I was very impressed with how proactive the staff was with their covid policies. They checked temperatures at the door and sanitized equipment throughout the day every hour. This made me and my family feel safe and confident considering the measures they took to care for their customers. Very friendly staff! Great job guys!

We decided to visit Urban Air right at the start of the Covid pandemic (before the nation wide lockdowns). At first I was very disappointed as it was in poor condition. The Wipeout attraction was closed off, a massage chair had an out of order paper on it, and one of the obstacle course lanes was blocked off. Several of the employees also had a generalized bad attitude, or were just standing around talking to each other and not monitoring the attractions. However, some employees really stood out and made it semi worth it. Specifically there was an employee who seemed good spirited and cared so much that she was climbing the walls to clean off every single piece of the rock walls. Urban Air is usually better than this, so I wont be to hard on them, this was right before things got really bad in the area after all, so no telling what was on their minds. All in all I will return and hopefully things will be back to tip top shape!

Hi I think Urban Air is really fun with many spots and rides like the skyrider which is a huge zip line that I’d suggest. The apex is another fun spot that has many trampolines in one area. There is a warrior course with a ball pit under you as you cross and there is multiple levels to it. The pro zone has two large trampolines that you can bounce the highest on out of all the other trampolines. There is a battle beam with a foam pit under it and you use two sticks and try to knock the other person off the beam. If you get a membership you can go every day for free but you have to pay a very low price once a month. - Niles

Great place and friendly staff. Manager was very informative and attentive. A little boy got hurt on the trampoline and the staff rushed to take care of the situation and gave the family a private room to discuss what to do. Little boy turned out to be just fine. Food a little expensive but thats to be expected. Early bird special was a great idea! My 6 yr old had a blast and climbed up the rock wall for the first time. We will definitely be back. This place is great for birthday parties or for an afternoon out of the house. The only thing I didnt enjoy was the fact that they didnt have enough workers to keep all the attractions open at the same time. They would open the rock wall, and then close it to open the ropes course. My son and I wanted to do the flying thing but never got the opportunity because it wasnt open during our time there. Other than that, the food was decent, place was clean, and it was a good family friendly environment.

Staff was friendly. Appointment only, but that made for very few kids. Overall a good experience. As we were leaving (at the end of our two hour reservation) I saw an employee cleaning the ball pit and other areas. Well def be back!

We love Urban air in New Braunfels!! It comes in handy for our four boys whom have memberships. It’s a fun family environments for all ages. Thank God they have food too! I highly recommend Urban Air!!

Have been there many times during the past 3 years. Was there with my granddaughter last week got there at 12 when it opened and paid $24.99 for all day. At 3:15 my granddaughter was told she had to leave as it was too crowded and fire code only let so many in which I can fully understand. But I was told I could pay more money or leave. I paid as she wanted to stay but after I thought they should not allow more customers in if they are at capacity instead of charging the customer inside who has already paid for all day to pay even more to stay. This does nothing to reduce the head count but everything to increase their profits. All those I talked to were very nice and like I said didnt think to offer the head count fact before I left. But thought the whole experience very odd as never happened before. So when you go ask if the :all day; price of $24.99 is actually for all day! A very nice place for kids and will go back but will check first what all day means that particular day.

First time going there went on homeschool day they have it every other friday 2-4pm. They have nija warror course, wipe out, dodgeball, rock wall, zero gravity, basketball, kids section, zip line & couple more forgot what they were..

Great food prices and fast application process! Kids love it here first visit! Some parents are over protective and rude but overall great place to give the kids a fun experience!

Its was a fun experience! My first time here was on fathers day and it was a blast. The have fun games and courses to keep everyone occupied and excited, and the prices are not bad either. However Recommend the membership as it is monthly, and it costs more per person, but its only a one time purchase every month that lets everyone in your family have endless play. That means you can come in any day of that month and you dont have to pay a dime (minus the monthly charge of course). So to sum it up, its a good place to spend time with family. Totally recommend this one.

Good place to take the kiddos to burn off energy. Adults can jump too for a fun family time. There are concessions and beer if youre feeling frisky, the food and drinks arent super cheap but they arent movie theater price either. All around its a good place to visit especially during the summer.

Awful experience. Multiple staff here on a busy Saturday night, but only one cashier. Tried to input my Ultimate Pass information into the kiosks, but they do not even recognize an account exists. Manager not especially helpful. It’s obvious he has no customer service skills or the knowledge to properly allocate the manpower. Wish I wasn’t swindled into a year commitment.

