I never knew how important a club fitting was until I was properly fitted by Mickey. I was very pleased with the overall experience, from the time I walked in the door, to the moment I began playing much better with my properly custom fitted clubs. I’ve heard from other golfers having bad experiences of getting fitted by a ‘salesman’, but my experience at Mac Wylie Golf Center was much better than anticipated. I encourage any golfer that is interested in improving their game to get a proper custom fitting from a Professional, and highly recommend Mickey.I personally have played Callaway clubs since I began golfing, but I decided to keep my options open to any brand. I was blown away with the Mizuno club fitting techniques and quickness for getting the proper setups. In about 30 minutes I had already found the best combination for myself. I ordered a Custom set of the JPX919 Hot Metal Pro Irons, after being blown away by them at the fitting. After 2 months and about 15 rounds of golf, I can honestly say that these irons are excellent and will be a Mizuno Customer for life. Recommend everyone giving Mizuno a thought when it comes to your next set of irons or driver purchase, but not without a proper club fitting in New Braunfels!

Mickey remembered me months after getting my clubs. The man really cares about improving the customers golfing experience. He has a wealth of knowledge and tells it like it is. I also did not have good clubs for my game but after fitting things were much better than I expected. I will definately be back for all my golfing needs.

Outstanding customer service! Mickey was very helpful - my daughter wants to start playing golf with her high school and he helped her choose clubs and fit them. Also helped her with her swing and gave her a mini lesson. Highly recommend!

I had the wrong shafts/grams in clubs that I purchased from Golf Galaxy, causing me to lose 15yds in distance.
