2 things~1: When I am in store, all the the staff is super knowledgeable, friendly, and generally comforting to be around. The worst service. For the staff that works there, if your going to work somewhere sell your product. I was hesitant on making a purchase, hesitant on the product, I ask about it and the girl made me feel like I was better off not asking and figuring it out in my own. I won’t be returning, customer service is simple don’t work in it if you can’t do it.

I had a great time visiting this location, the store was well organized and stocked many quality, body safe toys and tools. Santos was very helpful and knowledgeable on products and promotions, facilitating a comfortable shopping environment.

Was in the store this evening, loved the merchandise and left the store with a few goodies that we needed since long. However, its unfortunate that the experience that we had was not very pleasant. We were not aware of the fact that we are not supposed to open the boxes to check for merchandise that do not have a demo piece out on the shelves. There are no signs to tell you not to either... We were told off when we did and not in a pleasant way. We received only curt responses for any questions we had on the merchandise after, we felt a bit patronised too. But, the merchandise is amazing and was worth the visit!

Its a small business that is queer owned and operated which is great. only issue was my friend and I werent clear on the fact that you shouldnt take any of the toys (which arent on display as demos) out of the boxes. they dont have every toy out to demo and neither of us saw a sign saying not to open the boxes nor were warned by the employees when we entered. understandbly our mistake was annoying but the reaction from the employees was a bit hostile and created a lot of tension so my friend and I left. I wish we had just been told not to do so and been helped to find a demo toy but they seemed pretty upset. it was uncomfortable for sure and felt like it was a bit bigger of a deal (one employee told me you took it out of the box and now we have to sell that. and thats gross and the other employee audibly groaned as she put the battery cap back on a toy). wish the experience has been friendlier because my friend and I were looking to support small business. check out the location for sure they had a good variety of toys and accessories but just remember ! dont take anything out of the package !

Being in the city for just one day my husband and I happened upon this shop and probably had the best customer experience Moment I’ve ever had. We had a very specific need and the staff went above and beyond chatting with us about it and even further than that hooked us up with some resources for why we were in town. We will be sure to visit again when we are back in a few months!!!

Attended an event here and I was very impressed with this shop. I consider myself a sexytime enthusiast and there was more than enough here to peak my interest.
