Fun place! They have a full menu of drinks and food, we usually get a pitcher of bud light. We havent tried the food. Wednesday night after 7 is unlimited bowling & shoes for like $15/person. Im giving 4 stars just because its not fancy and flashy like some other bowling alleys these days. If youre looking for an old-school alley for date nights, kids parties, family outings, etc. this is your place

Good fun, cave with my little girl. From a regular $2 per game sitting the week to $7.29 on a Saturday?! Wow kind of spicy, played a few games cause I came but Ill have to rethink this for next time. I see it not very busy with plenty of open lanes, I guess others already figured it out

My family and I visited Bowlero on Monday ( Martin Luther King Day). It was approximately 9: 00 pm when we arrived. The crowd was practically null and void (there werent many customers around), Loved it! We were able to leave our items at the tables and no one touched anything ( less people, less stress) . After about an hour of play, we became hungry. But, the kitchen was closed. Thankfully, Mr. Dwight ( the manger, I presume) was very accommodating; he kindly took our orders and reopened the kitchen to ensure our bellies were full. We paid under $20 for a large pizza ( that included 8 triangle pizza slices). The pizza was really tasty; it had a rich buttery flavor and was definitely fresh. In addition, we really appreciated the complimentary water. All of the staff members we encountered were friendly. I would definitely recommend Bowlero Niles to any who adores good customer service, fair pricing deals, a chill atmosphere ( consider hanging out on a weekday), and family fun for everyone.

My son had his birthday party there and he and friends really enjoyed themselves. Customer service was excellent a nice time for everyone.

Amazing place, but a little too expensive, but amazing

I liked this place. I like how you can play bowling while eating or drinking. I just went to a birthday party and we had lots of fun. The downside is that they give you a card so you can play in the machines. But the card only lets you play about 4-5 machines because the credits or money goes by real fast. So thats only problem for now, but everything else is fine.

Fun atmosphere and Family friendly! We had a great time bowling with our family. There are great bowling deals throughout the week and a fun arcade. The food was pretty good too.

Prices were a bit higher here but overall the bowling experience was decent. They have an arcade in the back with some cool looking machines but I didnt stop to play on any. Food is also available if you get hungry. The day I went the ball kept getting stuck but I think that was just my lane and not an ongoing problem. Overall a great place to bowl. 5 stars!

It was nice to encounter employees with personality. Everyone we dealt with was not only friendly and helpful, but was actually interesting and seemed interested in being there. My only criticism would be the scoring system/program on our lane was often quite incorrect. If I was in a league or wagering, it would have been an issue. Since it was all for fun, it was all good.

We went there for the first time it was myself my husband and our three-year-old son. they were super kind when we got there. the whole staff was extremely nice. we started to bowl and about 20 minutes into it our son started to get a super high fever and wasnt feeling good so we had to leave. when we went to the counter to pay the lady told us you only played 6 frames we told her son was not feeling well, she looked at him and told us to go home take care of that baby we said well we have to pay for the shoes. she said no you dont have to pay for anything, just go home and take care of that baby. that was truly awesome!! Exceptional service!! we will definitely be going back..

We enjoyed couples night the 6 of us.we signed up for the super bowl package. Barmaid was having a hard time entering are drink orders and 6 PM session was extremely crowded food was good but served little later then agreed to but they did offer to extend are time additions half hour.i I would return I select a later time more adult type crowd.

Very friendly staff! We really enjoyed their. They have so many lanes. They also have good arcade games options for kids. We bought a Groupon for four people. Their food and drinks options are really nice.

Slipped on floor. Hurt my back as well as my knees and wrist. The floors were not wiped down. The alleys misfunctioned numerous times to the point we had to change lanes. I called corporate to ask how to handle my accident. Finally 4 days later I received a call. Then was told I would hear from someone. Never did.

Bad service!!Specially the management not professional at all.

