Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

We was just for the evenings here, we stayed somewhere else. Seeing the place how nice it was, we will definitely come back and stay in the hotel part. The casino floor clean, mask enforcement a lot of staff making sure of it. A lot of different machines to gamble on the only bummer was no alcohol on the casino floor which we didnt expected because we came from NJ and its okay there

The service was professional and the staff was so helpful, kind and cheerful. I loved all the amenities and the food was absolutely delicious. My room was beautiful and I had an amazing view of Niagara. Everything was so clean and organized regarding Covid-19. I will definitely return and recommend this Hotel to all my family and friends. Thank you for such a wonderful time. See you next time.

Very nice room. Corner King Suite with awesome view. Very clean and quiet. Indoor pool and jacuzzi. Spa was closed due to the Rona. Casino was open with limited tables open. No poker...but Blackjack was open. Every other slot machine was open. Most of the restaurants were open. Room service was always available. Also in town restaurants were open. Symptoms check in upon every entry. Staff was friendly and courteous. If you visit the Falls, get a tour with Lenny. He was great and educated on the history of Niagara! He is available inside the souvenir shop that looks like an office building next to the Hard Rock Cafe. 5 stars!! Worth every penny!!

Nice and big hotel overlooking the area. There is a casino. The main idea of ​​the hotel is to attract visitors through the casino. Therefore many of the guests are very older people who play the slot machines. Usually they are left without luck and also with wasted life time. The rooms are large. Pretty clean. Most of the programs on TV cost money and a pity ...

Strict COVID19 rules here, they keep people safe which is nice. Bring IDs! Views from rooms 2401 and 2410 are worth every cent! 3 sisters restaurant: try french onion soup, delicious! Canadian bottled beer served here. Tim Hortons much better than any other fast food breakfast chain. Not much entertainment on site other than casino but still a nice experience.

My wife and I had great time at the Casino. My wife enjoyed her birthday at the Casino. We both had so much fun there with our stay I will be booking a room there for my birthday in March.

Spend your money where they take care of you! Plenty of other places to enjoy! This place does not know what customer service is! Sydney the manager is definitely special in many ways thats for sure! Save yourself the irritation and go elsewhere...

First, they take all precautions necessary before you enter the hotel and the casino, masks are REQUIRED and REINFORCED, and they do their best to maintain social distancing. I will say the casino gets crowded on the weekends making it hard to maintain social distancing, considering they allow 3 players to tables, closed tables and slot machines, and everything is cleaned after use. No alcohol beverages were served due to covid regulations.Second, the room looked clean but there was hair in the tub and something (Im not sure what) on the wall. With that being said I felt the need to clean the room with wipes. I dont think housekeeping were cleaning used rooms, which I was ok with.There isnt much of view but I loved the room, especially the tub with TV. The shower was very spacious as well. The pool was also clean and fun to use.Third, reserve a table at the restaurants or youll be waiting for awhile. Unfortunately, there isnt many options in Niagra Falls (not kidding). So, when we couldnt do reservations we opted for room service which I recommend, for comfort and prompt service. I also recommend the steak house, expensive, but worth it. We were going to try the Three Sisters Cafe for breakfast, but we were sat a table that still had the check and had not been cleaned. We waited about 10 minutes, never met the server, dirty table and no utensils, and chose to leave, especially after hearing other guests complain.Overall, the casino is beautiful, the staff were hospitable and helpful, for the most part clean and looks like it could be really fun when all this Covid stuff is over. We would consider coming back, but unfortunately theres not much to do in the area.

It is a nice Casino. I stayed in a king bed suite and it was very nice. It is your typical casino and hotel. This review is during Covid, so it wasnt at full capacity or full hours and staff. It takes a long time getting in and out of the hotel portion and there is a line everywhere to do everything, but that is what happens when they are being thorough at screening people. The only reason they are 3 stars is because it is hard to find any alcohol. At a casino you kind of expect to find it anywhere, but I had to go to fine dining to buy a beer. And on top of that I only had one because that was the last one. They ran out of alcohol. Oh well was my impression of the casino overall. Nice rooms but is it worth the price when the casino half is a dud? You can get just as nice of a room for a substantial amount cheaper. Truly a 3.5 star.

Very nice place to visit. Food is very good. 3 Sisters open 24/7..steak house is beyond Excellent..5 stars for steak..very accommodating. Fun casino..short walk to the falls. Very clean..staff is excellent cant do enough for you..hot and pool are great.just about everything open..2 things need improving coffee is horrible and beds on the really firm side..other than that pretty near perfect..will go back.love it there.

