Dont do it. Save your money and intestines. Food has definitely been reheated and disguised as fresh. I should have known better, crawfish was out of season in NOLA at the time, ordered a plate anyway, my fault I didnt send it back. One positive is that they pour heavy.

Visited during MardiGras March 2019, dragged hubby there as it was on my bucket list- big Channing fan! Bit disappointing though if Im honest. Uncomfortable metal chairs and a sticky, bleach smelling table. I had saints & sinners cocktail especially for the souvenir cup - cup was cheap and tacky and the cocktail was mainly ice, couldnt taste any alcohol. I had the poutine which was really nice. Hubby had a chicken burger which was ok he said. Service was very slow and she kept forgetting to bring things but she was a sweet young lady and was very proud she managed to make my husband a cup of hot tea with milk - yeah we are British haha! All in all, I can say Ive been to the restaurant but I wouldnt go out of my way to return sadly.

Gator bites were fantastic with their dipping sauce, end of good review. Halloween night and 1 waitress?? Service was very slow. Wifes dinner was dry and lacking quality. And only a couple extra customers. Do not recommend.

At first I thought this place was a tourist trap from the outside but I was very wrong. Drinks are delicious and strong and the po boy was one of the best I’ve ever had.

SUPER RUDE staff. Wouldnt even put soap in the womens bathroom during COVID even after requesting it to be filled. Wouldnt listen to the customers and would have rather let the air conditioner drip on us and the food than to move us to a new open table. The place was NOT crowded at all! Be aware that they auto tip 18% you even if you are a single payer. Whether you only get water or not.

The was was the only one working the ENTIRE restaurant and she not once checked on our table. I had to get up 3 times out of my seat to find her. The PO Boy sandwich was the worst I have ever had. It was dry and tasteless. Dont even waste your money on this place. Highly disappointing We were there around 6:30 -7 on Halloween Night.

Food alone was average (to me) my friends really enjoyed their shrimp pastry thing but the service and personality of the place bumps it up. Especially David:) he was very personable and accommodating to our group of first timers. He was transparent about wait times and overall provided a great experience for us. My friends enjoyed it so much they returned the next day with the same hospitality.

Really wanted to like this place but the service was just not up to par. Ordered two different draft beers... and took 15 minutes to be served. After spotting only 3 servers for the whole downstairs area we tried to cut her slack. She didnt mention a changed keg or offer an apology for the wait, just a drop off and a be right back to get your order. We ordered the Crawfish Platter, Crawfish pie and both types of Olivias oysters. The oysters were our favorite part of meal, briny and sweet... wish we didnt get the other half chargrilled. The cheese masks the flavor. After dropping off the platter and pie, our server was non-existent. We couldnt get a refill without waving down a different employee. The Crawfish Boil was good, well seasoned however too much work with little payoff. The Crawfish pie and swanky decor makes up the 3rd star. We were glad to have helped the charity with our meal but feel that other NoLa restaurants offer a better well-rounded experience.

We didnt get in at 6:30pm because we were under 21 even though on the website it says that 21 and over is at 9pm. Very sad because it was our last day in New Orleans and we were very excited to end our vacation with this restaurant. Not very happy that their staff doesnt know things like that.

Very fun bar right on bourbon street. If you love rap music and a good DJ they definitely go to this place. The music is very trendy and new and there’s always a good crowd for dancing. Went here on back to back to back nights and it was one the highlights of my trip. Love it here

Great grub, nice ambience, right on Bourbon street, staff was friendly and helpful. The waiters were very patient with us. We had a few people in our party that had particular food limitations and the staff was very helpful, no one had a problem getting something delicious to eat, the staff really went out of their way to help. I would recommend this to anyone

It was absolutely down pouring the day we here. The water was up over the curb and we decided to come in out of the rain and grab some grub. I’m so glad we did. Of all the places we ate at that week, this was by far my favorite! The smoked Gouda grits and shrimp... um yes please ! Also had the alligator tacos, gumbo, a burger and poutine fries. We ate it all!! The food was suburb the atmosphere was welcoming and very stylish. Our servers were friendly and didn’t mind us hanging around waiting out the rain. I was disappointed that I didn’t get to make it back here on our last trip. They were closed that day. Stop in for a bite, you won’t be disappointed.

