They people that work there are very rude. Ive not had any positive interactions with one person that works there.. The people that golf there are awesome people. Happy go lucky very nice.

On par with most of the other courses around this area but a better layout then most. Staff very accomidating, good pace. In ok condition. Enjoyed my round and will be back.

For the money, this was a great golf course. Greens were a little slow, but it had also just poured rain the night before.

Cart guy had a attitude. I guess he feels that no one should play twilight (4:50 pm). I paid to enjoy golf after work not for the attitude (3/6/20)

This place is a dog track. $30 for 9 holes. 4/9 tee boxes hadnt been mowed. 3/9 tee boxes had unveven footing. No ranger. Starter sent us (twosome) off the back, saying it was open. Actually, we ended up behind the ladies league. No bueno. Plenty of other places to play in/around NSB that are way nicer or a way better value. All that said, the greens were fast and rolled true.

Great golf course. Im from upstate South Carolina, come here for vacation every year. Found this course this year, and it has moved to the top of the list. The Greens are perfect, and create an incredible test of your short game. Very few, straight in putts to be had. Great layout, you will need every club in your bag, and will need to hit draws and fades off of tee boxes and approach shots. The cart paths are a perfect fit for the setting of the coarse. No, they arent asphalt or concrete, but they are great, and a first timer gets to ride through a lush canopy of natural Florida habitat wondering what challenge awaits at the next tee box.GPS system is very accurate and gives a great hole preview. My wife doesnt play, but really enjoyed driving the cart while I played. She loved looking at all of the beautiful gardens that accompanied the homes around the course.I played in the afternoon between 3 and 4. On vacation with the wife, so going to the beach is top priority. However, the course provides plenty of shade, so dont let an afternoon round slip by, due to the heat.I cant say much about the staff, except for the young lady working the counter. She was the only one I met and she was very friendly and accommodating.Overall, a tremendous test of golf, greens as perfect as you can find anywhere, and fairways are great. Very good setting, to enjoy natural Florida environment, and the rates are more than fair for the experience.

Good course for the price. The greens were in immaculate shape and by far the highlight of the round. The layout was both challenging and forgiving at times. I only had two issues with my experience: 1)The condition of the fairways and rough, lots of dead grass. 2)The cart paths were really bumpy and need attention. I would definitely recommend playing a round if youre in the area.

Played here today and the course is in amazing shape. Wide forgiving fairways and immaculate greens put this course at the top of my traveling list. Very good interactive GPS units on the carts and the staff was very helpful. I live in Jacksonville and I pay upwards of $60 sometimes and the courses are not as good. I will play here again when I am passing through.

Great course, lots of water. Make sure you get an early tee time to beat the heat.

From the moment we entered the clubhouse, Matt and the staff were very accommodating. The practice facility and putting green were true to the course.The layout of the course is terrific! Definitely a challenge playing it the first time. I look forward to going back. Highly recommend it!

This has always been a good course. It is a Shooters course so bring your tight game. They just got a new GPS system on the carts and it is the most accurate one I have ever used. I did not even need my range finder. The course and greens are a little bit dry but that has to do with Mother Nature. We havent had much rain but I would recommend anybody that likes a well-kept course with friendly staff to go play The Preserve at Turnbull Bay

This course is absolutely amazing!! Literally no sign of a major hurricane only a few weeks ago. Fairways and Greens in perfect condition. Greens were a little slow today but consistent throughout. Incredible staff! Friendly and inviting. This course will be my home away from home from now on. Hooked!They have a great mobile app as well that guided me through my first time on the course today. Very well thought out and extremely useful.

I have been to numerous golf courses throughout Florida, i must say The Preserve is a gem set back in the woods with a feel of real Florida. Besides the friendly staff and the beautiful greens. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities throughout the course. Im usually very leery of public bathrooms, as many are not maintained very well, but i had no problems at the Preserve, everything was cleaned and stocked as id have it in my own home. I applaud the staff! keep up the good work. the course looks great :).

Very enjoyable day. Course was in good condition and was not overcrowded. Greens were a bit bumpy but not bad. Water on most holes so either hit it straight or bring lots of balls. We will definitely be back.

