Excellent hotel at a very reasonable price. Close to all attractions. Breakfast is delivered to your room in the morning at the time requested. Although, it was the same assortment for each day of our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. Big comfortable bed and large screen TV over a fireplace (electric light-up). I will definitely be returning. BTW, parking across the street at the Chef of India restaurant is $10, whereas the hotel charge is $17+tax . We had dinner at the Chef of India one night and it was excellent (5/5).

I purchased a romantic getaway package at $179 that included a one night stay and three course dinner at AG cuisine, which is located in the basement of the hotel. The hotel room was wonderful, even got an upgrade which included a hot tub with open concept. Spacious clean room with a large bed and a romantic fireplace. The hotel staff was amazing, as was the complimentary breakfast in bed at the time of our preference. I would say the best room I’ve ever stayed in; however, the surprise bill we got from the restaurant was extremely disappointing. Be aware that when you take the dinner package you get a set menu from which you get to select your three courses; however, in some fine print on the menu that you cannot read it states that you have to pay extra if you order certain items from the menu. The lighting in the restaurant made it very hard to read, nor did our server explain this to us prior to taking our order. I paid my restaurant bill and expressed my irritation at the hotel front desk upon checkout. The front desk staff told me that the restaurant and the hotel have the same owner and that they would address it. I hope it this bate and switch tactic will change, otherwise this stay would have been rated a five star.

Beautiful hotel, breakfast in bed was delicious. We did get the French press coffee and it seemed a bit watered down but other than that the yogurt and egg wrap was great! Parking is a bit expensive $17 a day, there is city parking across the street for $5 which we wish we knew. The room was extremely clean and relaxing with a massive jetted tub.

LOVE Sterling Inn, location is fantastic, 8 min walk to the falls and walkable to everything. Covid protocols observed well. Steam shower will be missed. Couples massage and dinner at AG Cuisine was delicious. Truly a thoughtful couples getaway

We had a great time at the Sterling Inn and Spa. The front desk was very helpful and informative throughout our stay. We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a two room suite that was very nicely updated and very clean. Sterling Inn offers a breakfast in bed option that was a nice treat. Overall we had a pleasant stay and will be returning.

The room is very spacious and the breakfast was very nice! I recommend this place to everyone especially those who plan to cross the bridge to do flag pole in the next morning. We got up early and still had to wait hours before the CBSA start handling the flag pole request. Called the hotel to asked for a check out extension and was approved right away, and asked us to take our time. Very accommodating!

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful and clean. Our couples massage at the Spa was relaxing and would highly recommended booking upon your visit. The restaurant AG WAS AMAZING! We had the 3 course meal and every dish was superb. Breakfast in bed is complementary and didnt disappoint. Our stay felt like a mini all inclusive vacation and 100% coming back

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at! Other hotels for the comparable price were no where close to as luxurious. Very friendly staff. Room was spacious and clean. We got the breakfast in bed and, not only was it delicious, but i came on time and was neatly layed out an organized. Would absolutely recommend to others

Happy to report that this place was the cleanest hotel I’ve been in for years. You could not find any dust on the tv remote, telephone and binder on the desk - these are often the most overlooked. Felt very safe and clean here - not sure if they paid that extra level of attention because of COVID.Slept extremely well on the king size bed - I often have trouble sleeping in hotel beds, but I slept like the dead. The room was huge and comfortable, the floors were super clean you could walk bare foot and there’d be nothing on your feet after, but they also provide SLIPPERS! This is something I’ve found hotels have cheaper out on over the years! They were fairly good quality ones as well!!!Breakfast in bed was excellent and very filling. I was very satisfied with everything included especially for the price. Not sure what people are complaining about here, I usually have a fairly large breakfast and this was perfect for me. An egg wrap, yogurt with granola, and fruit.I wasn’t here for Niagara Falls, but if you are this is the perfect location. It is max a 5 min walk to the Falls and like 3 min to all the activities on Clifton Hill.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Niagara. Delicious breakfast. Eggs are different daily. Ours was egg wraps. Plus we chose to upgrade to Mimosas. Jet tub, spacious shower, King bed & fireplace. Gracious staff. Room is super clean. Absolutely perfect for a couples weekend away.Note: Great COVID protocols. We feel very safe.

