Extreme Air Trampoline Park

I love going here, though I havent been here recently due to COVID. I was about 11, and I jumped over the side, I fell and hurt myself horribly, but the staff was ridiculously kind. They made sure I was ok, and escorted me all the way to the door. The staff is SUPER kind, they even used to play games with us sometimes. The prices used to be good. I dont know anymore, like I said I havent been there in a while. the food options were good for suck a small kitchen area. The seats were super clean as well. (turns out I broke my arm btw)

Kids loved it with the different areas of jumping, dodge ball an the foam pit was great also he loved trying to dunk a basketball in the Dunkin area. Great place for be the kids an grown ups also will be going again for sure!!

I had my sons birthday party scheduled for 11/15/20, and had to reschedule until the 29th due to positive COVID tests. A few days ago we found out, we had some more COVID tests and quarantined in the family and friends, and that Gov Dewine also limited bday parties to 10 people. Being all this is going on, we had to cancel the bday part due to COVID -19 and my 9 year old son is devastated. So I told him we would still with just us have cake ice cream and presents, but with a month before Christmas this company and managers are refusing to give my over 200 dollar deposit back and are stealing my money. Now with me being quarantined from work and having no income come in that 200 means a lot during holiday season. We normally patron this business a lot with our two sons and all their friends, and just spent 500 last month on my youngest sons bday. We spend a lot of money at this place and the kids loved it, but the manager was extremely rude and even told me not to follow the Governor Guidelines and we could have as many people we want at the party. I asked for my money and even said I guarantee I spend that there every couple months anyway. Their website does not say anything about them not giving deposit back. And I cannot believe a business would rob a family of over 200 dollars during holiday season and they did not even provide a service, all this while pandemic is killing people and they want me to break the social distancing rules and bring people anyway who are on quarantine. I am really upset over this, and will now have to drive my kids all the way to PA when we start going back to trampoline parks. The lady actually called me this morning really rude from there, saying you have a party scheduled this morning and you are not here! So, they didn’t even cancel it, and then call me rudely. I let them know that I cancelled a while ago, and that until I figure a way to get my 200+ dollars that they are keeping (stealing) I will never return to their business

Only about half of this place is operating. All games and vending turned off. Foam pit permanent closed due to lack of trying to figure out how to clean it. Not sure this place will survive covid 19. A discount would have been nice but they really need every penny they can muster right now. With little or nothing to do with kids this summer at least this place gives what they can.

This place was great not only do the kids and yourself have fun but you also get a great work out. The staff is great and the facility was very clean. Will defudently be going back.

It was fun we took our 5 year old granddaughter, she had a blast.

The staff members that worked on January 24, 2020 (8:30-10:30 pm) were extremely unprofessional and rude. While patiently waiting for assistance at the concession stand, my friends and I were ignored. After waiting for approximately 3+ minutes, we asked for somebody to take our order. One of the workers put up his index finger in indication for us to wait until he finished his conversation. Another staff member asked a group of kids playing dodgeball to be quiet. I could see if we were being obnoxious and disrespectful but we werent. On a brighter...the guy that checked us in was nice. Thats it.

The trampolines are decent, but the whole place is overpriced, especially since you have to sign away all liability just to get in. If you get more than 40 kids there it starts to get crowded and that makes it even less of a value. The only fair price is a toddler package they have. (under 5yr) Only thing is they dont advertise it and you have to ask to get it. Then I hear they are going to do away with even that. Better things to do with your $$$

We just celebrated my daughters birthday party here today. We had kids from ages 1 to 12 and everyone had a blast! Our party host Leah was so attentive and great with all of the kids. It was so nice to actually be able to enjoy the party with everyone and not have to worry about a thing. Thank you Extreme Air for making her day special

A nice Family Spot!!!

What a blast! Great place to wear your kids out. Non stop for a couple of hours then fell fast asleep as soon as we got home. This is now my granddaughters #1 place to go. Theyve got people evefywhere you go making sure everything is orderly & safe. The older, larger kids are encouraged to give way to the smaller more fragile ones. Very clean & bright. Employees were energetic and friendly. Price was a bit high but not enough to discourage us from going back. We cant wait to go back!

