Google maps says this is “good for kids.” That’s just not true. We brought our 6 yr old for a treat, as he’d gotten pretty good at skateboarding. The actual skate park itself is pretty great. But the scene around the park includes a bunch of people doing drugs in broad view. And to enter the park you need to take a series of hidden paths down below the bridge where the park is located. Those paths have needles littered about like candy wrappers, and there are people nodding off in the bushes. Definitely NOT a scene for young kids. And, frankly, I’d be very uncomfortable with even a teenager going here, as the scene clearly encourages hard drug use.
Fun park with a lot going on but the downhill and multiple levels just aren’t for me.
Tampa Crew . Bj Remz x Dustin x Carsen x Jimmy ... NC New Creation New Jersey showing love
Man it is crazy that I had been to this park numerous time and never knew about this skate park but it is actually pretty nice!
If you skate, and want real-gem of a New York moment ... Hamilton Bridge Skate Park, is for you. Private. Nestled in the middle of highway
It’s a sick skate park but filled with drugs and homeless people. Don’t go alone unless you are from the area. I don’t really feel uncomfortable or unsafe but it has a weird vibe.
Dont go alone. Worth it otherwise.
Lol besides the dope needles andcrackheads andjunk box crack thot pockets thatlitter the park theWHOLEpark
Scary at night. Easy to get lost. Lots of low light areas to get mugged in.
Never hang out here alone. Always go with someone.
Sketchy AF. Meth addicts and people shooting each other up with no discretion. Highly disturbing and very sad. Stay away.
Great skate park but full of drugged out homeless.
Love it
Sick park, almost all concrete, lots of graffiti, lights, practically no authority or closing time, although might get a little sketchy at night. Ramps are in good shape, and TONS of variety. Not a ton of huge vert, but there are some decent 4-5ft qtr pipes and some wall ride spots. Lots of street stuff, manual pads, boxes, rails, ledges, stairs, pyramids, banks, etc. All in all, best skatepark Ive found since moving to NY a few years back. Highly recommended. Oh, and its FREE and no one is there to make you wear a helmet or pads.
Great skate park. How clean it is and its accessibility are an issue though
One of the most amazing skateparks, It was so fun the first time I skated it.
Amazing place
This place is the bomb
Favorite skatepark, lights all night, cops leave you alone
Great place to learn, from advance tricks to basics.
Awesome little skatepark
Its ok, had some trash in the middle of park.