We stayed here for our anniversary weekend -- the hotel kindly upgraded our room for us. Our suite was clean and spacious, and the complimentary breakfast was delivered on time. The location was really convenient, just a few blocks away from the main street at the Fall so it was an easy walk, but far enough that our street was nice and quiet. Id come back here again the next time we visit the Falls.

I would have given this a much higher review the inn is beautiful..... just dont stay on the first floor.... you hear absolutely every step upstairs. It drove me insane! We stayed here a year ago and I could not wait to come back! But this stay is absolutely horrible. So I highly recommend 2nd floor. 1st floor sucks a$$

Beautiful hotel! A bit small itself, but more than accommodating. Our room was gigantic with a queen size bed, two TVs, a couch with lounge area, sink, refrigerator and a spacious bathroom with steam! Parking was in a private lot right outside of our room. The staff were very friendly and even recommended a few places to try during our visit to Canada. I would absolutely stay at the Sterling Inn & Spa again, and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Niagara Falls area!

Second stay here.. Amazing hotel, great service, and very nice little touches (free breakfast, etc.)Only thing I would change is if they can add some sort of Chrome cast stick or something similar to the TV... There is a very limited selection of things you can watch on the TV. Literally out of 15-20 channels, 10 or so are news channels. I would recommended adding a Netflix option or something similar. Besides that, amazing time like always!

Fantastic and cozy boutique hotel. The staff and friendly. Rooms are spacious and well kept, there fireplaces in every room that add a lovely ambience. The view unfortunately is not great out looking the park lot. Another slight downside is you have to pay to park in front of the hotel. A nice added touch is the complimentary cocktail voucher provided at check-in

Overall the room and complimentary breakfast were very nice but beware of extra fees. We were not aware that there is an extra $17 Per day fee for parking. Not sure if this is standard practice in Niagara Falls, but I don’t understand why they wouldn’t include parking in their rates. An extra $17/night charge is not a good customer experience. We were also charged a “DMDF” fee which seems to equal about 6.7% of the total bill. After Googling this it seems to be an extra fee that many hotels in Niagara Falls charge. As far as I understand, this is not a government mandated fee, and 100% of it goes into the businesses pockets. Again, I find hidden fees such as this extremely irritating.

My girlfriend and I celebrated our first year together with a night in Niagara. We decided to stay at the Sterling Inn and Spa and could not have been more impressed! We arrived for check-in an hour or so early and the front desk was kind enough to upgrade our room so we could check-in right away.The room was massive and spotless, king size bed, jacuzzi and an amazing rainfall shower!The staff was friendly and helpful with all of our requests.We also got a couples massage which was hands down the best thing we did the entire time we were in Niagara!Im not sure of our masseuse names but they were miracle workers. My girlfriend and I walked away extremely happy customers and would recommend anyone who is thinking of staying at the Sterling to not hesitate!We will definitely be coming back

One of the best place I have been so far, the stammer feels so good, due to covid, they bring breakfast to your room and instruction on how to operate the compressor for coffee which was very nice and thoughtful of them.

Great location - 10 minute walk to the falls and across the street from the haunted houses, sky wheel and other attractions.The room is big with high ceilings. The bathroom is spacious! Though could have been cleaner (toilet, tub, shower) and the drainage on the shower seemed to be blocked. As well, the bed isnt that comfy, feels like sleeping on a spring.Love the breakfast in bed aspect! The breakfast is okay - the egg burrito is mushy, I would have preferred another croissant or just sliced bread instead.

My 3 girls and I loved our 3 night stay! Our room was absolutely beautiful, and all the staff were extremely kind and friendly. We received a free room upgrade, and the hot tub was perfect. We enjoyed a lovely, room service breakfast each morning. We all had an amazing time and we cant wait to return. Will definitely stay there again!

