This mobile home park is so amazing!! The people hear are the best. It’s a very safe place to live and a high class park. Rent every month is a good price and the mobile homes are so beautiful! Go check this out today it’s amazing! The office manager, Natasha is so cool and amazing. Definitely recommend!

I had been thinking about moving here for months but 2 days ago my son and I were treated VERY BADLY! Natasha the office manager said that she had a red flag because we had told her that we werent happy with where we are now.We arent happy paying rent when we can afford to own. She never asked us anything about the reason we were not happy. I love the park but assuming things is very unprofessional. I guess if you want to move there then dont be open about anything.

It is a well kept, and safe community, but the speed limit is painfully slow. Also, the owner of the neighborhood is extremely strict. We received an eviction notice because there were weeds in the yard, even though it had been raining for the past week.

Father in law lives there. It is a nice clean place to live. It also has fishing ponds for residents to enjoy.

My daughter lives there. It is a good place to live. They keep the property neat and clean.

I would give this place 0 actually, my husband and i came looking for some information over their homes, I walked in to the office, and older white lady was there, she was rude, not friendly what so ever, never greated me, and Its like i had to beg for information, the office was also a mess, like I walked in there and I thought I had read the sign wrong, there was trash everywhere, and it smelled like cats and urine. I felt unwelcomed and insulted.

Very quiet place. Have some relatives that live there. Seems to be a really nice community. The rules arent too strict but they kind of ensure Mellow people are going to be living there. Big dogs arent allowed. Only small ones.

Didnt see any pregnant women drinking and smoking so better then sum villages

This is a nice Mobile Home Park it has nicely paved streets with sidewalks all the homes look to be in good condition and all the people I met while I was there were very friendly.

I love living here. Ive lived at 2 different locations within the park. I also love Natasha! She has always been friendly, helpful and kind to me. Love you!

The community is quiet, well maintained, and is not a normal trailer park. Great place to live.

I lived here for 10 yrs we retired elsewhere I miss it here.

I just wanted to respond to the person who said that hamilton estates is trash. First off, I agree that Westbrook village is a nice place to live. However i will also so that Hamilton Estates is as well. There is absolutely no reason to knock it. It is in a great location and its quiet and family friendly. I grew up on the trailer park right next to it(graylan place) and that is trash,but still a home nonetheless.

A lovely community. Mostly older retired folks. Quiet and well kept.

I called to get some information about the park, I called after hours and was just hoping to leave a message for a call back during business hours.... To my surprise a lady answered the phone and said they were closed and to never call back this late. I do not live in this area, but am relocating due to jobs... I WOULD NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
