My daughter was celebrating her friends birthday at fun Friday.The parent of the birthday girl and I both paid for my daughter, so I called Kathleen to ask if she could help me with a refund. She was very short with me on the phone and said at first she would not give me a refund. Then she called back and said she could not find the double payment and I could come in with receipts. Then I called other parent to see when she paid and I called back. I was able to get refund but Kathleen was again very rude and said, I am in the middle of other things right now. I dont know Kathleen personally, maybe she was having a bad day. But if she is the face of your business, she could use some work on her customer service.

Indiana Elite is the real deal. Always a pleasure to work with and their facilities are the best you could ask for. Fantastic staff and trainers/coaches - its like visiting family, when here. Highly recommend.

My daughter has been with the gym for 2 years now and her confidence and skills have increased dramatically. The coaches are fun, caring, tough and hard working. The owners care about the girls and their long term goals and lives. Its not about winning all the time. Sure - thats nice but the teach the kids sportsmanship and honor and the value of your team.

Love this place. They have a great facility. All the coaches and staff are friendly. They are very encouraging from cheer to tumbling. Glad I found it and highly recommend

Our daughter is 4 and is in the toddler area. She loves it. Ms. Erica is awesome and is a great instructor. We have really seen progress with our daughter. We will definitely keep her here.

Indiana elite is amazing I have two girls in it and the both have improved and the coaches are all so nice one of my girls had Ashley and she came home talking about all the things she learned my other girl had Beth and my girl has improved so much she is so good and know my girls do tumbling together and cheer stunts together their both so happy

Ive been at Indiana elite for 6 years and I love it. All of the coaches care for me and my team treats me like a family! I would never leave indiana elite if I were even payed one million dollars!!!! All of the people there have helped me and are still helping me improve and they motivate me to strive to be better every day! Im always so excited to go to practice and do my best! Indiana elite is probably the best place to go! Im improving so much and going to indiana elite just gives me a place to be myself and forget about all of the drama that goes on!!! I love indiana elite and all of my other friends do too! Speaking of which, I have made so many friends from Indiana elite and they all are so amazing and Im lucky to have them! I love indiana elite and I dont understand why anyone else wouldnt !
