AMAZING EXPERIENCE IN NEWPORT BEACH YACHT RENTALS, my best friend had a Luxury dream wedding in Newport beach boat rental with a great services. i recommend that for many other friends for coming new years party,also for corporate party that we have a week before christmas.

I was super hesitant to book an event here after having read all the scary reviews, but I took a risk and was SO HAPPY with the results.We hosted a milestone birthday for my father here in March 2014 and everything was great:John G. (the owner) was patient with us and our budget, and he gave us additional perks (premium bar, appetizers) to sweeten the deal.His staff was amazing - they were all warm and accommodating, and never made it feel like we were being demanding guests. It was like they were celebrating with us!Price was competitive.The boat (Ambassador) was classy, spotless and roomy.Our guests had an amazing, one-of-a-kind experience - they are still talking about it!Some of the obstacles we faced (not major, but worth keeping in mind):Our guests who arrived early werent allowed on the boat until permission was granted from the owner (can/should be discussed in advance, no big deal).We first worked through a broker who books pretty much all the boats in that marina and who gave us pricing. Then, when we were connected with the owner, there was a little disconnect about what was included and how the pricing was structured. We were able to sort it out, but something to keep in mind.All in all, our key goal was to make sure my father and our guests had a classy and unforgettable experience, and John, his team and the Ambassador came through for us. Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a unique way to celebrate!

A great crew and a perfect event.Our corporation was looking for a Holiday Event location and had come across Pacific Avalon Charters. We had to entertain 150 people with a cruise, dinner and drinks for four hours on a chilly Friday evening.I have to say that we received nothing less than five star service from the entire crew. Little touches like introducing us to all the crew members, making sure that VIPs were taken care of, great table setup and asking me for feedback throughout the night made the experience so plesaurable. The bar staff were extra responsive and managed to easily handle all guests. I would like to call out and thank Jared (our facilitator), Captain Emmanuel and First Mate Ian especially for being so accommodating and working with me. Jared gave us some good advice regarding appetizers and desserts and working with him was a pleasure.The boat (Majestic) is spotlessly clean and modern, cruises silently and has excellent bathrooms. The food was better than expected and was served quick and hot.The feedback from my guests was all praise, with many frequently commenting best party ever and other complimentary quotes.Thanks Pacific Avalon - we sure appreciated you making it a smooth, fun night.

I attended the most amazing wedding aboard the yacht Majestic! From the ceremony to the dinner the crew were amazingly attentive and accommodating to all of the guests!Our dinner was so delicious I begged the captain for the recipe of everything I ate!My friend who got marred was so happy and was actually in my opinion treated like a princess on her special day! Who could ask for more!

We had our wedding on a Pacific Avalon yacht. The boat was nice and the staff was really great. The food was very good and the service for dinner was incredible. My only disappointment was that the food was cleared away so ridiculously quick that because of taking pictures and talking to guests after the wedding my husband and I didnt get to eat. Before we could get to the table where our food was it had already been cleared. Also neither of us got any of our cake. Fresh untouched slices were cleared away before wed even had a chance to touch them and the staff ate the rest of the cake after it had been served so there wasnt even an option to take a slice with us. We were both very disappointed with that. Great service but clearly if the food is 100% untouched obviously someone is still hungry.

John is helping us out for our wedding in June 23, 2018 . He helps us out and has totally put us at ease with any questions & concerns . We are so looking forward to celebrating our wedding day on the Royal Princess !!!

Herb-crusted prime rib with fresh horse radish, four kinds of aged Scotch, Rocky Patel cigars on the sky deck set against a near-perfect Catalina sunset...phenomenal evening!Well planned and executed, friendly staff and a charming English hostess...well definitely return.

We hired them for our convention and paid them over nine thousand dollars. When we went to the harbor, their yacht was broken and we had to have our party in a yacht that was docked as their other yacht was broken too. They promised to refund the full amount and I was glad that we were getting our money back though the party was ruined. I received multiple emails informing me that the accountant is processing the refund. We never received our money and it has been 8 months since. I sent numerous emails with no response and no one picks up the calls. I am about to sent a legal notice. Please be cautious with these guys.

I had the best wedding experience on the ambassador! The day of coordinator, David was awesome. Their recommendation for an off-site beach wedding coordinator, Mary matiasevich, was phenomenal. Cinderella Cakes hot one out of the park with their customer service and davine cup cakes. level DJ was the best MC I could have hoped for and made my night special. The boat was beautiful, restrooms clean, and all my guests really enjoyed themselves. The yacht also welcomes outside vendors. The food was delish! Mac and cheese was my favorite!

Pacific Avalon was great BUT DO NOT GO WITH THE DJ EV-ENTERTAINMENT THAT IS PART OF THE PACKAGE!!!! He is a thief, we paid for a photo-booth through him, we did not get it, and we have been fighting with him for 5 months now to return our money! He has ignored us, and we have to go to court. EV-ENTERTAINMENT AND JJ A.K.A. JON ARE THIEVES!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I had my college graduation party with Pacific Avalon and had a great and smooth experience!

They cancelled our boat trip 24 hours before our event. They said they would be getting a new boat for us but, of course, that never happened. We called and called them but they never responded. Horrible customer service. See the Yelp reviews too. Awful !

Watch out for this organization....we had a corporate event that was a disaster. Our boat broke down and we were stuck about 2 minutes outside of the dock while we were supposed to be out on the harbor watching fireworks.The owner, John Geiola wouldnt accept responsibility for anything and it took the court system to finally get our money back for the fiasco. Be careful!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