Its always a very nice place to go to get away...but if u have a hard time budgeting money its def not the place for u. The view of Canada is very beautiful there is a building that has a heart that lights up at night on it.

The Casino staff are very friendly a s helpful. It was very clean and is beautiful. They are taking all precautions to ensure safety during this time. Including temperature checks when you enter and the staff is always cleaning and wiping down machines and hi touch surfaces.

Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever had at a hotel stay. Spoke with reservations and drove 2 hours. Advised them we are from Ohio but have been in state for 3 weeks adhering to covid guidelines and had online forms showing proof. Girl in reservations advised they had 0 restrictions as we drove 2 hours from where we had been staying for work and was turned away even though we called ahead and made reservations even making sure before we drove that distance. If they had any kind of decency they would have at least tried accommodating us in some manner. Never again....

I had a pleasant experience here. Rooms are comfortable and very quite. I booked last minute and was able to get a room so I was pleased.

I stayed at the hotel here. The rooms were sooooo beautiful. I LOVED the shower! The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable! We did some light gambling and ate lunch at the 3 sisters Cafe. Lunch was okay and the gambling floor was very clean and i loved how the slots were so bright and colorful. I was hoping for more pop-culture based machines, but there were a lot of other slots available.

Big beautiful hotel,the upkeep is in tact,the rooms were huge,the bathroom is spacious and the layout was great. I appreciated the fact that you could express checkout from your tv. The staff was friendly and informed. This was easily the best hotel in that area. The decor was nice as well.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The front desk staff were very friendly. In fact, the majority of the staff you come in contact with are friendly. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean. The resort really keeps the place spotless. The casino floor had sanitizer dispensers all through out, as well as clorox wipes to use on the machines. My biggest complaint is that whenever you walk out of the building, even for a second, you have to wait in line, get your temperature taken, and show your ID. I understand the temperature check, but if youre a hotel guest you shouldnt have to show your ID every single time. Simply a room key should suffice. My friend and I stepped out for a moment and she forgot to bring her ID with her. The security guard told me Id have to go to the room and get it... but just shortly after I went running up to our room, he let other people in without checking their IDs because they didnt have them. This was on the evening of 9/18, at the hotel entrance. Made no sense he made me get hers, but let others in with no ID while she was waiting right there in front of him.

Room was ok nice view at night- not as updated as I was expecting for the price. Shower heads were disgusting!! And only one shower head worked.would have liked the room to be cleaner and more modern for the price.

Overall experience of the stay was good. The room was neat and clean. Great views of the Canadian side if you get a room above 17 th floor. Would have a deserved a 5 star if not for the front desk concierge. My experience with her was below industry standards. She didnt even let me complete my sentence while checking in. Very mean and least courteous.

My husband and I spent our mini-pandemic honeymoon at the casino after our ceremony at the Falls.We didn’t gamble, but the corner room with the jacuzzi tub was fabulous, the room service was great, everyone was friendly and very COVID conscious.We felt very safe with all the precautions taken, and enjoyed our stay immensely.

We really enjoyed our stay! We didn’t truly have a view of the falls but could see water and the night time city lights were beautiful! Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. We liked how there was so much in the hotel with the casino and restaurants.

Very nice place to stay and play. Short walk to the American Falls from the hotel. They do offer a shuttle to the falls for those with mobility issues. Food is great in all of their restaurants. Staff and Security are always helpful and do enforce COVID safeguards. We visit there 5 to 6 times a year for several days.

Everyone had on masks at all times. It was a calm n chill environment.

Loved the view from my room! You can see the Niagra River and the water clouds that build above the Niagra falls and the top part from the clouds! So glad we moved from Doubletree Hotel, they also have 2 hot tubs and a little waterfall at this hotel!

Its a really nice hotel but its confusing on where to park. I parked in the casino parking lot before realizing there was separate hotel parking lot. The room was really nice. It had a beautiful view but there was no microwave. There was just a fridge.

Hotel rooms are eh, they need updating especially for the price tag. I understand you are going to pay more because it is a casino and you are paying for convenience. They have new machines and large game area. All in all, it was a fun time, but I wouldnt make a second visit.