The kids are having a great time! However the music is at random and sometimes not kid friendly. I had to make management aware of the illicit lyrics, playing. The music is reportedly streaming in from Pandora and management reported that an additional filter fee is paid monthly to prevent this... PARENTS: Pay attention to the music!! If you hear a discrepancy in the integrity of the music.. let management so they can remove it manually! Other than that... Have fun!!

9/6/15 kids watching kids.Lacks serious adult supervision. Not even sure if any of the staff was over 18 and not trying to hook up with each other.Dont worry about paying over a 1/2 hr its not like they ask anyone to leave after they announced the color of the wristband.Other than that my boy had a good time.

This place is great to take your kids of all ages. Its nice and open to see where the kids are at all times. Only downfall is the price. I would love to take them more often as they ask to go all the time, but I just cant afford expense.

Incredibly overpriced. Unless you pay for 2 hours, youre looking at $12 or more per hour. Once inside, the only free access is the trampolines; these consist to dodge ball areas, basketball areas, a jumping area, and a nerf area... There is a super cheap candy game that cost 50 cents (for the penny candy from Halloween), air hockey (but this costs money), arcades (money needed), and a food area with pizza, etc. (with small slices of pizza for $2.50 a piece).The fun is really when enough kids are in the area to play with each other in the dodge ball arena (which they could do at any park), or basketball (again, at a park).We went last weekend to this place and found out one of the kids there had lice (and had run around in the area, jumped into the nerf net, etc.).The fact that trampolines have a high rate of injury for kids, that this area is a low-middle income area, and they charged ridiculously for the entry, makes this a very poor option for those who are not well to do. Wish the owners would price their place for what they offer and not gouge parents with their prices.

Its okay. I went here on a saturday afternoon (4:30 ish) and I have to admit, its a nice place for being a locally owned place. I sprained my ankle while jumping. I was only there about 5 min and it happened. The staff werent helpful at all, they didnt even give me a ice pack. I know its my fault, but still for the price I paid it was outrageous. I would come back maybe if they actually had been nice about it and maybe gave me ice or something. Good thing a Altitude Trampoline park just opened around me. They didnt even give me a refund for the hour I bought.

It had plenty of things to do for children and parents. Very fun . great music. High energy staff . Highly recommended for a great time!

I will not post what he has sent to me since kids look at this page but if you like message me and I will gladly show you his behavior and why you should not have yourself or children at any company he is involved with! He is trying to blame me for blackmail and said he would rather pay his attorney calling my bluff!!! So lawyer up Mr K or I will gladly except your apology and take this down in hopes you learned a lesson and stop with the sexual harassment.... (feel free to message may be a civil lawsuit that he is sexually harassing other women as well

Great place to take the kids to entertain them and tire them out. Reasonably priced. Could be a bit cheaper.

Best extreme air ever!I recommend this one better than bordman. Workers are very nice and bigger space to jump

Its nice, but not as good as SkyZone. Honestly, I wish they had tumble tracks. You cant do ANYTHING but a front flip in the tiny little squares they call trampolines. Next time Ill consider something else.

Wouldnt turn up air conditioner. We come all the time and its just fine when you walk up the stairs this time you could feel the heat hit you in the face before you even start jumping Ive asked several times for the air conditioner to be turned up and the guy just smiled and said I tried I said well youre going to need to try again because you cant even breathe up there but yet he wont turn it up and I have another half an hour left of not being able to breathe me and my daughter both have asthma and this is unacceptable

(rated with 3 stars) its fun but way too pricey for what you get. ill prob rarely come here and will be looking for a more reasonably priced place to take my family. if you want to charge that much how about have better food, cleaner area, more lockers, and more activities. ..just a thought.posted that on facebook and they blocked me off their page. thats how they deal with critism. yall Just lost about $100 a month for sure now.

Overall a fun place, but for the $$$ a birthday party there isnt worth the $$$. Pay for ten kids for an hour and get some pizzas at home it will cost less than half as much..There are other cheaper options that are just as good out there.

Amazing place with dodge ball, field of trampolines, a kids corner, concessions, pay rooms, flat screens for parents and a foam pit to do crazy tricks. Great way to burn some serious calories as an adult, and gets the kids worn out.

Dont do it fellas, save ya pic, for better lookin animals....Matt n Jesse(owners/partners??)are cool ass dudes! Think ive been there, 21 times, with my Ry, and only JUMPED(me), ONCE!!!! lol
