Awesome place for awesome fun. Im not overly concerned about covid, but they were extremely clean and following orders from the state/city. We were not able to solve the room in time and they let us continue on until we did. Most likely due to the fact we were near closing time of the establishment, but they didnt have to do that and we appreciated them letting us stay longer until we solved it. Friendly staff. We did the spy room. It was challenging and had interesting puzzles.

Complete blast! Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff! We will definitely be back!I would recommend starting with the Game Room and working your way up. We had 2 adults, a 17 year old and a 12 year old. We flew through the Game Room in under 17 minutes without any additional clues.

The facilities, the staff, the location, the parking were all awesome. They have five themed escape rooms to choose from. Some of the rooms are for 2-6 players and some are for 6-12 players. You can see descriptions of each room on their website, so I won’t get into it here. If you’re going with a group and want the room just for yourselves, make reservations ahead of time.You have an hour to escape the room by solving different puzzles and figuring out codes to unlock combination locks, which might have another clue inside, or a key inside that will open another locked box, etc. The final box (if you can find it and get into it) has the alarm code to get out of the room. I’m not going to get into the details of describing the room, other than to say it was a lot of fun and well organized. If I gave away too much info, it wouldn’t be as much fun for you.A lot of people I talk to have a perception that these “escape room” and “panic rooms” that have become popular are scary. This is not the case at all. The rooms are well lit, spacious, and if you don’t solve the puzzle, they still let you out LOL. You just won’t have the bragging right of saying you won and beat the clock!This place is great for gamers and people who like solving brain teasers. I did the “Game Suite” and must say it was pretty difficult, but we did manage to get out with 18 minutes to spare.There is so much to solve in these rooms, and since everyone has a different thought process and puzzle solving process, it definitely takes teamwork. We were a party of two. We where setup with a huge birthday party way more than the rooms capacity of twelve. Two adults in the midst of a unknown birthday party we hardly could play. The worst thing the proctor did not have control of the room for example one adult was not playing just sitting where the clues where!! Then we tried to ask for a Clue or any info but he was extremely unprofessional and he was actually falling asleep instead of having control of his Escape Room. I have recommended this place before even attending your Place of Business BUT...... I am certain that I will not Recommend this place now that I know how unprofessional it was, waste of time and Money.

This is a great experience! Great ambiance even while waiting for your room you cam enjoy yourself with games in the lobby. I did the egyptian room and not only was it wonderfully decorated but also had some great puzzles.

I have been there twice. The two rooms that I have done were a lot of fun. Family came in so 11 of us went. Everyone had fun from the 4 year old to the 64 year old. It was great seeing the smiles and laughter.

Didn’t have the best experience here. The “Game Room” was scarcely decorated and the walls need to be desperately cleaned as they were covered in handprints. A clue helper was in the room with us, he was nice, however the room wasn’t fully reset as we came across several items that “weren’t supposed to be there”. There is no background music/noise so it’s very lackluster. After escaping the room, there were two girls at the receptionist desk munching on pizza and not being very professional.Personally, I wouldn’t recommend this place and would suggest visiting a more professionally produced escape room towards Austin.

Overall great, a few of the clues in the escape did not work properly but the staff was quick to help out and fix all issues.

We ended up in the Egyptian room and were working hard to figure out the clues, when we glanced at the clock and saw we had five minutes left. We thought we wouldnt be able to figure it out, but we solved it and escaped with 3 minutes and 35 seconds left. Lots of fun working together as a family!

We did the magic room and it was fun. Kennedy stayed I. The room with us and helped us through the tough stuff. We had two 9 year olds with us and they had a blast. The front desk receptionist wasn’t the friendliest ... too busy looking at his phone to greet customers I guess.

Escape Haus is an AMAZING place. The staff is extremely nice and kid-friendly. It was fun to watch the children have fun. The rooms and puzzles were fun for them to do. The lobby outside the rooms are nice and have mind-boggling and academic activities to do such as Chess. Really nice and I highly recommend.

So many themes! And theyre always updating their games, my kiddos loved it!

