Very clean & well organized store. Great variety of items & had exactly what I went there for. The store associates were pleasant and helpful. Much to my surprise 3 different customers also assisted me & offered much needed info, as I am brand new to painting. I could not believe that in this hustle and bustle hurry up world, 3 complete strangers lended of their time and knowledge!! One of the best shopping experiences I have ever had

Lots of Halloween stuff, and their selection is extensive. They are hiring, and their need shows. Long line with only 2 registers open (only reason for 4 stars). Both cashiers were very nice, and our experience was good. But 2 of 5 (maybe more?) registers open was not good.

A classic resource for family fun. The ideas created here are endless. My one critique is that finding a staffer to assist you can be as challenging as finding a needle in a haystack.

Nicely situated between Target and Pet Smart. Place was dead on a Saturday at 6 pm. Hence just one cashier. Unfortunately she was slow and a talker which made my line wait longer than it needed to be. Paid $50 for sticks for a large vase. Ugh.

10 minutes in this Michaels and all your problems disappear. Probably a leftover emotion from my childhood, but I could stay here forever. As for things that one could say matter more, the service is great and the store is easy to navigate. Masks are required (and sold) and social distancing procedures are in place. Personally, I am a fan of people being legally required to stay away from me, so I think that added to the great experience.

The line at the check out was 7 people deep with only one clerk working.

Working on a fun project with kids, found what we needed at decent prices.

Love this store but they where completely wiped of the acrylic paints I wanted. More covid craziness, however it was a disappointment when the item was not available.

I like Michaels but it seems like everytime I go in there I have a worker that is not very helpful. I bought a picture frame and as I was trying to search for a coupon (I never get to use said coupon anyway so I dont know why I bother) she was ringing me out and I didnt notice until I got in the car the lady did not wrap my picture frame so it busted in the bag with another item I had that was twice the size. Not a huge deal, just annoying having to go right back in to exchange. Just overall not very kind or helpful staff members in my experiences.

What I bought I was going to get I couldnt get my % off due to it being a deal not.on clearance. The coupon didnt say that when I spent all.that time finding.my better.deal.which turned out the worst deal. I will go else where! Always now

The store was very clean considering the holiday change in stock. It seemed like the shelves never ended and anything and everything you needed to craft with could be found. Definitely will return for all my crafting needs.

The online order I purchased had one of the frames scratched up, and the workers were somewhat helpful in letting me replace it with a better one! She had me find it in the store myself which took awhile, but didnt make a fuss about me wanting to exchange

I was only there to do inventory. But staff was great.

I havent been to Michael macs since A.C. Moore opened nearby. I like A.C. Moore but they are closing... aisles are tight. I like the atmosphere at A.C. better. And they treat me well everytime I enter! The rewards are favorable over Michaels too! So I wasnt please to find no associates assisting customers on the floor then a LONG line to checkout. I spend $100 plus every visit... I will probably make the drive to Hobby Lobby from here on out!

Had to wait 5 minutes for sales associate after pushing the in-store pickup button... otherwise ok experience.

Place was absolutely packed. Looking at products on line that I needed, website said it was in stock but when me and my wife got there they were out. They had a few of the other items but not worth the wait in line to purchase them. Went elsewhere.

Easy to find everything and very covid aware

Really good acrylic paint pens available, around 16 bucks. Their metallic, fine-point counterparts break easily.

I ordered curbside and it went really well! I called and gave them my information and they brought it out a few minutes later!

Michael in Newport, KY always has a large selection of craft supplies and decor. I always find what I need at an affordable price. They often have good sales and always have online coupons. Be prepared to wait in line between 5-15 minutes. They often appear short-staffed and there is always a long wait to checkout. In my experience staff has consistently been helpful and friendly. I love having this craft store nearby!

Went in looking for air brush paint...they DO NOT carry it.

I found the perfect hanging basket with blue, yellow and white pansies to put on the plant hanger beside my sons headstone.

Great place to go for seasonal and home decor. Every craft supply you could need but there is not a fabric section. I reccomend downloading the app to use the discounts and visiting when they have sales.

Clean, easy enough to find a staff member for a question, accurately labeled sales. Some Michaels to have problems with this, Ive not encountered that yet at this one.

Love this store. It is an artists dream. Just went in for mod podge and got sucked into the Halloween decor aisle.

It is very tempting to buy a lot of things there, they have so much cool stuff. They also have deals and coupons going on most of the time.

I think this location is very organized, clean and well lit which helps when trying to decide on colors for crafts plus its in a great location next to Target. The cashier was extremely helpful and I wish I lived closer to this store so I could make it my home store.

This store is nice and I can usually find what I need, but the checkout process can take foreeever. The cashiers are always super friendly, but it just isnt a very efficient system. Ive started to do more online pickups here, because you avoid the line altogether.

This seems to be a newer Michaels, or at least more.polished than my old tried and true store in NY. Love the layout of the jewelry section in this store in particular.Always has great offers in the app and the staff here are so nice compared to other arts stores I frequent.