After checking in, we appreciated the upgrade to a better room without asking. However, the room was unclean. The floors should have been better cleaned, there was a cobweb from a pot light on the ceiling, one of the screws of a top vent was completely unscrewed, a spot on the toilet seat, unclean table and chairs but worst of all was the hair in and around the jacuzzi. We informed the front staff right away who moved us to another better room. I also pointed out the issues to the GM in our first room. She asked us to inspect the second room where we saw similar issues. She wouldnt provide a reason for the cleanliness but cleaned the room herself with front staff while we waited. It was disappointing as this hotel is highly rated but they did what they could to rectify the situation. The GM did give us the option to leave if we were unhappy but after a long day and having made reservations at their spa for the next day, this wouldnt have been so easy. Even ended up killing a centipede in the bathroom during our stay. For the future, we may choose to stay elsewhere but use their spa which was an excellent experience.

Second time back. Booked the deluxe king room for a weekend with my boyfriend and it was lovely!! The room had a jacuzzi tub and steam shower! The complimentary breakfast every morning is a bonus. Sterling inn never disappoints.

We loved the rooms, so big and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. Didnt get a chance to try out their spa so cant rate on this but everything was good.

Great place to stay!!!! The rooms are amazing, huge rooms, huge bathroom and shower, just a great place to stay. The location is nice too just a short walk away from Clifton Hill and all of the attractions, and tons of places to eat nearby too. Didnt try the spa option since we had other things plans, but there was tons of spa options to choose from. The highlight is the breakfast in bed service. You have a menu in your room that you pick from their breakfast menu, you hang it on the door with the time you want to receive it, and they bring it to your room and place it on the counter for you. If I remember right it was included in the room cost, and the breakfast was great and warm.

The couples massage we received from Tim and Natalie was amazing, the room was extremely spacious and clean, the view of the sky wheel and Clifton Hill attractions was great from the balcony, the steam shower was therapeutic and the complimentary breakfast (delivered to our door) was an awesome bonus. The staff across the board were also very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Pretensious hotel: priced as a luxurious place, but run as 3star at best.

Very charming atmosphere, friendly, professional staff from front desk, spa, and wait staff. Spa was very well set up so you had a locker for belongings, robe, slippers ect. After your massage you are greeted with some cucumber infused cold water and then can enjoy a luxurious steam shower or a regular rain shower. Highly recommended!

Yesterday I was given the Royal Treatment! My friend picked out the PERFECT birthday gift for me. Our bodies were being massaged, while the massage therapists were exfoliating. Then, we were gently wrapped in soft hot towels. This felt soo amazing.To finish off the “out of this world” session, given in a most peaceful, clean, and serene environment, came a therapeutic massage with Shea butter. Every muscle in my body was thoroughly relaxed. This 5 star️ establishment is one for the books.

My wife was very happy. The room was wonderful, the staff were great. My wife loves the heart shaped bath, she had so many baths, lol. The room was huge. Oh the dinner wow, we had the steak dinner, wow. Seriously it was amazing. Truly something out of this world amazing. My wife said this was the best steak she had... ever! It was incredible, we both ordered the steak and it did not disappoint. We had a couples massage. It was my first massage, I loved it. The whole thing: A++Parking Pro-Tip: for your consideration. They charged us $17.00 + HST for parking, per day. There is paid parking all around the hotel ranging from $5 - $10 cash per day. And its right there. If I were to go again, Im just going to park across the street for $5.00 instead. I should have done that, I didnt think about it.

Very romantic gateway place. We really enjoyed everything that the hotel had to offer. Our room had a large jetted bathtub and shower. There was a beautiful fireplace before a large king-sized bed. A nice little kitchen area with a sink and bar fridge. In the morning we were served a beautiful breakfast right to our room. There was a nice restaurant on site as well that serves a welcome glass of champagne. In the lobby there are coffees and teas available as well as espresso beverages. We were very impressed with this hotel. Probably our most favourite place to stay in Niagara Falls.

Steam shower ☆☆☆☆☆ we had a inconvenience caused by them but they more then made up for it by sending us some sparkling wine and chocolate covered strawberries. A very romantic stay, also hit The Kasbah restaurant for a budget friendly five star dinner.