Kennedy did a great job in the room w/ us, and Id give her a 4- 5 star. Reception person would get a 2 star rating at best ... barely spoke to me, zero pleasantries, curt/cold ... I saw another rating that had same feedback. Made me a bit concerned at first, since it was my first time here, and I booked it for a teens bday party. Fortunately this person was not our game master (in room), and we had a fun time. Management/Owner, take notice.

So much fun! We were a group of 8 in the Egyptian Room and needed the whole hour! Definitely bring your brains and family for this! Fastest hour of my life!

What a fun time! Plan to look for clues and have your thinking cap on. Lots of different things going on in the room. Spread out and look at everything to help escape. A great place for company team building. The more people in your group the better to put the clues together. Plus a group of 5 or more knocks the price down.

Some seriously good times. Ahhhh, the excitement of each clue, the thrill of the frantic search, and the sweet taste of victory.

This place is one of my favorite escape houses and they have a lot of different rooms. They have 3 escape rooms but they change the rooms every now and then giving you the ability to have multiple visits without having to redo the same rooms youve already done.

It was my first experience in escape room and I absolutely loved it. Of course we did not manage to escape, but I am surely returning. Its so much fun and so worth it.

The Escape Haus was a really fun place! My favorite section was the Egyptian Room. The props in this room were very detailed and life like. Its a great place to spend time with friends or do team building with co-workers. Escape Haus is different from other escape rooms in that it is more family and kid friendly. I definitely recommend you try this place

We celebrated 8 yr olds birthday. I am 78. I have never had so much fun OR tense moments as our deadline to get out neared.

All 8 of us had a great time here. From 9 years old to 55! The guide was awesome and let us figure things out.

The initial people that greeted us wer very friendly, however the price was a bit higher than expected which was fine. What really made the experience unenjoyable was the young woman who was our room guide. She was obviously very irritated and took it out on us, being rude, snarky, and short with us as we tried to have a fun time for an experience we had paid for. We had told her initially that we wanted to work more by ourselves, however, she was very impatient and gave us clues that were pretty aggressive after one half a minute or so of searching around. I would not come back and do not recommend you go. The room was nothing special and the staff we had the most interaction with made the experience awful.

Great family fun and great value. The kids had a blast. We all worked together as a team.

We had my daughters 12th birthday here and chose the Library room. What an amazing, fun experience. We will definitely be back.

I had a blast with my friends here. We had a big group that split between two rooms, so we had a competition to who could get out first. This is a non-horror escape scenario, so very family friendly. Great helpful staff as well.

My husband and I took our fifteen-year-old daughter and 11 year old son and we all had a blast! We didnt make it out of the room but both of them said that this was something they would absolutely love to do again

Employees on their phone when we came in. We had to get their attention when we were at the counter. Employee then followed us around the room and didn’t give us enough time to figure clues out ourselves. When we left, employees were still on their phones and said nothing to us. So we just left without a picture. Horrible experience. Don’t recommend.

2nd time doing an escape room. 1st was in Corpus Christi. The game master was not very enthusiastic, but it was fun. Went late at night and ended up just being two of us but got out with 15 mins to spare.

Ive been here twice and it has been fun both times for the most part. The Library was a bit of a let down as far as sherlock holmes themes go. But the puzzles are fun.The only other thing I would say needs work is the lighting. The fluorescent lights in the ceiling really take you out of the illusion. But Im into roleplaying so it might just be me.

Awesome experience. My wife and I went for a date and we had a great time.

Two friends had a joint birthday here last night. We were in the Library and the Egyptian room. I had so much fun! I love Goonies, Sherlock, Clue and Scooby-doo. Trying to solve the clues gives you the chance to feel like youre in one of those movie. It was fun working as a team. I now know our group is well rounded... and that we should always let Sha do math. The woman who was our tour guide suggested the two rooms compete, which was a brilliant idea! So we were competing not only to escape before the other room, but also competing to ask for the fewest number of clues or hints from the room person/tour guide. We escaped with 50 seconds left. Just in time.

The room I went to (the Sherlock Holmes theme) was ran poorly. The back story was trash and no clues truly ran together. Me and my family looked like idiots fumbling around with locks that didnt follow clues.