We recently had a childs birthday party at this facility. The process of reserving the party was a little stressful, the back office made some mistakes.HOWEVER, the service we received from the facility staff was excellent. The management took care of the issues which arose during the reservation process beyond expectation. The manager and assistant manager were very accommodating.The food was good as well. Not at all what I expected from a bowling alley. I was pleasantly surprised with the food. The bar had decent draft beers and a full liquor selection.We will return. Next time we will deal with the local staff directly, for a 5 star experience.

Its a little more nice than the Brunswick that was there before. Food was decent. Pretty darn expensive for 4 people 4 games and shoes on a Saturday night. Better wait for Taco Tuesday 2 dollar games after 8 pm. 2 dollar tacos.

Nice lanes and fun arcade area. On some nights they have the lights turned off and music videos, movies, and shows playing on the projector. Its quite the stimulus package! Prices are pretty fair and staff is very friendly. I heard their food is really good, but havent had an opportunity to try it out. Its a fun place and not overcrowded...i recommend them.

I wasn’t even intending to write a review but people have to know. I don’t even want to write how bad my experience was, jeeze. Never coming here ever again. Want a refund. Took like 20 minutes to get a game going, brought my parents. They asked for my ID for alcohol then my parents, yeah they’re totally younger than me. The lane was broken, didn’t start, had missing pins, awful. I’d recommend classic bowl over this place on Waukegan rd about 10 min from here

Great place for any age to have some fun and good time. Today went there during their kids festival, where kids under 15 bowl 1 hour for free. It was awesome. They have 32 bowling lane. Waiting time was short. The stuffs were very helpful and positive

We had a corporate event here last year, and again this year. We all had a lot of fun, and the service from the staff was excellent! The food is decent. Food and drinks arent cheap, but most bowling alleys are usually pretty expensive in the food and drink department. We got the chips with salsa and an assortment of pizzas. The chips and salsa were a good deal and pretty tasty!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The environment was clean and family oriented. It was a blast

They don’t accept any coupons after 6PM. The place looks really nice and isn’t expensive either. Definitely one of the best bowling alleys I have ever been to. They also have a rewards program if you come often and unlimited bowling on Friday nights. Friendly staff too.

Not a true bowlero. Has the name but the decor and environment does not reflect. Lanes seem nice but with per game costs above $6 you will go broke in a hurry bowling here. It cost us nearly $80 for 2 games between 4 people.

This was classic bowl before, and it was fine. Now, it’s under a new company. The place went down in quality. Everything is unorganized, and looks old. Not to mention the worst part. Everything is x3 the price it should be. A MEDIUM DRINK IS $5 with so other choice! The games are ridiculously expensive, and one lady was very rude.

The bowling facility itself is pretty solid in itself. Lanes are pretty true, easy to use console for player info, and adequate quantity of bowling balls. Food is pretty standard bar fare and the alcohol is reasonably priced.However, I have called this place twice about whether or not there were league games scheduled. Two times I was told there were none....then both times upon arrival I was told we would have to be done in an hour before the league play began. I get that leagues are their bread and butter, but please be honest on the phone! Sure its cheaper than Kings but at least there I can have a slow enjoyment to my sub par bowling skills.

I was able to get league prices since on a league at a different location. Great deal! The decor is more open, not the usual bowling couches. The bathrooms were not spotless, but okay. The bowling shoes were clean and in good condition. Not crowded for a Sunday. The french fries were good!

This was our first visit here. It was a great experience and every single staff person we encountered was friendly and kind. A very family oriented place with accommodations for kids off all ages. Well definitely be repeat customers!

Didnt have any issues. Great drinks and snacks too. If you go at night, theres different lighting and you can see the projector screens over each lane. Very fun environment.

