Great park! Theres a small store at the corner that have some frisbies in case you want to play the course.

Great little hidden park with a stream running through it. Doubles as a frisby golf course.

Metal slides should be outlawed! No swings. Besides that, great park.

Someone went through and changed all the holes without updating the signs or pads....very short course. Decently maintained though.

I havent played the course since the new upgrades. The park was immaculate and the variety of terrain, steep up hills, down many creek crossings and challenges on this 9 hole mini park is impressive.

This park is located next door to Herbert Hoovers boyhood home. I can picture young Herbert walking into Plaid Pantry and buying his 40 and a can of Alpo then heading into the park wildlands!

It was fun! My son & I as well as my Mom had great fun going down the slide!

I have been using this park as long as I have memory. And it is one of my favorites. In the middle of town. Yet down in there on the trails and along the creek. It feels like your out in the woods. And cudoes to the CPRD for all the work cleaning up and restoring the park. Not so dark down in there anymore.

Awesome park for disc golf! Dont let the short 9 holes fool you, they are up steep hills, down ravines, through thick foliage and over a creek. My group and I had a blast out there! There are no bathrooms in the park but there are lots of public places within a half mile you can go. There is also a playground for kids ath the top of the hill. Its just a great all around park!

Parts of the playground wall area are falling apart as it was glued with construction adhesive and some of the play ground equipment is broken. The frisbee golf course is nice and there are trails throughout. It can be muddy at the bottom in springtime after it floods.

Its Little more than a pretty, small canyon. Was not a particularly friendly place to play as a kid because there was no level ground. Easter egg contests were fun though. The boyhood home of Herbert Hoover is nearby. Its an interesting 10 minute tour unless youre ship wrecked of course...

There was a beautiful gay 19 yr black young man murdered in that Park in the dense wooded Area. Police said it was sucide. IT Was not suicide!!!!

People doing drugs. Litter. Not a great place to be honest. I avoid this park while walking, especially at night. Its not as bad in the day.

This is one of my absolute favorite disc golf courses. Its great for beginners who dont have much distance to their drive and great for more seasoned players that need to work on more technical throws.

This park was not taken care of there is trash all over, a homeless man living in the back of the park. Truly a depressing park. Could be very pretty if managed.

Nice quick disc golf course. The park is in a small canyon and the drainage is terrible so plan on getting muddy during the rainy season.

Some of the frisbee golfers need to understand little kids are curious and uptight parents dont take a frisbee golf disc flying towards them. Do gotta watch out for that i guess. As well as young people smokin and drinking in park but that one atleast doesnt cause too many issues since they trying to be discreet

This is one of the biggest parks in Newberg and is popular among kids that like to cosplay and people who like playing frisbee golf. The park is pretty hilly, so the golf course is pretty challenging (I always come in last place). My favorite time of year to visit this park is during the late summer months, when the blackberries are ripe. Unlike other Newberg parks, this one doesnt have a playground and the parking on River Street is sub-par.
