This place gets a rating of ZERO. They are the most racist and judgmental community I have ever come into contact with. After taking over a lease from the previous resident, cleaning this place from top to bottom, selling everything that was left in the house I get a knock on the door to advised me that I am no longer allowed to live here and this is my last month!!!! The owner of the trailer stated that the woman at the front office does not want us here. There is to much traffic Traffic????? So my niece and my nephew coming over here around 1p so I can do their taxes is to much traffic and to many cars??? But I have a drug dealer next door to me that lives at the end of the street hat has cars parked so tight knit that I cant even walk out my back door, traffic all hours of the night, had so many cars here the other night that I couldnt even get to my driveway bc they had it blocked, their music plays all hours of the night, the yelling and screaming and fighting is constant. BUT its because I am white and my friend that actually moved in here is black. I have NEVER been kicked out, evicted or even complained on living ANYWHERE in my life, but this place states I am not a good tenant!!!!!

Very friendly community, everyone seems to get along and if they dont, we can all make up over a cold one with the boys. All kids are around same age and seem to get along well. Old people are especially nice and give us free burnt hotdogs, mcdonalds toys, and pretzels. We have a lot of lawn care buisness especially a kid who will mow your lawn for 4$!!!!!!! What a deal. That is the sound of heavens bells in my ears boys. Front office is nice and the lady who left the first review is probably on some ttump campaign and doesnt get along with different races.