Im from Houston but went here for a party it was just Perfect for me it wasnt to crowed an the kids were having fun an not being some little F@#ckers an the staff was really nice an had smiles make you feel welcome so yeah it was worth the drive will go again

This place is freaking great I have a 13 year old gymnist and. 15year old son and both had a great time. I read reviews on lots of trampoline parks and decided to check this one out as its super close to home for me. Plenty of stuff for all ages to do even adults. You have random little ones running around but that kinda thing happens and was no issue. Definitely be headed back for sure.

We bought memberships for our entire family, what a waste of money. The way this place is managed is absolutely ridiculous and the manager is a complete tool. On three separate instances I’ve had an issue with him. My other complaints can be overlooked but he is the sole reason that when our memberships are up I will not be renewing. I would rather drive a half hour than go to this location.

Manager was really rude and half the staff felt like they didnt want to work there. The trampolines were not verry hood quality and did not feel safe. And to top it off i got kicked out because a little kid got o the same tranpoline as me and i told him i was here first and that was “mean”.

Would never come back to this one. Ill stick to tha one in San Antonio along with the 1hr drive. Staff is rude here, only manager explained why my son couldnt do something hes done already. As well as tha game station has no kind of team lead supervision the ball pit kids are just going in every lane and its ridiculous theyre just sitting there...and for the one on one fighting pit no kinda of line letting kids just jump in tha pit and skip other kids..am about to say forget tha 45$ and leave

We have a membership for all 3 of our kids and it is an amazing value. Bring the kids 2 times per month and it has more than paid for itself. So many things for the kids to do!

Ok But the cashier couldnt tell me were the lockers were or of they cost money. I walked up to another staff and asked and he didnt know either. Ok fine, kid getting jobs I get it. But then i found out i had a time limit. No one told me this during the purchase.Be careful because the playground part has more than one entrance and you kid could walk out the door or worse without you knowing.They need better security there, great place just keep up with your kid.

Maybe it was because it was a week day? None of the rock wall/climbing activities were open. Employees didn’t pay any attention to anything. Including a food order places by my friend that accompanied me. Order was placed, and never brought out before closing. It was a hassle to get the refund and left her (a grandmother with her 2 grandkids) extremely flustered and frustrated. I just wasn’t really impressed for the price.

If you have a dodgeball cage...dont expect it to operate itself. There needs to be a staff person running the game. Otherwise, teenagers overtake it and hang out in there while the other kids frustrate themselves by no one playing dodgeball in the dodgeball arena.

My son celebrated his 11th birthday here with friends and this was also our first experience with Urban Air. We booked a private room, our pizzas before the day, and it comes with a host solely for your party. Our party was from 2-4 in the room and pizzas came in at 3. This was a problem being that I felt rushed having to cut cake only moments later after eating because we soon had to leave the room. I wish I wouldve known so I could have told them beforehand to deliver them earlier. Also, you get one long table and there were no extra chairs even though there were 3 bar tables in the room, so while eating, most adults had to stand up. I highly recommend the seating outside simply for more seating, if needed, and the air felt much better out there! You dont get a private party host though. I did have an amazing party host named Brooke who tended to my needs and made sure our guest coming in avoided the long lines to enter. Also for the record, 10 friends came along with a little bit more. But even then, you put the kids and parents together, still not enough seating. Pizza is good too! We will definitely be back!

This is a pretty nice place to have fun with friends and family, the prices arent bad either, but I would recommend getting a membership instead because its endless play for a monthly subscribtion. The service here is also pretty good, and there always friendly. So If your kids birthday is coming up, I would say this is a pretty good place to hold it.

The place is great. Its a wonderful place for my children to spend their summer. They love the skyrider and wipeout. The employees are very nice. Very clean also!

Jacob was a life saver!! he went above and beyond his job title and responsibilities to help me out! I lost my keys there the other night and after retracing my steps .. I called as a last resort and got ahold of Jacob. he could had easily passed me off as I called 10 mins to closing time after he looked in the front lost and found, but instead went to the back of the shop and looked and found my keys! if that wasnt enough.... as I had said earlier they were about to close.... I live in San Marcos and needed my keys for work in the morning in San Antonio... Jacob explained they wont be open till 4 pm Monday and I had to be at work with said keys at 9 am . I asked him if there was anyway he could hide them outside some where until I got there knowing I wouldnt make it to New Braunfels before close.... he looked around outside and told me a place he felt they would be safe. I thanked him and rushed to NB. I put pulled up around 830 to a dark and vacant lot... pulled up to the front and proceeded to look in the place we had discussed... they werent there.... about the time I looked up here come Jacob with my keys in hand!!! he STAYED and Waited for me to arrive!!! so that my very important work keys would be safe a secure!! He wasnt required to do so, nor was he being paid to do so. He did it as a great and wonderful human being !! and I truly can not thank him enough!!! so Jacob at Urban Air New Braunfels that worked the closing shift on Sunday night, YOU FREAKING ROCK!! and ABSOLUTELY Deserve a raise!! or promotion or something for going above and beyond for a customer! and for that, My family and I will be back time and time again and will definitely recommend UANB, to everyone we can! THANKS A MILLION AGAIN JACOB!!