Hit a 2 Jacks in less than 15 minutes! Only reason I came was for food, seems the only place serving in Niagara for tourists. Wouldve definitely stayed here had I known how dead the city was. Oh btw, the 24hour cafe has very good salads and burgers.

The suite was AMAZING!! The view from 24th floor facing the falls was incredible. It was cool because i waa looking at Canada. I could go on about the.place..very friendly and helpful staff....I LOVED IT!

I had a good time. The casino was extremely clean. Plenty of signage to guide customers. Theres a temperature check, mandatory mask required. No smoking. Friendly service. Plenty of free parking. Located literally up the street from Niagara Falls and all the shops. A fun get out of the house thing to do.

This hotel is very nice and very clean. The bathroom was beautiful, as was the view. Cool Casino! My only complaint is their COVID procedures for their guests. I reserved the room with no knowledge of our home state being on their list. Fortunately, we had been vacationing in a state that was not, so we were allowed access. Its not very welcoming to have to explain, literally every single time you step back into the hotel, why you should be allowed in since your state is on their list. Our room key should suffice.

Fun place to go. Its alot quiter there with covid going on resturants are on limited hrs. Some of the slots and tables are out of order to keep social distancing. But in all a nice place to go. Just be mindful this is a Casino so please be carful and have some fun

Machines are tight & they dont give you some money back to play with. Hardly any bells were going off. I have been to other casinos were the machines were not as tight. It makes you not want to go back there. Very disappointed! On a positive note. Food was good at Three Sisters.

I reserved my room for two days n they switched my room without my knowledge. All my items were removed,housekeeping returned items but it was a major inconvenience. They gave me 50 food voucher...that was not enough my items were moved, touched by everyone..so disappointed.

Please be careful when you make a reservation to this hotel. They have false advertisement on their booking website so they can charge you extra money. There are two different types of rooms for more affordable price. One of them doesnt mention fallside and the other states very clear fallside. Of course people expect to see fallside view when they choose to pay extra. So did I. When I spoke about it with the front desk and manager after, I regretted coming to this hotel. This manager (unfortunately didnt get his name)so rude, zero social skills. Would you believe HE LAUGHED when I said Ill put it all on review to this hotel... Complete disgrace! This is not the place Id advice anyone to go for vacation. Stay away! Im attaching photos of receipt (I stayed two nights) and a view so you can see if theres any fallside view I paid for...

Main reason for liking, its a non-smoking facility. Their CoVid-19 measures were handled nicely with masks mandatory, temperature checks and every other game closed. I didnt see anyone wiping down the games while we were there though. We sanitised after each game for our own safety.

We had travelled all day from Texas and arrived late with our family of 6. We had reserved our hotels months in advance. We were so excited to be there. We were greeted by the rudest security guard and the stank of cigarettes. After asking us if we had quarantined for 14 days and after we honestly told him no we just arrived. He told us sorry about y’all you are from a state on my list here you can’t stay here at our facility. We had prepaid thousands and were told it wouldnt be a problem as long as we wore a mask.Thank goodness that hotels.com had such great customer service they refunded our payments right away! Amazing ...We found a wonderful hotel down the road called Reikart by Marriott. They took us in last minute and it was wonderful! Half the cost, luxurious beds and showers. Cozy fire in the lobby. Beautiful decor, great customer service and didn’t reek of cigarettes.

The hotel is beautiful. The room 2412 was super clean, beautiful views. Stayed during covid the casino and property are clean and super strict on mask wearing huge positive. People were really respectful of maintaining space. The lady that checked us in at the hotel desk was about the only nice person we saw the whole three days we stayed. Very unwelcoming throughout the property. I felt like I was going through tsa security each time I entered the building. They are all business and pretty rude. There is no smoking whatsoever in the building. You have to go outside. No alcohol on the gaming floor. Machines pay out nothing. I wish we would have just gone to vegas for our long weekend. Other than gamble there is nothing to do at the casino. Tim hortons/cold stone staff were horrible. I felt like we were a bother to them. Thank goodness for the Starbucks across the street. All in all would I stay here again...probably not.

What a beautiful hotel ..The rooms were so clean and so spacious. The shower was enormous.Beds comfortable. The hotel keep us very safe, checking temps and license everytime we went in and out .Walking distance to falls ..Staff was friendly and helpful ..Casino was great ! Even greater because I won !!

