As soon as we walked in there was a gross smell, like cleaning chemicals. We sat at the bar & were greeted but then was hovered over. Wasn’t a very comfortable feeling while we were sitting there. It’s basically a hole in the wall and has a specific audience. Long story short, if you’re single women don’t go inOr just beware!

Decent local bar. Doesnt promise too much but it delivers everything it promises. The kareoke here multiple times a week keeps it as a warm place in my heart

I went for karaoke but they stopped karaoke on Wednesday. I found out they do it on Friday so I will visit again and probably give a better review. I didnt stay after I found out no karaoke.

Had a blast for karaoke night. Bartender was great and the drinks were yummy.

Atmosphere is good, friendly people and bartender was great...food not so much. Undercooked and looked bland, didnt really taste much better. But it has gotten a lot better from the time I was charged twice on my credit card a few years back. Drink prices are reasonable. All in all had a good time.

When i say i LOVE this place... I LOVE this place.. owners Nikki & Dave ( i think thats his name) AWESOME!!!! Ive had several parties there and they go ABOVE & BEYOND to allow you to enjoy the night..... not one compliant....i have met SEVERAL fun feisty folks there that Ive remained friends with... so if you get a chance to go in there PLEASE do & tell em Erica sent you

This bar is wonderful. I originally came here to shoot a few games of pool, and frequently return for the perfectly crafted drinks, prompt service, and wonderful demeanor not only from the staff, but also from the regulars and patrons. Karaoke a few nights, with applause and cheers for any brave enough to try a song, darts, and pool, which is even free a couple nights a week. All walks of life frequent this bar and have been treated like long friends. I love this bar.

Other than an almost tussle that was quickly and appropriatly handled by all, this was a great dive to sink into. The KJ, Jason, was super-awesome!!! I would honestly head out here again if I had the chance. Very inviting.

Some jerk screamed from the top of his lungs at me because he thought I brought a beer in from outside. Once the bartender explained to him that I bought the beer there he tried to shake my hand which of course I refused due to the fact that he embarrased me for no reason and caused a scene. I guess me not shaking his hand caused him to get embarrassed so he screamed at me to get out of his bar that he wasnt even working in (he was playing darts the whole time). And the bartender encouraged me to leave as well. So if your not willing to accept an apology from the dude with the long beard then dont go. Besides that it was great.

When you go diving, youre going to find yourself deep at this establishment. They have good drink specials and you can bring in outside food. The bar staff are friendly and responsive.

We go here to shoot pool, which is always fun. We happen to do it on Wednesday nights when they have karaoke and I love it. Theres a mix of talent and its always a fun crowd.

The bartender is a sweetheart and makes amazing drinks. She gives service with a smile and always makes sure your needs are met with a quickness. The karyoke is wonderful. Ive been here a few times over the years. Its a small place with places to sit and a couple of pool tables. I know they do karaoke here sometimes. I think a good feature is it is located next to places to get food since they only serve drinks.

Giving 4 stars since I am biased. Great place to take a bunch of friends, especially for kareoke after 9. New ownership as of.. sept 2017 or so. Not a place to get food, but if you want to shoot darts, play pool and have a fun time, its a good place.

Great place to hang out and drink, shoot pool or darts. Do yourself a favor, check it out. Old school bar where they know your name and what you drink.

Karaoke, darts, and pool make for a great local hangout. Decent drinks prices and very friendly bartenders. They dont have food but you can order from the places in the shopping center right there. My favorite local hangout to chill and have fun with friends.

On the rocks or rather otr is dive bar but in the good way. Friendly staff and regulars. Most nights there is karaoke. Only food is complimentary popcorn.

Hit or miss sometimes. Bartenders are great, especially jamie. the regulars kind of made a less unwelcoming experience if your not one of them... Good for a small place tho

They dont serve food, but there there is a pizza shop and a chinese take out that share the parking lot, so I didnt think it was fair to give them a poor rating. Darts, pool tables and karaoke, so there is always something to do.

This place is off the CHAIN!!! Everyone is wonderful and friendly. They have Karoake and now every tuesday night they have open mic. Thats where anyone can get on the mic and read poetry, sing a song or anything else that they would like to do. I play guitar & sing. I love this place! I bring as many people with me as I can and we all have fun. There is a chinese restaurant and a pizza shop next door to the bar and you are allowed to bring food in! Ive been going there for over a year now and actually was visiting from north Jersey because I had so much fun at OTR. Now I live within a few miles and its now my place... Especially Tuesday nights! Its a great place to hang out. As a matter of fact, Im on my way there tonight to sing karaoke. I was looking up the address to give to a family member thats going to meet me there and I saw this comment section. If you like to have fun, great prices, lots of smiles and they will clap for you, even if you sing horribly! You will even get high fives!! How can you not love a place like that. Ok, I met Jen C, one of the bartenders, she introduced me to her husband who worked on my laptop for free and refused to take any money!! They invited me to their home for Sunday dinner. Im six foot, 320 lbs of black man. I think people that invite me to dinner are really cool. The owner is off the chain as well and really cares about her customers as well as her staff. You wont meet a better person. I highly encourage anyone that likes to have fun to stop by OTR and tell em Thad sent you.

Hometown bar that does not like outsiders and will start trouble 1st chance they get! no food and horrible clientel! if you like drama then this is the place for you! no food and they will start a fight with you if your new or an outsider! worst bar ive ever been to! karoake is good but be careful of who you talk to and what you say! i was threatened because i bumped a girl with my pool stick one night, then another night another regular tryed to start a fight with me because im from philly originally! unless you fight mma, i would stay away!

They have pool and darts which is cool but service is slow and the people that go there are a little sketchy. Drinks are cheap but I wont rush back.