The renovation is awesome the place is more vibrant and welcoming. Definitely will visit more often

My son and jus l his friends were on a play date. Befor bowling we tried to get an understanding of the prices. Like most other alleys yes you pay a lane price and shoes. I asked the lady a the front desk specifically and she says 6something per person and you pay when your finished. What about the shoes maam? What sizes do you need...... when we left after 2 games o had a almost $200 bill for 6 kids without an explanation. Not a portobello if i was informed befor hand. Very disappointed and none of my kids and /or their sport team members will ever return. And the lady at the front desk was very rude.

Nice place for good bowling fun!

This place was alright. Free parking and open lanes was nice, but the process for everything were exorbitant. We ended up paying almost $30 for one game for two people, which I think is a little ridiculous. They werent nearly busy enough to justify those prices. The food was very expensive too. I probably wont be back because its just not worth the money.

I broke all 3 of my fingers because they snapped as I threw the ball, but thats my fault. It was a fun time tho having staff wiggle my dislocated fingers out of the ball so Im going to give it 4 stars! Shoes could be more comfortable, not a big issue tho. Also I think my grandma isnt moving.

We were just there tonight we absolutely enjoyed it! My boys 2.5yrs and 10yrs loved the arcade the ladies in the cashier and shoes area were such sweet ladies. One in particular Lexii was having a hard time with the cash register and was so patient and courteous wow you don’t see that these days! The only downfall was the lady in the bar she was rude we ordered mixed drinks she kept rolling her eyes and told a customer wait! These mixers take forever! Seriously ...other then that we will be back!

Extremely rude Staff. Due to the fact that I am Jewish, I only eat kosher. They refused to let me eat or drink any of my food inside, and when my friend politely asked for a different size of shoes they screamed at him.Definitely not considerate, or convenient. We tried having a conversation and they just walked away.Terrible place, and I would not suggest it for any normal person. Unless you don’t mind being abused.

Great place to come and enjoy it

Really nice place to hold a fundraiser. Staff was courteous and helpful. Lanes are average for legit bowlers, but great for families to just hang out for a few hours.

I came with a whole bunch of friends who keep kosher. They told us we can’t bring kosher pizza in. We will not be coming back and we will be telling all our friends not to either.

Horrible. Guy at the grill was working the bar and grill all by himself. But, was either having a bad day or wanted to be left alone watching the BearZ game during work. Lacking customer service BIG Time! This happened, Sunday, Sept. 29 before 7pm.

Great place for bowling whether youre by yourself, with family or group, you will enjoy yourself. It has a bar for adults they serve food and have arcade game for the kids..

Place has really improved its cleanliness in recent years and the prices have stayed the same. Bowling set up is great and easy to use. Foods sucks and is overpriced. A great place to go during the week or with families, maybe not so much for Friday nights and Saturday nights

Excellent food, kids loved the pizza of course. Bowling was also very fun my 1 son had a broken ring finger so he went to laser tag instead. He loved it tho . My other son and I bowled. Really fun i will go here again.

Was my first time bowling and it was very fun, once u get the hang of it... But wen ordering food I was not able to get wings they had a limited supply and only for a party group and other then that my experience was good..

We had a great night. They request us to switch lane on our half way of the game and which we did gave $5 discount for a courtesy. Nice service.

The place is dirty and a mistake of buying the summer pass. Summer pass is good if you can play at 11 am to 3 PM other than that, it sucks.

Misleading Staff:First they recommend you to opt for plan which allows you to play unlimited until 2am only to say later that they close at midnight.On enquiring, they replied saying - We heard it wrong. All 4 of us!?!?

Typical bowling alley. Lots of lanes and pretty good deals throughout the week. My main gripe would be that they use the cosmic bowling too much. I like bowling just as bowling. We went for the Sunday morning special and the cosmic lights were turned on and the regular lights off before the special even ended, so we had to finish our last game or two in the laser-light show, which is not our preference.

I took 5 children there today. Way too EXPENSIVE. $6+ per game plus $5+ for shoes. When it was Brunswick it was cheaper.I will be finding another place.

Love it here, always an enjoyable experience. Very clean and family friendly, kids like the arcade area.
