Hyde Park

Beautiful park, lots of parking and space. Fishing in lake is accessible, but have to have fishing license.

Given the lower end price range to golf here, its a great value for folks who are just starting or a bit rusty. Fair mix of 3, 4 and 5 par holes without a great deal of hazards. Its always frustrating to lose a golf ball, and I find this course to be very forgiving. There are some rough patches/ areas that need some TLC, but in the end you get what you pay for

Its a very big park with something for everyone they have baseball diamonds, boce ball courts, tennis courts, volley ball, a hockey rink playgrounds for the younger kidd a splash pad a swimming pool a veterans memorial wall, fishing grills for cooking out covered pavillians and much more

Very great park to walk or bike. There is also an amazing playground for your kids.

I always love going here. Its a Great walk and nice to just sit and take a break!

A little island right in the city. I go to feed ducks and turtles,but theres an incredible playground, water, workout stations, tennis, fishing, etc.

Its a nice place to go with family !! Its just not somewhere id be at night alone.

Love it. I have lived in Niagara Falls for 12 years and just started taking my young sons fishing here. The park is beautiful and peaceful. The fishing is fun.

Great place to walk around in nice weather

Bathrooms need to be open while the weather is still good.

Decent course, wide open fairways strategic placement of bunkers. Cheap !! Will go back when all the construction is done...that may change my rating.

One block from my house, very clean park, cops patrol on a regular, great place to go kayaking, bike ride, play sports, water park for young children, rec pool.

Way too many people in the time of covid-19 era in one place wearing no mask at all. Children of way too high of an age range to be hanging out in the park overpopulating all of the things for the little ones.

Nice peaceful place to sit, have lunch or even fish. Clean park also a golf course!

Great Park but Mayor Bobby needs to clean it up a bit.

Great place to take your family lots of history!! And fun things to do. Great place to have a picnic, play volleyball, run, ride your bike, fish, see a baseball game. Im also glad they put in the new playground. Overall nice park

Mile n Smile Walking Club meets every Tuesday. Beautiful scenery, clean and well kept. Will enjoy throughout the summer.

It is a very nice park. You can walk through it, picnic, rent a pavilion for a party, or just & relax. There is a playground for children & you can fish in the large pond.

The skatepark there is phenomenal. Best skate park in the Western New York region !

This place has an amazing bocce ball court with natural grass.

Wouldve given it a 5 but the addition to the playground is still not finished and it was started beginning of Summer. My granddaughter loves it though. A little of everything.

Nicest city park in Niagara Falls. We attend The 4th of July fireworks here every summer. The park has plenty of space for walking, bike riding and playing.

I actually never really got out of the car and enjoyed the lake or other areas but will soon. It looks clean and safe!

Its a great park but I wish more people followed the rules or maybe that the rules were better enforced. Cars driving & parking on roads & grass where there are clearly visible signs saying no vehicles beyond this point is my biggest beef here. Specially by Duck Island. Unless its a parks vehicle or police car- ANY OTHER CAR (or truck) SHOULD BE IN THE LOT!! NO EXCUSES! No unloading, no BS! Walk your stuff over, stop being LAZY!!The park is beautiful. The people, not so much...

Every thing there is just fun and great

Well for one thing there needs to b more things to do besides skating... A checkers table or chess table. Or even benches and chairs just to sit an relax.. something more need to come of hype park. Thanks for listening. Spurce it up

Horrible! Garbage everywhere, ground under swings is ripped to shreds. Sad, to be honest. Also the other park they started last year is still gated up and not usable. I assume its because the city used the money needed to finish on something else like lining their pockets. Oh and the grass is a hot mess. To be honest we will not be back. Way to go Niagara Falls

Beautiful park

Played the front 9 and it was terrible. The city kept it in better shape when they ran it! Poor drainage, greens should have been aereated last Fall, not late Spring. The Red 9 was in better shape before the city closed it. I lost 4 balls in the fairway hayfield.

I have not been there in over 5 years. The improvements they made to the park are absolutely mind-blowing. I love this place, always have and always will. I highly recommend it to anybody, whether they are family or whether they are a couple spending time together or someone by themselves. You go there and youll have a great time.

Old favorite of mine. Tough, long course. Back nine is a lot of fun.

Nice ice rink nice food stand great prices

Such an interesting walk along the water, with signs detailing whats going on, and metal stencil posts all along the way of honey bees and hummingbirds. Theres no pavement, making it like a therapy treatment for your feet. There is a tiny wooden footbridge over a low spot thats probably a little marshy in the spring. The whole thing is not sterile and manicured. It was the patterns of nature all the way, endlessly varied.

The hockey rink where we take our grandson for practice. Popular place.

Family love peace

Lovely park in our city. Plenty of place for people to move. Theres also a skake park, splash pad for summer fun for little ones, an ice rink(indoor) and a ton more. Come check it out!

Park has improved immensely, updated play areas and just a nice friendly place for family. The memorial part of the Park is a nice honour for our veterans.

Was there to work a hockey tournament. Beautiful park, but needs more parking.

Actually spent the evening behind Niagara Falls High School watching baseball. Quite nice athletic fields. Just pretty rough road getting there.

The City of NF has tried so hard to make this park beautiful but the locals just keep destroying it. We couldnt play on the brand new playground bc it was in shambles. Very sad.

The WIC Festival is always a big hit along with the Splash Pad. It is always clean and safe, parents really look out for one another’s children and it is generally a nice park to relax or have tons of fun in.

Probably the best fireworks besides the casino Niagara casino fireworks hey where amazing beautiful spectacular colorful I will definitely be going there again!!

Its a park. There are trees and bridges and park-like objects and critters. Whats not to love?

An older municipally owned ice rink facility that has recently seen some very nice updates in the facilities. Have participated in youth hockey tournaments held in the facilities and have been pleased with the administration and the team mixes. Close proximity to Niagara Falls.

Good place to take the kids to play

The construction seems to be taking a while, but doesnt it always? I like to take my kids to play on their playground. They have sets for different ages. Lots of pokemon if you like to play pokemon go!

Loved this place when I was a kid and it has only gotten better, they have re-done the playgrounds and added a work out area so if your on a Run you can stop and do a lil work out

Its beautiful you can have picnics play on the playground and enjoy nature around you.

Beautiful and generally well maintained, the workout stations are really nice to have access to.

Went for a big tournament, waited for ice cleaning break to go to the snack bar at 9. Wrong choice, they closed it at 9. Seems to me they would have been accommodating for these State championships?

Not bad considering the weather we had. A work in progress. Cant beat the price!

Nice place to take your dog for a walk and or your kids for a stroll to play it on the swings and slides Etc available. There are bathrooms and possibilities to feed geese and ducks for free

I have a lot of fond childhood memories of Hyde Park, the lake, Duck Island, tennis courts, and fishing at the damn. Not sure if its stocked with fish anymore.

We love coming here with the whole crew for family day..The guys play baseball and thr ladies hang out and chat while getting some sun..its a win win. We just wish they had the bathrooms unlocked more often during the summer..

Best place in the Falls for BBQs. Holidays and they have a splash pad.

Great facility, breakfast was awesome. Plenty of seating, wheelchair accessible. Staff very friendly and helpful.
