go there trust me

Took our kids here today while visiting OKC and they had a blast! Yes it is pricey but about the same as other amusement places! The go carts were very fun and they had a nice little mini golf course! The video games we’re great and my little guy loved the play area (which I think should be free or maybe $1, not $5$. )The mini bowling was fun also! Great family fun time!!

Second summer with the Venture Pass. Love free Tuesday/ Wednesday water park visits! And reduced price on refills with special souvenir cups. Including adult beverages! Outstanding!

I would not recommend their party package. I rsvp for both adults and kids. The gave about 10 adults risk bans for the unlimited package and 13 kids. Mind you they only provided two pizza pies and two refills which only went to the kids. I asked before I booked to package to ensure that I was getting what I wanted and was told that everyone would get two slices of pizza. No one got two, not even the kids. All this for almost $800 my guests had to buy food after the party. I paid the amount because I did not want to make a scene at my childs party. I tried to get an explanation from management but it is a story that does not add up. If you go on their website to book a package for of the same nature, the total is a little over $400. I even sent an email which no one bothered to respond to. Take you child to Chuck e cheese or somewhere else. This place is not worth it!

Its fun for the whole family but a bit pricey. For 4 adults and 2 kids one was free it was 289.00 for online tickets to save a little. Then 5.00 water bottles and everything inside you have to pay for. Ridiculous

I had a job interview here a few years back. I was hired for the position on the spot. After spending money I didnt have on proper work attire I waited a week for them to tell me when my first day was. After no one called or emailed I called myself and was promptly placed on hold and after 20 minutes the call was disconnected. I drove up to the location 2x over the next week to speak with a manager about my employment. Both times I was told to wait for extended amounts of time for the hiring manager to speak with me, but after waiting I was given the company line of she went home or she is not here. I finally came to my senses and decided this job was not worth it.

Im not a fan fan of arcades but I can play and enjoy some of these at times ---> Andy Alligators Fun Park rocked it! First time visiting and definitely returning soon.We had a blast!!

It was a great place for a 4 year olds birthday party. We were the only ones in there so we had the run of the mill of the place. I thought the pizza was excellent and the staff was very nice.

My nephews party was horrible because the host didnt do there job right! I would not recommend this place even the manager was complaining right in front of us because they couldnt find there staff! It was supposed to be a good time but they had totally ruined it!!!

Great for little kids. They have only 2 adult size slides and the lazy river. But a whole area for the little kids under 12 ish.

I get it, its hot outside but I cant even get service inside. I paid for two wristbands and im having to wait for EVERYTHING. It seems theres one poor little girl covering everything here. A full refund wouldnt be out of the question, very disappointed.

Over priced for the inconvenience and cost of everything inside. Truthfully we had a birthday party and they had us directly in the sun we had to ask to move our reserved hot tables. And then come to find Andy the alligator wasnt even in the state to wish our birthday girl a happy birthday... Very disappointing.

Fun place for the kids. Staff members needs adjusting. When your employees do not know how to deal with children. whats 90% of that job is dealing with children. Have a staff meeting. My nine-year-old child had a 17-year-old boy staff member or employee rolled his eyes and make a really rude Psy. Because he had to do his job. Worst experience ever. My son had a birthday party here the host did not interact what so ever and employees were rude and even mad that no one was helping them. Its not our fault so I dont understand why she had to act like that. Our host also didnt even give my son his 500 tickets and messed up our wrist bands. I will never do a birthday party here again and I dont think Id even come back here just for fun. I dont recommend this place at all.

I had an amazing experience today at Andy Alligators Fun Park! There were about 50 kids there from Norman YMCA daycare running around with little supervision, however, a manager named Jonathan, despite the chaos and lack of supervision from the daycare leaders, remained patient and helpful! I certainly wish everyone working with customers could be trained by him! Excellent experience! We will be back! Often!

Great 1st experience. No pool tho just a lazy river and some slides but really fun and they sell alcohol AND have adult nights!

