It big, it nice, great Venue for celebration.

I was only there to use the restroom. Ill say this, you can tell a lot about a place by seeing how well they keep the restroom clean. It was almost perfect. The staff there did an amazing job keeping it so clean.

Its a Historic with a lots of Black History, good for any event, parking great environment.

Very nice venue... Had a date night with the hubby and the atmosphere waa great. Grown folk event plus adult beverage.

I love this place. I really in joyed the atmosphere. The comedy show was great lots of laughs.

Space is okay, but you need your own stadium style seating. And your own sound guy. Cause they suck. Like suck bad. They had spotlights pointed to the walls. Nothing was being illuminated. It was a mess.

My church use to hold service there. This is a great venue for weddings parties graduations concerts anything that you may have. Staff is wonderful very clean just a great place to be

I love the Carver Theatre. This building is a landmark of over 70+ years. I enjoyed it as a movie theatre and now a place of constant wonderful gatherings. I have been going there since a little toddler. It is beautiful inside and outside. The space is great for gathering like concert, reunions, parties, etc.

Its a marvelous place to hold any type of function, like banquets, concerts, balls, receptions etc. Their management and staff are second to none.

It was awesome! The skits, the music the children that performed was outstanding.

The building is a well maintained former neighborhood motion picture theatre which can be used for a variety of performances, ceremonies, meetings and such that require a large seating capacity.

Did an upcoming epic movie, will be released 2019! Cant elaborate on the title movie due to confidential information, but I can say that I will return once this movie is released. Great environment, staff and conversation.

Terrible show Wed May 1 when 2 bands didnt show. Beautifully restored, just needs honest good gigs to fill the place. Seating needs to be installed eventually.

The Carver Theatre is amazing, perfect for concerts social gatherings and special events. This historic landmark located in the Heart of Treme is full of cultural ties to the city attracting audiences and performers around the Nation. This theater which was originally built 1950, closed in the 70s, until it was reborn in 2014. fFlled with state of the Art equipment and facilities the Carver theater is a shining example Old world charm with new age capabilities.

I attended a private event at this location and learned the history behind the carver and was in awe of such a historic building. I am inspired to return and host an event at the Carver theater the next time Im in town for the community

Intertainment....yet very informative with true stories and testimonies. I am so happy and most humbled to be a team member at VOAGNO as an PCA with the SLS PROGRAM.There is no greater joy in my heart than to be making a difference in so many people lives that desires to be loved, respected and treated as an individual that matters, too!!

I went seen interactive play called single black women it was originally collerius on point to detail the actresses were awesome I recommend this to anyone

Lovely theater. The club on the second floor is classy and has a great view of downtown.

The facility staff was great, professional and friendly.

The venue is small, informal, no cleaning was done during the concert.

Had My Son Repass There On August 16, 2014....The Whole 6 Ward Was In The Carved Theater....Big Freedia Performed....Cant Remember too much.... But Every one Showed Love and Respect... His Name is David Scott....R.I.P.

I paid for VIP at this party called Hennessy and waffles. We had bottle service. When they took us to our seats they shoved us in a corner where all these other people were but no one else had bottle service.