It’s really cool place . My 4 year old loved it.i just wish they have separate ball pit where kids can just play not be told to leave after 5 minutes. Cause apparently you can only stay 5 mins in the area so other kids can play. Dont waste your time!We called three times before an employee finally answered the phone. We explained that we were calling to find out if they accepted the pogo pass we had purchased, the young man on the phone says Im not sure but come in, and well take care of it, should be good....all the managers and other people are busy and cant be asked. We load our 3 kids up, drive 20+ miles to get there...walk in, the same guy who answered the phone, says Can I help you?...walk up to him, he asks, Are you members?...no, okay, go get in line. We ask where the line is as other reviews stated, there is ZERO organization at the front (no lines, no body helping move the flow of traffic), his response with hands in the air and a shrug of the shoulders, I dont know. We pilfer through people till we find the end of the line, wait...get to the front to a different guy, we show him the pass, he is unsure so asks another lady (assuming a manager as she was more dressed up than the others) who rudely barks across the counter as she is still helping someone else, Nope! I dont have any coupons...had one yesterday, not today. We explained it wasnt a coupon, and the whole situation of calling ahead....she continued to banter on about her coupon yesterday...completely missing the fact that we called in advance for information and was told by her employees to come on in and they would handle it! We explained the frustration of taking precautionary measures to prevent wasting time and letting down our excited kiddos. We should have trusted the other reviews of lack of customer service and disorganization. Mr. I dont know then thought it would be the most respectful idea to stand behind the counter waving as we drive away to leave with 3 upset kiddos! Ive been to many trampoline parks around the country and I have to say this is the most disorganized one Ive been too. There is no staff to direct customers as they enter the building. I have no idea what my kids are allowed to be using based on what I purchased and the only staff you see around are party hosts and those supervising attractions....so they are too busy to be bothered with simple questions. There are only a few places for adults to get comfortable while kids play. When I asked for a manager the young kids running this place told me they were busy at the back of the building. Good variety of attractions, but I wouldnt waste my money to come back to this one when I know how great other trampoline parks are.

I’m sure Urban Air is great on their own, that being said, we were invited to a birthday party, where we were forced to give our personal information just to attend. We were assured by the staff that if we opted out of receiving spammy information we wouldn’t receive any, here we are about a month later and I get weekly emails from Urban Air for things I didn’t want in the first place. Why give the option to opt out if you are just going to ignore it?

Great place to take your kids to quiet the Im bored complaints. Lots of play options to keep them interested & active.

Much less trampolines than other parks. Better for the younger child but for ages 13+ id say spend your money at a park with less jungle gyms and more tramp space.

Really fun place. They have nothing for a toddler to do though and will charge the same price as a kid who can do everything. I would recommend to the owner a foam pit for smaller kids or a smaller separate charge for small children. The staff its really friendly and nice.

Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the kids did have fun, but considering the amount of money our party host paid for everyone to be there the staff was incredibly rude. Apparently we were supposed to be out by 4:30 but we didnt know that no one told us. They just started cleaning the table spraying it down with kids sitting right there getting sprayed and using a rag slinging cake on everyone. The girl then told us to move rudely so she could spray the bench which my little niece was standing right next to and she ended up spraying cleaner in her face I was very disappointed and feel that for as expensive it was they should have better customer service training.

This place is dirty and the people that work there are rude. Would not recommend the place in San Santonio called House of Air is a much cleaner and a much safer place to take your little ones.

The party check-in system is garbage. Over half of their check-in computers are broken, so checking in takes forever. We ended up spending more time trying to check in than we did at the party.

Loved this place, really laid back great atmosphere great for all ages Id say from 4up . I was really scared of hurting the smaller children playing and running around. It was really cold in there but other than that the pizza was really good cant wait to go back .

Considering how crazy busy Urban Air can get during the weekends, the staff handles the crowd very well. You can see the hustle of the managers, hosts and other staff. Its nice to see staff at all the attractions when it is so hectic. Only complaint is how busy it is through the weekend but that only means theyre doing something right! 10/10 would recommend!

Nice and clean but staff was very disorganize at check in. It took us at least 15 mins to get checked in. We also had similar issues when buying some waters. It took me 10 minutes to buy bottled water and there was only 2 people in line. I highly suggest management train their staff to be more attentive and divide and conquer. In both instances there was 2-3 staff members attending 1 guest when each staff member could take care of different guest.Looking forward to the next visit and will be full of patience!
