We took our daughter and a couple of friends to celebrate her birthday on Saturday. We purchased tickets ahead of time and had no problem checking in quickly. While my kids had fun, there were several things I noticed that were less than optimal. Masks. While the employees were all wearing them, no one was enforcing masks otherwise. Not a single adult was wearing one, even though they werent eating or drinking. I get that enforcing masks isnt fun, but its necessary right now. Additionally, there was not one, but two giant puddles of water in the floor that were left unattended for the duration of our visit, one of them in a high traffic area directly infront of the climbing wall attraction. Though a wet floor sign was plopped unceremoniously on top of one puddle, not one employee made an effort to clean it up. In fact, the man I assume to be the manager walked past it no fewer than 4 times. Tables were left filthy while the staff stood at the front doing very little. They were in need of guidance which the manager was failing to provide. Perhaps they were short staffed and busier than they had anticipated. Maybe it was just a bad night. Well give them another chance before I pass judgment completely. Regardless, more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness.

On top of their game for cleaness during the epidemic, it says on their website they are certified for that and I can see why. Im glade it worked out for them and this is a really great place to be and spend time with family and friends, or to just relax and have fun. They brought back the Cotton candy slushy and was very excited about that, and their funnel came fries are the best . I think those are the two best items on their menu.Would definitely recommend this place as a safe place to visit or even work at. And I hope they continue to stay open.I think of this place as like how some people might think of connier prairie as. On that its one of indianas attraction gems and one of the tourists attractions youd want to go to if planning a vacation to visit Indiana.

We had a blast at the park. We were there in line for the grand opening and got a years worth of visits for the cost of our first visit. Even our 3 year old found a ton of things to entertain his self with. Our 6 year old was too afraid to let go on the rock climbing wall so we probably wont be doing that one again. I personally think that if you have little kiddos, the basic entry fee is more than enough. Cant wait to go back!

My niece had a two hour party. The hostess rushed the whole kids the entire time because of an event that was booked at 6. They literally forced the party out of the room by 5:30 even though it was paid for from 4-6. The birthday mom almost missed the singing because she was trying to find kids just to get out of the room early. The parents were in disbelief. I wouldn’t recommend this place for a birthday party. Maybe others had a better experience but we did not. As you can see from the pic, it is 5:51 and the room is shut down. This is not a void complaint.

This is the kind of place you can feel good about taking your kids. They employees are really nice and very customer focused. We had a birthday party for our son and the host was really great, we enjoyed the party and so did the kids. There were a couple of boys getting a little too wild and an employee came up and said nicely they needed to settle down a bit. That is all you can ask for, it was handled and my boys went back to playing. These things happen but the way they handled it was awesome. Kudos Urban Air!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! We had our daughters birthday party here this evening. The entire family LOVED this place. We had Jill for a party host and she was incredible. She made it special for each child calling them by their names. Always had a smile on her face. We even ran into an issue where one of the smaller children climbed to the top of the rock wall and got too scared to come down that she started crying. Jill without hesitation clipped up, climbed right up and brought her down. For a lot of teenage kids they are all very professional and attentive to the customers. I definitely recommend this place. We already can’t wait to go back.

We got to experience this place before we moved to Florida. It truly is amazing. The staff wasnt the best with ASD kiddos though. My son was having a pretty huge meltdown. That makes things a tad difficult. About 20 minutes later, another staff member did.

I really wanted to like this place... I had high hopes. The staff at check-in were rushed and the young adults that were monitoring each of the stations did not appear to be present at all. Little to no direction was given at any station by employees to ensure the children were using the equipment safely or keeping things moving so that all could get a chance to play. Most children were left to run on their own and adults that were more interested in their phones than ensuring their children behaved within reason or encouraging their children to jump lines of children waiting patiently created a very disappointing experience. We wont be back, next time well go to Skyzone and save money.

We cancelled our memberships at Defy and bought memberships here. Its cheaper, parents can join the kids ($4/mo) and the variety of attractions is better. Virtual reality (personal recommendation, no kids under 12), bumper cars (my 4yr old can drive on her own!) Sky coaster (Zipline on a metal curving track), 3 story climbing gym, and the list goes on. We even get a free slice of pizza and small snack for each kid! Great place to have a membership. The only draw back is that the membership is a 1 year commitment. That being said, I found enough of a value to commit. You should too.

Safety concerns, particularly with younger kids. No obvious enforcement of rules (1/trampoline, one at a time on other obstacles, etc) Voiced concerns to staff and management- who were receptive. Would be willing to go back with child if supervising, but not up for letting kid go alone or with other kids unsupervised. I never heard any whistles blown at kids not following rules. Also lack of time limit and engineering controls limiting kids on equipment make it difficult due to crowding.

There is a lot to do here! We took our Grandson and had a good time ourselves. The website is a little confusing with all of the packages - kids pay roughly $15 to $22 then the adults get in for $4.99. If you want bumper cars and VR then it is $35 and $9.99 for adults. They have trampolines, a confidence course, mini zip lines as well as an area with obstacles like the American Ninja Warrior. We will definitely be returning!