Delicious crawfish plater, oysters and tacos

All I have are good things to say about this place. The staff was super friendly. I tried their Crawfish Pie and the Crawfish Etouffee. It was amazing, to say the least. And after hours, we went back and danced the night away.

Loved the people especially the owner. Shes beautiful inside and out ️

All I can said is David give that man a raise He is the best sever you guys have. The food is great a little kick to It but still amazing. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathrooms!

I loved the gaudy red wallpaper! They served up my second favorite hurricane in the French quarter. Bartender was pretty good. I ended up going twice while in town.

The food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is great but the service was slow and not so great. If you have time ti kill and want an amazing meal you definitely need to stop in. Mr. Tatum knows how to cook up the Cajun amazingness. I had poutine fries and the shrimp app and its to die for!! The Cajun flare on the fries is simply amazing!!

The food was pretty good but the staff was inattentive even when the place was basically empty. Then when they did pay attention to us they made us feel uncomfortable and were borderline creepy. Not to mention they bribed us to write good reviews for them in exchange for VIP access to some late night event we didnt even consider going back to. At least they had a crappy cardboard cutout of Channing Tatum.

Great customer servics. I felt like the seafood was extra spicy. The charbroiled oysters and crab cake pie was extra spicy. Great atmosphere overall.

My wife selected this restaurant based on Tatum Channing. W read the reviews which were some Good done bad. We were really looking forward to this restaurant but were disappointed. We just ordered appetizers. We were asked if we wanted to be seated in the secluded area or the entertainment area, we selected the entertainment area- there was no entertainment for our entire stay. We ordered the Alligator tail and it was not cooked as you can see from the picture below. The manager came right over and apologized and sent it back to the kitchen. The new order came back and the bites were cooked and delicious. She told us we would be comp’d for the Alligator Bites, which we were. We then had the crawfish with Mac N Cheese - it was very good. Then we had the Gumbo. It was a bit Spicy but then I have a gut of steel, my wife however does not. I am writing this at 6:00 in the morning as she has been up for most of the night as something didn’t agree with her on that. I realize that this is a negative review but the reviews seem to have to do with the food and the owner really needs to take a greater stand on investing in a good chef and nit relying on the theme. Our server was very attentive, then again there wasn’t a lot of people there. They cook the crawfish out front of the restaurant but based on my experience with the alligator Bites I would be reluctant to order something cooked up there. Presentation is key and the guy/chef who enticed us to come into the restaurant should be dressed in a better presentation attire as it looks like he was just wearing street clothes. The operations of the Restaurant need some real work.

Crawfish is spicy but absolutely incredible. Go to see David!!! He is so awesome. Hell tell you whether or not youre ordering something good. Super awesome, tip him well!!!!! He works hard. All the food is on the spicy side but SOOOOO good! Must stop spot on Bourbon Street.

1.5 lbs crawfish boil with corn, sausage and potato for $25 (served two) with a discounted coupon. Service was outstanding. Spice was excellent, though not cooked to order since they came to the table immediately and a lot of them disintegrated, so was concerned about the freshness. The oregano unfortunately gave it an almost rancid taste. I know the season is ending so that could have played a factor. I appreciate trying the experience since they are on Bourbon Street, but not all that memorable.

All the food i ate their was great seafood gumbo, crawfish and the down and dirty oysters were my favorite. The staff is excellent makes you feel at your own local spot. Everytime i travel to N.O. i have to stop by.. i just cant say no. See you for Halloween..