Today is my wedding & 2 hrs before our wedding we are turned away booked this months in advance spoke to someone just yesterday!!!!! Definitely can find a crying man today and not tears of happiness thanks for making our wedding day the worse day ever. Wedding cancelled

Casino was ok, due to covid gambling is not the same, only 3 people per table, not that many waitresses in the floor to take drink orders, I lasted almost 2 hrs waiting for it. Not bars, and not enforcing the mask... Also I tried going again to the resort day time to eat with family at buffet and my minors were not allowed, didnt know this was an adults resort nor there is any sign of it...

Positive: I felt like the hotel and casino are taking the necessary precautions to ensure everyones health and safety during this time.

All of the rooms reek of cigarette smoke, regardless of whether the room is smoking or nonsmoking.The hotel rooms itself have an old/dirty type of feel. The hotel was built in the mid-2000s but it feels like it was built in the 70s, with no renovations since. It has a gross feel to it even though it was pretty clean (I say pretty because the couch has stains on it). The hot tub room is NOT worth the money you’ll be dishing out for it.

Nice casino, very big. Had a few payouts here so no complaints. Good for a night out or to stay overnight. Rooms are clean and pleasant and good for a night’s getaway. Fun was had by all

Very nice casino, very big. Definitely no social distancing at certain tables. Had someone begging customers for money, security was trying to get him but he was able to stay ahead of them. Overall a nice night out.

Felt depressing and like no one was winning anywhere in the place. They had all my favorite types of games shut down. Games arent giving the extra spins and things they used to. I know with covid things need to be different, but it feels like the percent of wins is super low and it just wasnt much fun- atmosphere or gaming.Very little entertainment going on and if I have a chance to go to a casino again soon it wont be there..sadly

Meh.. it was okay. It was very clean and you can tell they are taking that seriously. Definitely different than Atlantic City. The security features were pretty interesting. I only stayed for about 30 minutes. The place was practically empty on a Tuesday night but was to be expected. Especially during the pandemic. Overall the experience was okay. I just went to check it out while on vacation.

Very nice place. We got a corner suite with a hot tub. We could see the Niagra river and the mist off of the falls

Went primarily to have a breakfast in Tim Hortons, but did look like a beautiful place from a quick peek. Its a place you could spend your evening if youre already done with all the other attractions at Niagara. Make sure to take an ID card with you as they as for it when you enter. (Theyll ask for an ID even if youre not going to the casino)

We were stopped at the entrance and denied entry. guard said a manager would come over and talk to us but we were left there for fifteen minutes and no one came.. We had booked through a third party for a two night stay while visiting the falls. we stated in the reservation we were a party of 3 with an infant. apparently the casino has a 21+ policy. i wish someone had the decency to come and at least apologize or show regard.

Would of rated 5 stars, room was perfect, casino was smoke free but machines were not paying out. Coffee, tea, soda and water served on floor but no alcohol. Dont eat at 3 Sisters, service terrible... food came out warm not hot, waitress advised then later came back and asked if wanted dessert, even told no thanks she said okay heres your bill, felt kicked out when we werent done. Rarely complain but though apparently short staffed is no excuse for the not so great service.

It has a plethora of machines of different denominations. Unless you are a regular visitor there you can easily get turned around as to where you entered the casino. They need more change machines and have them readily visible just like they have the slot machines. It is a beautiful Casino there are just no definitive signs to help you find your way around the place to keep you from going in circles.

Casino is nice and its in a great location. Machines dont pay out great and food is ok.

Koi restaurant is FANTASTIC! Three Sisters restaurant is also very consistently yummy. Wish the machines were looser for me but a nice time anyway. Great area to walk to and from Niagara Falls.

The casino was clean. Everyone wore masks and your temperature was taken every time you entered the casino. Food was good. There was no alcohol served on the floor but soft drinks and juice was served. Good variety of slot machines.

Such a beautiful place. I hope to come back and visit post Covid. Many areas were not open, for obvious reasons. The decor is beautiful, and I loved the layout.

I will never ever play at this casino again! Its obvious by the looks at the amount of people in the casino how they treat their guests. Havent see anyone win there and thats unusual for a casino.Hotel was the best part because the room was very big and housekeeping was very nice.Only thing is they will not clean your room during your stay. Thinking strange that is.

It was cool other than I couldnt find my way out .....so I figured that was the big guys way of saying something great was about to happen....I was mistaken lost a little more money than I really wanted to but it was ok.. had fun on vacation

Visited on a Friday morning casino was pretty much empty. I watched my wife gamble and happy she did very well. I just wasnt feeling lucky.

