Fishing, I find is a very much needed R&R to end a very long and hot summer. A cold drink, relaxing music and good company is a luxury anyone can afford. Bring your chair, a cooler and tackle box and cast a line while enjoying a warm breeze that will sure put you to sleep (guilty). If the fish arent biting, doesnt mean you shouldnt be . If fishing isnt quiet up to your speed, (not saying its a fast sport) than relax on the rooftop of the Piers restaurant and grab a drink with fresh and I mean fresh seafood selects. You, friends and family will sure have a fun relaxing day that can really put you in a coastal beach city mood.
My favorite pier!
I went several times during the summer of 2019. The pier was unbelievably crowded...but some good fishing.
The most underrated attraction in all of Hampton roads buy a large margin...
Love this place the view is amazing up top. Service is good and food is great.
Very nice staff, the fishing wasnt half bad either! Great selection of baits and they even have a nice place to get food PLUS BEER! Wonderful place!

The pier calls my imagination the view is excellent
First time here and my waitress from Michigan was outstanding. Coming back soon with friends.
We only go at night when its less crowded. Its really nice. Fishing is 10 bucks, bait is a little expensive but fish are plenty..and crabs

The beach never gets old
