The owner of the trailer park does not care about the community I am a non-resident who is in there all the time visiting elderly family members the horror stories I hear! From my understanding the owner of the trailer Parks family thinks they can get away with anything to the point where their little relative Damian a minor child out at 10:30 11:00 at night with the local hoodlums on their bikes running in between the trailers causing disturbances waking up elderly relatives to the point where I have to go and check on those relatives and entering the neighborhood little Damian likes to throw things at cars and breaks my window and you wonder how I know their name and their relation to the park because all the kids including that one were screaming it with obscenities and from what I hear from my relatives who live there that little boy is a nuisance and actually picks on little kids and tortures animals Ive contacted the trailer park to try to get my property fixed and even in the past have tried to contact the property for my relatives to get things fixed around there and still no word from these people the trailer park is like an elder abuse camp!!

This place is a joke ! Although the mobile homes are great, comfortable, and affording, you have to live by so many rules. The website says No dogs allowed, but there are a few people with dogs, even big ones as well. Also, the website says no outdoor cats, yet plenty roam around the neighborhood and get a little too close to my car and i don’t like that! Kids can’t even play basketball out front during the day or have fun. They used to be able to, but some kid got one and a few weeks later no one was allowed to play. Nothing can be in the front window. Even if your AC breaks and your trailer is 90 degrees you can’t put a unit in the front window which is crazy because no one can sleep in 90 degree weather !! To fix the Ac costs thousands of dollars, so it’s just annoying . Other than that it’s been good.

Some residents keep up their home and yard. Other residents are pure trash.

This neighborhood is horrible the little kids in there run rampant like hooligans the property is never well kept and any complaints to the office go unanswered Ive contacted the better Business bureau about these people so hopefully something gets done no one in their right mind should ever move into this neighborhood!!!

This is an absolutely Beautiful Park. The only problem I found, if u are a dog lover, is there are absolutely NO DOGS allowed, and cats are only allowed if they are kept indoors.

Nice place but no real place for kids to play and a lot of grumpy old people who do not like children, nor letting them play in the few places they have.

The best trailer park Ive seen clean nice and not ruff like a lot

We lived there several years ago and the management was horrible. Now, I have relatives there and the grass in the empty lot next to them is full of broken glass and the grass is over two feet high. Wouldnt recommend this place . They also seem to let certain people get away with not following the rules, while constantly hounding others about dumb stupid stuff. They wont grade their lots properly, my relatives yard is always flooded, and it draws mosquitos in the summer.