Stayed here for 2 nights . It honestly was a really exceptional hotel . So clean, especially during this time . Was very quiet and you can really enjoy your stay here with someone special. Very accommodating, they waved the parking to make up a very tiny mistake . Away from those busy hotels where a lot of people are staying . Wonderful place to get away during this time.

This place is truly a hidden gem in Niagara Falls. Perfect for those who love more unique, boutique hotels with character that the major chains just dont have. The location is very convenient to the main strip and the Falls. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent and spacious. The jacuzzi tub and steam shower make it even better. The staff ensure attention to detail with small, personal touches that take this location from excellent to superb. The breakfast in bed is a nice touch and is greatly appreciated. A little disappointed that they are now charging for parking especially considering the lot is not completed cleared of snow in the winter, but it is by no means unreasonable. Have stayed here multiple times and will always stay here when in Niagara Falls.

Totally worth the money. The jetted tub was wonderful and the massage was great. Its in a bit of a sketchy looking area, fortunately, the area is quiet and a Starbucks is close by.

Wow! This place is amazing. For the price I paid, it was a great stay here. Unfortunately I could not stay for the two original nights I planned due to the weather but goodness, I was very impressed. Not too far from the Falls; within walking distance.

Was very happy AT FIRST and planned to rebook for my birthday. Stay was great. Got an upgraded room. They had all my special requests ready for my arrival. Staff at front desk were very friendly. Extended my stay. My new room refrigerator was broken and they handled it in a short amount of time. However, when contacting them afterwards about my bill they read my message and ignored me UNTIL i remessaged. Im still waiting for my deposit to go back into my creditcards since its been over 10 business days. Tried contacting them again and Im not surprised that I am AGAIN being ignored.

Very good hotel. It is located in a cozy area. Not far from the Falls, something around 10 minutes walking. Seems newly built hotel. All the furniture and facilities are new. Lobby is small so that at the first glance you may think it is an average hotel. But rooms are big and luxury. Also the design of other parts of hotel is decorative. Breakfast is serving in the rooms and is desirable. The personnel are kind and very helpful but they had forgot a very important request of us. My husband was going to surprise me with a designed room for honeymoon so he had mentioned this subject in booking time and had ordered designing our room. Although he coordinated through reservation process and confirmed in reception time to not to forget the plan, they had done nothing for our room and totally ruined his idea.

It is very clean and the rooms are amazing and Beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant downstairs is also very good. My only regret is that I didn’t get to enjoy the spa. Hi ever I did not park at the hotel I parked directly across the street which turned out to be about $40 cheaper for an two night stay.

The hotel was good, large rooms and they took care of our needs. But our stay was based on the spa. Unfortunately worst spa experience to date. Horrible massage and just very unwelcoming. Unexpected as they charge same amount as high end downtown Toronto spas.