Great golf course. Fairways are good and the greens are excellent. Greens were a tad slow on Fri. (11/4/2016) but very very good to put on them. Couple of the tee boxes are a little roughed up, but a fun golfing day on a well layed out course. Staff is friendly and do anything to help you have a great day. Will be going back often. Lot of fun @ The Preserve.

This course meets the challenge needs at all levels. It is well maintained by a father/son team who care deeply about their course. In addition, I find the club house staff eager to serve and are knowledgeable about their service and products. I highly recommend a golf experience there!

Beautiful course and the pro shop was so accommodating. We were down there on vacation and they made it such an enjoyable time we went back a few days later. One of the better clubs Ive ever been to! We highly recommend Turnbull Bay.

John and I had the nicest day of golf Saturday. The weather was perfect,with no humidity.. golf game could have been better, but the golf course was in great shape. Everyone we meet there is friendly and helpful. Our hot dogs were perfect, too. The cart ride by the beautifully maintained homes is pleasant as is the ride thru the tree covered paths between holes. Love this course.

During our stay we were a member of the golfclub. We had a wonderful time.The course is interesting with real golf holes.The greens fast, ondulating and a joy to experience. Beautiful and challenging course. The fairways are tight, so you better bring your A game. All in all an awesome place to play at a reasonable price. My father and I and a couple of friends had a great battle out there today and enjoyed every minute! Defienatly will be back.

The course is fine, the service at the pro shop is horrible. You’ll get an attitude if you ask for food or drinks. Spend your money somewhere else.

First class course, friendly service

We play this course 4 days a week. Course is in great shape. We have been members here for 4 years. The Wrobels have owned the course for 6 years now and the course just keeps getting better. This course is absolutely beautiful, come and enjoy. The Wrobels are great and so is the course.

I am from Virginia and this course came highly recommended to me from a good friend so we checked it on vacation. This course was beautiful and challenging! I recommend it to all golf lovers!

Great hidden gem 18 hole golf course. $ rate, burmuda greens and fairways. Par 72 with 3 differnt teed, slope 136 from white tee box. Lots of water. You need to think about your shots on this layout.

The Preserve at Turnbull Bay is the best kept secret.I first came to holiday in NSB from the UK in 1980 and win the kids had grown up I started to bring the clubsin the 90s. I have played courses in the Orlando area including Disney courses and the overpriced and bland courses at the Ritz Carlton and the Waldorf Astoria. I go as far north asthe LPGA, west to Debarry and south to Mirs playing the Indian Preserve, formally the Walkabout.I must have played The Preserve around the time it opened under its former name and just love playing here. Dont be fooled by the length of the course as what you lose in distance you need in accuracy. I used to play the Blue Tees but now I just play some of them with the Whites as at 7* plus I can no longer carry some of the water. I once took a 30 day membership but it did not get any easier towards the end of my trip.Priority on any course are the Greens and you will not be disappointed at any time of the year. The fairways can like many courses suffer from drought periods, if you are using a Tee then Tee Boxes are not that important. It seems to me that every hole funnels into what you call an inverted V shape so care is needed with 2nd or 3rd shot. I think almost everyone has to search for a ball at some stage during a round and most of us will lose a ball(s).The staff here appreciate their patrons and are almost certainly the most friendly of any of the courses I have played. You have to compliment the owners in the work and investments they have made, more recently the new carts with GPS.

I don’t know how people can rate this course as even playable. It doesn’t look as if maintenance has been done in years. It is a dog track! This is not golf. Horrible.

As locals my wife and I play this course every chance we get. Its the go to course in this area. Beautiful setting, true consistent greens, and the friendliest most appreciative staff around.

I am not a great golfer. I found the course to be less intimidating than most. There is also lots of shade between holes which is nice during the summers in Daytona Beach.

Im a regular at Turnbull Bay, but, I play at other local courses 2-3 times a month. Turnbulls fairways are better, and, no other course comes close to their greens, medium, fast and true.

I used to feel the same way but since the new owners have had this course and the great staff they have it is an amazing course...by far the best greens in town and the nicest fairways...you definately owe to yourselves to try this course again if you love the game...thank you turnbull for giving us a great course to play on again.
