We only go to Galleria on Third. We met Shadin a few years ago when we walked into the Galleria to have our ketubah framed following our wedding and havent gone anywhere else since. Shadin takes a tremendous amount of pride in his work and is so patient, always taking extra time to show us multiple mats and frames to help us find the exact combination of materials that will best showcase our pieces. The proprietors are extremely helpful and have excellent aesthetic sensibility. I brought in a piece to frame and was bewildered by the choices. Within minutes, I had made a choice with their help. When the initial choice of frame for our picture was discontinued, the store made an alternative choice for us. When I did not like the choice, the store quickly replaced it with another alternative quickly and free of any charge. Very communicative regarding progress of the job. Overall a very pleasant experience which is not typically the case with framing.

They did an amazing job at framing our ketubah. They are extremely professional and skilled and helped recommend the best framing and matting. We needed to sign the ketubah on our wedding day so Galleria on Third put a temporary film layer to protect it. We removed the film right before we signed it, and then brought it back to them after the wedding to add the glass. We got the museum grade glass and it is incredible. You cannot even tell it is there. We highly recommend them!

I just picked up my second order from Shadin at Galleria on Third and will not go anywhere else! The first time I walked in he was so helpful and patient in helping me pick out the right frame for an antique photo and it was the perfect recommendation and looked beautiful when I picked it up. When I had an old map and a couple of magazine covers to frame, I knew who to go to and again he did a fantastic job! They really do look museum quality. He was also so kind in rushing to finish these for a tight deadline when Id have visitors in my apartment. He also has great ideas and such an attention to detail (when I dropped off the magazine covers, he told his associate to make sure to frame so that you could still see the ultra-thin black left border) and clearly takes pride in running a wonderful, honest, and hospitable business. A friend of mine once recommended some online framing app, but Im treated so well here and receive such a great finished product that couldnt imagine going anywhere else!!

I walked into galleria and third a few weeks ago with my infant daughter to get her first artwork framed. The owner was incredibly hospitable and picked out the best frame making the whole process extremely seamless. They do phenomenal work here. My husband and I have a bit of a funky style and are not easy to please. Shadin and his wife take the time to really understand what were looking for. They are patient in giving us many options, while (most importantly) being honest if they think something will look less desirable. It is more expensive than Michaels or similar, but if you care about the item youre framing, you cant go wrong here. Also very communicative with photo updates. Over the past 7 or 8 years, Shadin has framed about 30 awards, diplomas, certificates and professional photos for my office. (He has also framed about 20 items for my wifes office. ) He makes excellent framing suggestions and always does excellent work. The Galleria on Third gives personal service. They go to extra effort in framing. My vintage film posters and fine art were handled with care and given individual attention. A film poster of mine that was damaged was even given some restoration treatment in the framing process at no extra charge. They will help you get your large frame work home, also at no extra charge. The friendly couple that own and run the shop make framing a pleasure.
