It’s Amazing! 35 years ago in the 80’s I went for the 1st time with my Mom and now I travel from Arizona to take my daughter! Wow! What a Groovy Tradition! Love that the Pink Pussycat is still a landmark in the Village!

From the time my two friends and I walked into the store we were followed like hawks, the store is but so big and the three girls literally matched every step we made. By the register my friends and I decided to purchase sex candy, one of the girls stood right in front of us watching us the entire time as we decided which flavors we wanted. I purposely took my time to see if she was going to relax after realizing we were actually interested in purchasing something and not stealing $1.99 candy, but nope she did not let up. Although it was only $10.00 I left that store feeling uncomfortable and disappointed in myself for not walking out the minute we were followed. Never again

Decent selection, but have wasted money here on products that are unusable and there are zero exceptions for refunds or exchanges. Many companies and online stores have satisfaction guarantess, but not here. Staff members have been rude as well. Will never go back with the plethora of options that are more friendly to consumers.

You know how you finally get the courage to go in somewhere, and the clerk takes you in their hands, you dont feel like an idiot, and they are very helpful and understanding? Yeah well this did not happen. The young woman was nice but not really connected to me, her co-worker rather hard. There was no feeling that I was in good hands. I walked away feeling it was an ordeal.

Employees followed my partner and I around the store and made the experience an uncomfortable one. If they hadnt followed us as if we were criminals we would have made a purchase. Buying something to have fun and be intimate with your partner shouldnt be an uncomfortable experience.

Ok so it was my first time in a “fantasy shop” and the staff was UBER helpful .... never making me feel awkward or embarrassed.The knowledge of the staff was amazing too. Offering different options than what Ive seen online and whats best for a beginner like meIll definitely be back to get more expertise!

Second store that turned me away when I asked if I could FaceTime my husband so we could peruse through the products together. I mean, I understand the policy of not recording while in the store, but video chatting with your significant other who cant be there at the moment but also wants to see the goods is NOT the same thing. You lose business like that! Really. It totally sucks.

Worst store Ive ever been to in my life. I purchased a pair of vibrating panties that the sales rep was having an issue getting 2 work. She did or so I thought. It worked for an hour and stopped. I brought the item late at night and called first thing the next morning. The manager said its nothing she can do because it worked when I left the store. Please be aware of whatever you buy there. They have no problem selling faulty products. Will never shop here again!

If only I could give 0 stars! My husband and I went for a special night on the town this past Saturday. We went to pink pussycat ready to explore, buy and have fun. Well none of the above happened there. Geez, the long haired, Latina was no less than a straight b*tch! All we did was ask a question and got back an answer somewhere along the lines of, WHAT?? well what does it say. Without even looking at us nonetheless. On our way out I said to her coworker, were leaving because shes nasty, that girl said, thats fine. Bye. I wish I could find out who and where the owners actually are so I can write a legitimate letter of complaint. Take my advice and go to Fantasy Party around the corner. They are fun and sincerely enjoy the business they are in! My hubby and I found exactly what we were looking for with their help and enthusiasm. Pink pussycat owners need to overhaul their staff.

Customer service is awful. I walked in with my husband and greeted the employee behind the counter and she did no reciprocate the greeting.We looked around for 15 minutes and we not asked if we needed help.We walked out and all the workers, 3 of them, were gossiping at the counter and didnt even acknowledge us.Went down the street to another store and were helped the minute we walked in the door.I will never go back to this place, dont waste your money here.
