A lovely little less traveled park. Lots to offer.

We wnet out for a weekend ride and found this Tower in the park. The place is not maintained and is close to the public, even though we saw an opening area that vandals were able to break in.

Beautiful place

It is a nice park in a good part of town. Some nice shade and garden beds to admire. There are tennis courts there as well. Dogs are allowed there too, which makes it a good place to take a walk through. However, the park is small, and theres not much to see. Not a bad place to relax, but certainly better parks in the area to check out.

Nice for photos. Wouldnt suggest sitting on the the grass due to people thinking its thier own personal dog park.

Atkinson common.Have lived here for 80 years and have ever seen this park looking so horrible. Please pay a visit to this park and call whoever is responsible. Rail trails need attention as well and Cashman park is included.

A beautiful park with a memorial to the soldiers of Newburyport! The property has the memorial, a gazebo, and plenty of place to sit and talk on one end, and baseball fields for local teams on the other!

I can see why some people like this place if youre local. But if you are a tourist, theres nothing there worth visiting.