Loved the non smoking and clean casino. Won some cash and enjoyed myself. Not able to serve alcoholic drinks around with Covid-19, but they did serve sodas. I appreciate the wiping stations too.

Beautiful lobby. Clean throughout. We got a great rate so we upgraded. Room was fantastic. Very spacious. Bathroom was so wonderfulEveryone was very helpful when we needed somethingMini fridge. Coffee maker in the roomWhen we werent playing the slots we could shop. Or just relax in our room with the fantastic view. Weather was cold but the resort had lots to offer inside. Hope to go back soon to take advantage of the pool and work off the food at the gym

Everything was nice and clean, temp check point at entrances and a very good control of mask and distance everywhere around, coming back hopefully when everything gets back to normal and enjoy the Resort and Casino at its 100%.

Positive: Everything was great. Not one problem. Location ro the falls excellent, no need to worry about parking to the falls. Just walk there in a few minutes. Negative: All was great.

Great hospitality and dining good place to go to get wound down and relax

I made a reservations for our stay there for 2 nights using my texas driver license. There was no notification or anything that indicates there is restrictions for the people traveling from Texas. They refused to enter us in the hotel from entrance. The front desk people worked with us to get our refund I was happy to get my refund but was so disappointed to look for another hotel at 10.30 pm.

The Seneca Niagara is my favorite casino. The atmosphere is beautiful inside and out. Its very clean and the service is excellent. The hotel is worth staying at too, the rooms look beautiful and the beds are comfortable. If youre with someone who isnt a casino type person, they can wander in the lobbies and check out the stores, art work on the walls, relics or have coffee, ice cream or have a meal. Its also a short walk from the falls.

Rooms are real nice. Service was excellent. Cannot wait to go back.

Had fun, made some money. Good Covid-19 precautions. It was pretty empty because of the Covid but Im sure it would be loads of fun during normal operation.

The casino is definitely a destination on the USA side of the Falls. Really nice rooms friendly staff. Week day room rates are very good. Only downside is the overwhelming smoke in the casino. With a full capacity crowd you would not be able to breathe.

We have stayed here many times and everything was great how ever tonight I had reservations for a smoking room and when we got there they told us all the smoking rooms were filled. My husband and I asked if they could give us a room and allow smoking and they wouldnt. And told usThe lady was kinda rude and told us we could smoke outside to say the least we canceled are reservation and left. I dont understand how you can make a phone reservation for a smoking room and when we get there they tell us they dont have one very disappointed

Social distancing was great! There were stations everywhere and the staff was cleaning off all the machines.Wednesday in August are promo days, and you can win free play and/or vouchers for food or retail!Go earlier in the evenings for a lower volume of people, and a better experience.

The whole setup was nice I like the fact that they had the little bathtub in the room and its nice and clean it was no issues it was nice

While it is of no fault of anyone the energy just isnt there anymore. No one appeared to be winning on the gaming floor whatsoever. I feel like this was more than likely my last visit to any gaming facility for quite some time.

It was lovely. The rooms seemed clean. The only thing I really didnt like is the maids dont clean rooms if they are comped.I spent a lot of money there they could at least clean my roomI found that odd and un sanitary. Other than that I had a great time.

Warm greetings, very friendly, if you do not have mask they provide no problem social distance works here no one on your shoulder watching you win. Various places to eat coffee water serve while playing. Clean bathroom are very clean plenty sanitizer.

Love it! Spa is my favorite, but closed because of COVID. We always get room and meal comps. Great time everytime.

The front desk staff were very welcoming and it took less than 10 minutes to check in. My room was immaculate and had a nice view.

Had a great time at Seneca Niagara. The food was tasty, and lots of nice places to shop. But the best was the room by far I slept like a baby on the bed and cozy, soft pillows. I will definitely be back again and again.

The only real complaint is that the bar closed early. I realize it was a sunday but it is summertime you would think it would be open til at least 1 am. We had dinner at 3 sisters cafe.... Very delicious

The hotel is very nice and well maintained but the front desk staff was extremely rude. My room was super clean but the sink clogged and the shower was horrible. Like drops of water came out. When complained to the front desk they looked and me like whatever!

I enjoyed getting out but the casino is not like it was. We all entered at one location where we had to line up to get checked and ID review. The experience is different inside no drinks were offered nor was there the normal sounds of machines ringing. It was a very dry experience.