I would like to start off this review by saying we had a great time at Andy Alligator all summer until 8/14/19 when my son broke his foot exiting the Blow up Sling Shot slide.I personally purchased six season passes, rented a cabana and bought a full pizza every time we visited.On our first visit my son tried the Sling Shot but his foot twisted when exiting so didn’t get back on the slide again until last Wednesday. When exited this time his foot slipped between the slide and the makeshift step. Please see the attached photos to understand how dangerous this set up is.After he was injured, the lead brought out a wheelchair and took him to the office and gave him an ice pack. While in the office, at least five employees were present and they all agreed that most of the injury’s that happened over the summer were from the two Blow up rides. They wheeled my son out to the car, and nobody wrote up an incident report. I took my son directly to his Dr office and after xrays confirmed his foot was broke, I called Andy Alligator to speak with a manager. He said nobody told him about this accident and that his staff did not follow protocol, because they should write up an incident report for anything that requires a band aid. I explained that a large group of his staff said most injuries that happened this summer were from the two blow up bounce house like rides. He said that was out if context because most were small injuries only one break so far this summer before my son broke his foot. He took my incident report over the phone and said he would send to the GM and someone would contact me.It’s been a week today,and I’ve heard NOTHING... my husband and I went to the waterpark last Friday to see if they had added a sign or changed the setup to prevent more accidents from happening, but Nothing had changed.My son was supposed to start his 7th grade year at his new junior high last Thursday. Instead, we had to start two days late, and now with the inconvenience of a broken foot and hauling around a scooter.I’m disappointed in how Andy Alligator has handled this situation and I hope nobody else gets hurt before they close down the water park for the year!

Did laser tag n was pretty fun

We have been numerous times, but yesterday it was my son, my mom, and I. My son LOVES laser tag and couldn’t wait to play, we were there early in the day so there werent many people there yet. My mom is unable to play laser tag so it was just me and my son. He is 5 years old. Being the only two in the laser tag, he got scared, so the attendant Morgan helped him through the game and was on his “team” to make sure he wasn’t scared. Thank you Morgan for making his day.

Do you like cardboard pizza, flavorless burgers, and overpriced rides and games? Well youre in for a treat! Because Andy Alligators can make any day terrible!Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere for an evening out or childs birthday! Everything is overpriced and looks old and not very well maintained. Would not recommend!

My kids enjoyed playing the arcade style games for tickets and toys. It was a nice place to visit on a hot Oklahoma afternoon. There are other adventures to try and a dining facility. We didnt purchase the other activities but maybe something to try later. This is a fun place for families to be.

We went there for my grandsons birthday. They are all so rude. They didnt even let us know what was going. I had some guests that only had 3 hour braclets. They started at 4 when the party started by the time we got done eating and doing cake and presents it was about 5. So by 7 the wrist bands were done. Then I was playing a game and it froze. I had coins on there and by the time they got done doing whatever they did they walked away they came back 2 more times then the third time they started getting snooty. I never got moved to a different machine and lost my coins and when it froze up the last time I didnt even care at that point. We cashed out and went home. Never ever ever would I go there again. Or recommend it to anyone.

Super fun! But 200 for 5 people is just a bit high pricing. But loads of activities to do.

Place is fun for kids and adults (Bar), been coming here for years, worth it to get a Gold pass if youre going more than 3 times.

Robert was so helpful and friendly. the customer service was amazing. everyone went out of their way to ensure that my son had fun. It was also very very clean.

My 4 year old son loves this place. Both the Fun Park and Water Park. Some of the things hes still too young for but there is still plenty to keep him busy. Its usually not so crowded and easy to park and the staff is friendly and the place is clean which we like.

Over priced for anyone over 42 inches. I feel this is a place for todlers. They only had two slides my 7yr old enjoyed. The lazy river was VERY SMALL. Just very disappointed for how much we paid. Food was $8 for a hamburger. Also there was a woman there that was dressed very inappropriately in a thong. After approaching them about it they asked her to put shorts on which she did eventually, but it wasnt long before she had removed them again. After approaching them about it a second time they approached her again and she eventually left, however i dont feel we should have had to approach them about it so many times, i feel such an inappropriateness should have been realized and handled much sooner.