I would just like to first mention that my husband and I did not stay at this hotel however, we did have an unpleasant experience them.We had stopped by to visit friends who were out of town and staying at the Sterling Inn and Spa. I had accidentally forgot a pair of jeans (that I had brought in case of weather change) and a cellphone charger. Because our friends in which we were visiting do not live close to us (or niagara falls), we asked them to leave the items with the hotel front desk. The following day I had called the hotel to confirm that my belongings were there and to ensure them that I would be back over the next couple of weeks to retrieve them. Five days later my husband and I made the 2 hour trip up to Niagara Falls. When I arrived I was pleasantly greeted by an employee whom I gave my name and item description to. He returned with a bag with my name, I said thank you and went back to the car. When I opened the bag my cellphone charger was nowhere to be found. I returned and kindly informed him that I was missing my cellphone charger. He apologized, went to the back and returned with a bag that contained a cellphone charger (I didnt think twice because I though surely to god he wouldnt give me anyone elses belongings). I went back to the car and opened the bag only to see someone elses charger and name on a piece of paper inside. Frustrated but still pleasant, I walk back inside and explain that he has now given me another guests cellphone charger. The employee apologized and went to the back a third time to try and locate the charger that belonged to me. I waited 20 minutes (by this time I knew the charger was gone). I saw the employee come out of the room with another lady and go upstairs (maybe to check another room for lost and found). He came back with another charger and explained that it was his managers charger and that they wanted me to have it in lieu of my charger not being found. I told him that I wanted my charger, not somebody elses and inquired on the where abouts of mine. He explained that they were unable to locate it and that they will try their best to find out in the next upcoming days. I asked to speak to the manager, Judy (the one who offered her cellphone charger). When she came out she explained that this never happens (which I find hard to believe) and expressed her apologies. I explained that when someone leaves an item behind ESPECIALLY at a hotel, they want to trust that it will be there when they come back. That trust has been broken, and that because of that, in the future I will boycott this hotel. I also reminded her that although I know that it may sound silly to make such a commotion over a cellphone charger, the bigger issue is that someone working for their company is a THEIF (whether it be a $25 charger or a $5,000 engagement ring). She apologized again and assured me that they would get to the bottom of this and follow up with me. I ended up taking the charger she offered me because I knew they were not going to find mine. I told her that when they found my charger I would mail hers back to her.So now it has been well over a month and still no word from the Sterling Inn & Spa. I called this morning and asked to speak with either Judy or the other employee that had previously given me a card with his name on it. When I spoke with Judy she was rather short with me and explained We dont know what happened to it, Im sorry. I told her that I would have appreciated someone following up with me as she said they would, and ended our phone call.SORRY about the rant I would just really like for people to be aware of this situation. My husband and I travel and often use hotels/airb&bs and think that safety is #1 priority. You might think that a cellphone charger going missing is really not a huge concern, but it could have been and expensive piece of jewelry or an electronic.I would steer clear of this place. There are many other hotels in close proximity!

We were just there for my boyfriends birthday, it was a nice place. We stayed in the King bed with jacuzzi room, the room was nice with a great layout. Pros. 1. Big room 2. We got a complimentary small bottle of wine since it was his birthday. 3. We also got complimentary cocktails for cocktail hour on the lower level bar. 4. Breakfast in bed was nice.Cons. 1. We had to wait almost 40 min after check-in for our room to be ready.2. The room wasnt that clean, we found hairs in the Jacuzzi so I had to clean it before use, mirrors had strikes and fog and there was so much dust on the night table tables and bed frame that caused me a asthma attack.3. We could hear the the people upstairs walking really Lord and woke is up.4. They didnt have many vegan/ vegetarian food options at the restaurant.5. When I told my concerns to the front desk they they completely ignored me and just passed me my bill.Overall I had a great time because of who I was with, dont think Ill be going back we could get another nice hotel maybe with better service somewhere else for the same price.

This place was exactly what we wanted and needed. It is winter, so it was warm, inviting, and not crowded. The room was huge, the bed was comfy, the steam shower was an excellent addition! So much space and a great price. The complimentary breakfast was awesome! Fresh egg dish, pasteries etc! A room that size in nyc would cost you $1000 a night! Stay here! Your off the main tourist area but close enough to drive or Uber! You can walk less than ten minutes to the Skywheel and Clinton hill! Have dinner at AG!

My girlfriend and I stayed 5 nights 6 days. Our first impression of the hotel was wow it was a beautiful place, extraordinary stuff, the staff was wonderful.. super kind even had a few laughs with them. The room was amazing, we got the deluxe suite with a steam shower, our room had a balcony and a gas fireplace, which was to die for. We had breakfast delivered to the room, and my God was it tasty and free of course. Absolutely clean, maids were very nice and the TV gets TLC! Great location, hidden away but just minutes..and I mean MINUTES from Clifton hill.Overall our stay with the Sterling Inn was worth every dollar, will definitely be staying here whenever we vacation to Niagara!

Large rooms. Steam showers are great. In room breakfast is a nice treat. Onsite restaurant (AG Inspired) was outstanding meal. Overall, much better than the larger hotels.

