Customer service is stellar! I’ve been the coordinator for my kids’ school for 6 years and the support at Square1art is top notch! Their products make great gifts.

Customer service is top notch with this company. I love to have my childrens artwork on useful items, and it helps the school by making the purchases. Hats off to Square 1 Art.

Tried to place an order for previous year art work. The gentleman who was taking my call offered to transfer the call to a manager and then hung up on me. He was rude and not helpful.They were trying to charge $8 in shipping on what probably would only cost $1 to ship. Had just placed an order hours before and there was no offer to combine shipping. when I asked I was declined saying there is no way of doing that, Offered no solutions even though I have ordered products three years in a row. Was disappointed in the way they handle customer service.

I just placed an order for my three daughters!Tracina took the order and was beyond professional and helpful! If only more companies had people like her, that has outstanding customer services!Next time I place an order I hope she answers the call!!! Great company to use!!!Wonderful for the schools also!!!!

I wanted to thank you for printing out my youngest daughters art project back in Texas (Morton Ranch Elementary). I was able to stumble upon her work tonight and wish I can order a bigger print. Will contact you and see if you can do it. I will in the meantime, enjoy her stickers from Ms. Lopezs class (2nd grade- Morton Ranch). I think it is truly amazing that you have a company that give back to the community, and it is quite unfortunate that you received unfair reviews.In the meantime, keep your heads up high, and know that your creativity and the joy you bring to the children, make a big difference.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I dont even know where to begin with the list of issues I have had with Square 1.I am the art coordinator for my school and was completing the fundraiser for the fall (so that my students products would arrive before Christmas). Towards the beginning of December I received an email from Square 1 saying that we may not receive our products in time before break, like we were promised. As a busy teacher, if I can send in my students artwork in time, why can I not receive the same professionalism from this business? Thankfully, two days before break I received the products... well not all of them. More than 5 MISSING orders and two incorrect orders. When I called customer service all I was told was to give the parents this customer service number so they can call in their childs order. They did say they would ship the childs artwork directly to their home, however, it would take at least an additional TWO WEEKS. There goes any planned Christmas presents. When I tried helping a parent, by calling customer care for them, I was put on hold for OVER AN HOUR! I, along with many parents, some of which are also fellow teachers, are incredibly disappointed, frustrated, and upset.

As a grandparent, I love to support anything my grandkids do. However, this website is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. When I try to order for more than one child on the same order, I cant. The artwork is there, but is grayed out. It always defaults back to the first access code artwork. This is the third year in a row I have had this same problem. COME ON PEOPLE! DONT BE LAME! FIX YOUR DANG WEBSITE! If this werent for my grandkids, Id have kissed you goodbye long long ago!!

What a shameless, money-grabbing scam of a business. Garbage products at astronomical prices.

Very disaapointed in Square 1 Art! They need to work on clear communication! If we would have been notifited of what was shippe and how many many boxes we were to recieve, then this review might not has been necessary.We were not notified on the number of boxes that we were to receive. When we called to let them know that we had 10 missing orders and an error on an order that we received, they were less than pleasant or helpful. We were put on hold for over 35 minutes, no one knew how to help us, 1 girl told us to wait till next week, Debra used an authoritative with my assistant director and told her that she was causing more confusion and at the end of the phone call we still did not know when we would be receiving our missing orders.Debra then called back and began to raise her roice at myself and that is when I shared with her that I didnt appreciate her speaking authoriatively to my assistant director. Then she argued with me about her customer service.This is the first and last year, that I will use this company for both of my school fundraisers. I will definitely go back to using Kids Kreations!!!!! Not worth the very small amount of money that we made!