I wish I could give it 4.5 stars! We stood in line on opening day. We got the free basic passes for a year since we were one of the first 200 in line to purchase a specific pass. What a great deal! Opening day we actually ended up spending 3-4 hours inside just having a great time. My almost 5 year old loved it and my 7 month old was intrigued by all of the lights.Urban air fell short on the food service aspect. We ordered two kids meals (pizza and chicken tenders). They told us 10-15 minutes which was perfectly fine with us. Fast forward 25 minutes later and still no food. We finally went up to find out what was going on. 10 minutes later of standing at the counter we get our food. They forgot the ranch for the tenders. We go back up and just ask for ranch for the tenders since they forgot the ranch. Another 10 minutes later... we were wondering why it takes so long to get ranch... well they made two new meals (remembered the ranch this time).I’m not sure why they couldn’t or didn’t just give us a ranch instead of making two new meals... a wait of 40 minutes for a kids meal of pizza and chicken tenders is crazy (it was opening day but food area wasn’t very busy)The food isn’t great and honestly we will make sure we eat before or after we go. It just wasn’t good.We used our free pass for the first time this weekend. Easy to use and great way for my daughter to burn off energy on the weekends. The manager Jeff was super nice to us on Saturday.Overall would recommend bringing your kids here. Super fun for kids and adults. Just expect typical quality food of an arcade/kids place.

Had fun experience there at a corporate event but totally different during free play. Very loud with mostly high schoolers barely running the attractions. When we got there we were pushed to check in at a kiosk where I paid for us to do the events. As it was our first time there we could not purchase socks at a kiosk and so we had to wait in the normal line just to get the socks. The staff really did not seem to know what they were doing. Once we finally got in after a 20 minute check in process we went to the climbing area. I felt bad immediately for the poor girl at climbing area as she was running around by herself while some areas weren’t even monitored. She was so overwhelmed she let my daughters hook in and out by themselves. There were kids that were too little jumping in the ball pits under the ninja course with uncaring parents encouraging them and uncaring staff looking on as my girls had to wait for them to get out. At the VR one of the 4 sets wasn’t available and the one my child was given to use didn’t even work right. You get 3 stars only because my girls did have a good time but you have a lot to work on.

This place has potential as soon as the management teaches ALL the teenage employees how to act and do their jobs. There was no supervision in some areas and kids were not taking turns and running up and down the tumble track climbing and bouncing into each other. My daughter and her friend waited patiently until it was safe and clear. I looked around and there was no one supervising the free bounce area at that time as well. Kids were bouncing and running everywhere. When I finally located 2 employees. They were too BUSY talking to each other to notice any of this going on. I even took a picture. They were THAT distracted with one another. Thank goodness there is a bounce at your own risk sign b/c there certainly wasn’t any supervision. Toward the end of our evening, it got busy but my daughter wanted to do the VR one more time. There were 3 kids waiting and she was the 4th. The game was going and the attendant was too busy talking to the girl running the bumper cars to notice my daughter was waiting patiently with the other kids. When the game was over another kid ran up and around and took my daughters spot. The attendant didn’t say or do anything. I had to step in and say “hey! My kid has been waiting”. He didn’t have an excuse other than to say the kids wanted to do a “fighting game” and he didn’t think my 11yr old daughter would want to play that. What???? But the 5 yr old GIRL standing on place #2 was ok? I told him NO, she will play whatever they are playing and he then reluctantly told the other boy who ran up that he would need to wait. I think this place could have a lot of potential but until the employees are properly trained, we will be at DEFY and SkyZone. On that note, we brought socks from DEFY and the kids were told they couldn’t participate until they PURCHASED the proper socks. Come on!

This place is amazing! My daughters are 12 and 14 and still had an awesome time! They loved doing all the activities. From VR, rock wall climbing, all the trampolines and warrior courses to their take on bumper cars and don’t forget the sky coaster...this place is spot on!We are Platinum Pass owners and have only been twice and it’s more than paid for itself. My girls do their homework and then we head on over and they drop their phones and just play! At 12 and 14!!!!! So it’s not just for the little kids. They’ve told all of their friends and we will be spending a lot of our winter break time here. It’ll be a great place for them to exert their energy through those winter months and we’ll be able to escape from Cabin Fever. The food is fine. My girls love their pizza (which is included with our passes). I never expected gourmet food at a kid-centered, family-friendly environment which serves adult beverages no less!!! But don’t expect to drink and jump...I love that that’s a rule! Lol I would prefer for my kids to be in areas with people who are not intoxicated...so thanks for exercising some common sense practice there! So again, to reiterate, the food is fine and service must have improved as we only had to wait less than 10 minutes for their funnel fries and other non-pizza items. Also, with my annual membership, I could join in on the fun for around $13. It was a blast. It’s a great way to get a workout in without it feeling like exercise!I can’t say enough about this place. They’ve truly thought of everything! It’s not just for the kids. Side note: the massage chairs are awesome! The staff is also very helpful and attentive. The managers are knowledgeable and full of energy! They could charge waaaay more than they do for membership and I feel kinda bad because they’ll lose money on my family! LolWell done, Urban Air! I will continue to spread the word that THIS establishment is worth every penny.

This is the updated review for this place. Previously I gave this place 5 stars. Our family does enjoy this place. However the cleanliness of the place has dropped significantly. For that I have remove 1 star. I remove a second star based on mgmts responses to reviews. Normally I add a point for owner responses however to see they are basically arguing and trying to prove customers wrong based on cameras is ridiculous. Especially when the cameras proved that one customer waited 15 mins for drinks and was 5th in line. Its crazy. Given how much business I have brought and the amount of promotion I have done for this business its sad to see this kind of service to their loyal customers. If we did not have fun here I would consider removing another point. Without maintenance its only a matter of time so lets see what happens.