This place was perfect for our anniversary celebration! The room was clean, huge, and the staff was on point as well as friendly. It was a 12 min walk to the Falls, 3 min walk to Clifton Hills, so many restaurants in the area and much more. We were close to everything but far away at the same time! Bonus of this place they bring you breakfast to your room.... Breakfast in bed how can you bet it ! Fitness room was good! Spa on site we also got a massage this is a the perfect getaway for a couple for sure. We had the King Steam Shower room

This is our second time staying at the hotel. The first time was perfect which led us to stay this time. We stayed on June 11/20 for one night as it was our anniversary. We decided to make some tea in our room and found an acrylic nail! Absolutely disgusting.

Wonderful! A beautiful and well-maintained property. Well-lit at night. On-site parking is available but its $17/night. Just a few minutes walk to the main attractions. There is a restaurant on location but also plenty around the area. The spa services is topnotch! The staff is genuinely welcoming and approachable, which believe it or not, can easily make or ruin your vacation. I would highly recommend Sterling Inn & Spa to any couples who are looking for an above average accommodation for their weekend getaway.

From the very first call with Kellie Vitis it was a very good experience. Kellie was very responsive and helpful. She thought of everything. Kellie left her position a week before our wedding and Darren Byer took over. The same amazing service continued. We along with our guests had the most amazing experience. The food was great and the drinks kept coming! Wonderful Venue!

I cannot express it enough how much my boyfriend and I enjoyed this place. It was romantic and homey at the same time. I felt like I could live here! What we appreciated: First of all the distance to the strip, second the originality of the Inn itself, third the spaciousness, set-up and comfort of our room. Fourth, the steam shower and the little things they provide you for a spa experience! Lastly, that awesome breakfast in bed to top off a romantic stay here! Overrall it was truly worth the price for an experience I would want to have again. We have tried going to the hotels before but after this, we will be definitely coming back soon. - Joy

Love this place . Excellent location & outstanding service

Stayed here in November and it was great! We came for a little getaway and we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our room had exposed wood beam ceilings, a fireplace, two tvs, a large sitting area and a wet bar.The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Every room booking comes with breakfast in bed and French press coffee. No complaints there! It was on time and delicious. We got the escape package that included dinner for 2 at AG cuisine restaurant and it was a good value.The restaurant was fantastic!I would recommend this place for couples looking for a little romantic getaway. Book on their website. The price was the cheapest there.

Great romantic experience at the Sterling Inn and Spa! Very convenient to have everything in one building. Its customer service and not overcrowded like other higher rated Niagara hotels. The open concept jacuzzi room is phenomenal. The free breakfast in bed is a really good addition.

Lovely space, great for a short getaway with my spouse. They have a choice between a small Jacuzzi or basically a sauna for each room, and a complimentary breakfast in bed delivered to your room. We chose the tub, and it came with a bath bomb to use which was a pleasant addition. The spa was also nice, and we both got a massage while we were there that was pretty relaxing. I would definitely go again!

The food and service were outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed or evening. We shared the delicious charcuterie plate. The shrimp and scallops were rich and succulent. As a bonus this restaurant is attached to our favorite hotel.

Beautiful inn, comfortable bed, spacious rooms and complimentary breakfast. Plus this phone next to the toilet. What more can you ask for? We celebrated our anniversary here, it was perfect. Close to all the attractions in Niagara Falls and great value for your money. Thanks so much Sterling Inn & Spa.

This hotel looks small on the outside but the rooms are huge. I loved the hardwood floors, the bathroom with a jacuzzi was great, a fireplace in the room and a pretty good breakfast. Its close to everything and it was a beautiful room. There were two things preventing me from giving this a 5 star. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bed was not a typical firm bed. It was very hard--that said. We asked if there was anything they could do and the front desk clerk immediately sent someone with a foam topper to our room. I know this is a boutique hotel but there wasnt a microwave in the room which is just a slight inconvenience. Overall, we would highly recommend and would probably go again-if we could be guaranteed a room with a better bed.

The Sterling Inn & Spa is an excellent hotel! We have stayed at most of the hotels in Niagara Falls and I have to say The Sterling Inn & Spa is one of the best! They go above and beyond in service and excel at making your stay as enjoyable as possible. I loved the coffee and lemon water available at the foyer anytime of the day. The quality of the coffee is spot on!