My favorite spot... they feed the homeless on Tuesdays here. At one time I was homeless on the streets eating here. This is a great bar. I love this place. I party here. They have great drinks and good music. I always stop here. I grew up tapping right next door to this place so if I tell you its a good spot I should know. I remember it being Sammys steak house for decades.......

We were in during the Saints vs. Cowboys game in September. Our party of six sat upstairs. Super quaint and quiet with a nice balcony. The bartender/server was so friendly and made our table so awesome drinks. Not one of us had a bad meal here! We still talk about how great the food was!

We stopped in for lunch and so happy we did! Had the crawfish boil and oh my lawd was it so good and soooo spicy! I don’t really care for lots of heat in my food but hot dang was it good!

If you see the crawfish boil set up out front, head on in. Inside youll find a more unique and quaint decor than most any other restaurant on Bourbon St.Its a very decent spicy crawfish boil, and they have some unique dishes like the crawfish pie.

The food was good. I dont like strong beans but theirs were delicious. The shrimp and grits were tasty. The seafood mac n cheese was too. However, the red velvet cheesecake was disappointing. We walked past that evening weekend it was a night club.... The place was PACKED and the music was hot.

What made us stop at this place was the crawfish boil happening outside. So we go in and decide go have lunch. The crawfish were absolutely delicious. The waitress recommended we try the crawfish pie. And wow. Easily one of my new favorite dishes in NOLA. It is a definite must try. After our delicious meal we were given VIP bands to come back and enjoy the music that night, which we did. So much fun.

Came here during a Packers NFC championship game and it was so sleepy. The hostesses were extremely rude. We were lucky to get a table as a walk in but a group of 10 people came after us and they told them they couldn’t stay because they don’t allow people to stand. It seems odd that they’d turn away that business especially because the place could have used some energy. No draft beer, the furniture is falling apart, TVs are broken.However, our server Renae was awesome.Overall, there’s a plethora of other places on bourbon I’d recommend.

Great food and an attentive and welcoming staff (Server Courtney & Mgr Dave) set in an unique environment made dining at this Bourbon Street restaurant a fun experience. The fact S & S is elevated off the street via stairs dims the noise from Bourbon, which is nice also.

Update: saints and sinners was one of my favorite places to visit, been coming here every year for the past 3 years and the security guy outside and the manager normally make the experience amazingly comfortable every time in in New Orleans... I was heartbroken to be informed that the security guy is no longer there to great us if we were to arrive there againThe security guard was very friendly and helpful. The manager helped us alot, when we were new to new Orleans and didnt know what to try... thanks you guys!

First off, this is Channing Tatums bar. The place is really awesome and the staff are super friendly and welcome. I went twice on my trip to New Orleans and my friends got a large crawfish platter and loved it so they demanded we go back a second time to get it. I got their baked mac and cheese and it was so good the second time I came back I had to get two of them. The mac and cheese is baked in a cast iron skillet breaded and you can get bacon on it. It was amazing. If I could give an extra star I would.

One of the 50billion11 bars crammed on Bourbon, stop for some unique drinks. You will not regret it. Well, you may the next day, but have lots of fun while you are at it.

Just came eat here for my birthday and spent $69. It was the worst. The crawfish were frozen and couldnt eat half of them. The bread pudding was not bread pudding. The cinnamon or nutmeg they used was very overpowering. The only good things we ate were the oysters and alligator bits. Worst $69 I have spent. I had the crawfish ball, it was top shelf. It was Mardi Gras on Bourbon St. And the service was still fast. Will be going back for sure.

The food and the service were really good... but the bathrooms were disgustingly dirty....one was stuffed with paper, it did not seem bathrooms had been clean in a while...felt like I needed to bathe in hand sanitizer after using it.

After many great visits here during my travels Ive always been beyond satisfied with the atmosphere and food....until my last visit. As we were preparing to leave I face the back towards the bathroom and two giant rats scurry past on their way to their next destination. I WAS DISGUSTED, IM NEVER GOING BACK.
