Place is severely going downhill. Now charging us a lot more money for water and sewage ($100+). Claims to want to make a better change in this place, but all it is money to them. They leave notes all the time for little things and threatens to evict if matters arent taken care of in a short amount of time. Claims that after 5 days of no payment itll be an extra $50, before they started running this place it was $15. This place is really going down hill if you ask me.

Absolutely falling apart with the so called mall potrol.. leave notes because paint is chipping on board runners, threatening to evict if not corrected by supposed date..and phone no one answers and voice mail box full all the time so ya.. come home to find papers laying all over my front little yard with one of which was my personal information..great people..In today time of 2020, down hill for this place in comparison to years back..now its just about how can I we charge you more..I am going to just be nice and not say no more at this point..

Great mobile home park,lived there for 30years, recently paved roads, great nabers

Pretty run down..pricey lot rent

Roads are horrible and just keep getting worse. Last year they at least tried to fill the enormous potholes with cold patch, but it just falls apart again. Management acts oblivious to this problem and doesnt seem to be doing anything to rectify. With better management this could be a great place to live once again. Need someone in the office who actually cares about the park and its residents.

They have done nice updates to the property it now has fresh pavement

Its really only awesome due to the fact that the worlds greatest grandmother lives there! LOL! Its actually not a bad place at all. Everyone is friendly, and the scenery is pleasant. My Grams is safe and happy so, its all good!

This place is horrible the roads are not even roads, there are land mine holes all over, i hit one and it threw my serpentine belt, anothwr time it busted a ball joint and damged my rim and tire, i would not move a unit in here because it would fall apart before it got to the lot due to all the pot holes, some are three layers deep, sad to see all the nice residents treated so poorly and neglected
