I was very pleasantly surprised by the accommodations and professionalism of the staff here. We unfortunately misplaced our phone chargers but Daniel Troutman from guest services was so kind to lend us his personal phone charger. He went above and beyond during our stay. Very quiet and serene looking out at the lake on your screened in porch. Very clean and updated furnishings.

After are last experience this was so refreshing(literally). Yes its 100 degrees outside and they were still able to cool the place down. Spacious, clean, very comfortable bed, full kitchen etc. Been her just 12 hours and so far very happy.Thank you for providing a resort experience.

Nice resort right on the water. About 15 min drive from downtown New Bern. Still recovering from 2918 hurricane damage but a lovely property with a lot to do. Resort offers an outdoor pool, mini golf, bikes, tennis courts, and reasonable prices for kayaking.

Very well maintained and cared for. We shall return.

Loved the resort. The alligators are cool.

I spent a week here and had a great time. They have a beautiful harbor . The pool area was very clean and had plenty of tables and umbrellas to sit under. They have a nice dock for fishing and or crabbing. While I did not get the chance to golf, the golf course looked challenging and very well maintained. All in all it was a great value and a fantastic place to spend a week.

In need of upgrading their rooms, condos. The grounds were nice, but the lodging had little to be desired. Old furniture, tiny TVs and old broken down patio furniture. I talked to others, and the same complaint. So it wasnt just our lodging.

Friendly and helpful reception area. Also love the new Rec Hall and the big pool as well as the exercise area. We shared a 2 bedroom deluxe with our daughter and son-in-law and great-grandson. We had plenty of room and enjoyed our time together.

We always enjoy the Harbour but mainly its a place to stay. Our accomodations were very nice, condo throu VRI, but not much else here in the winter!

Still doing repairs from hurricane Florence over a year ago. 6 miles off any main road. Nothing around; no restaurants and nothing to do. The unit we stayed in was very nice.

We enjoyed the enclosed porch, watching wildlife and our stay. Personnel was friendly and kind. Need more handicap bathroom. Family loved out stay. We will be returning soon. Thank you

It was the perfect family getaway! Convenient indoor and outdoor pools as well as a hot tub, playground and tennis court!

Nice vacation resort but Condo was tight quarters within rooms, especially the bathrooms.

This was just a quick last minute getaway and it was great. The kids had a great time riding bikes, swimming, playing games and just hanging out. The room had everything we needed. Peaceful and quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Cant wait to visit again

We had a very relaxing stay, pool & rec activities were good. Staff was very friendly. We went to the coast 3 days despite the 50 min drive. If you are handicapped, there is a long ramp on beach just before Fort Macon, with sand dune buggies (like a wheel chair with fat tires) for disabled.

Although we disappointed at how hard it was to get to restaurants and tourist attractions, the resort itself was nice with some simple things to do. Quiet and easy to get to.

Me and my wife went to New Bern to play around golf and harbor point was a great course I would check it out Im getting it on GolfNow because their rates are kind of high if you dont get a discount

Loved it! The unit had been updated, had plenty of room and all the necessities for a great vacay. The location is so peaceful, well definitely be back!

Nice place. Golf course has been relatively untouched since I have been here. Im sure this is a seasonal thing. Great if you are a golfer. New Bern is a delightful town just down the road. The unit we are in is older but nice. I look forward to seeing more of the area and this property. I dont think we are close to the amenities... will need to figure out where the pool, etc is. Overall, this appears to be a good week on the calendar to be here.

Accommodations were well maintained and up to date. Plenty of space for everyone. Fishing in the ponds was an added bonus. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Place is near, clean, quiet and scenic. Only knock is no grills near units and what they have is charcoal. I would stay again though.

Very little knowledge of 3 staff members in the office areas of the location of units. So did a self tour and you dont know if the unit were time shares or not, all units for sale had the same address, still unable if what we were looking at was them or not.

Cockroaches and mold in the first room, second still had mold, and broken boards on deck in which my daughter fell through. Resort is very outdated, not impressed for Wyndham!

Got in after 10 no answer when called the # listed on the reservation. Finally found the front gate picked up a key. No info in the room. Next morning we went out our key didn’t work when we got back. Had to drive about 2 miles to a check in area where they explained that if you check in after 10 you have to stop by the front desk to get your key charged tgenext day??The place was up 4 flights of stairs not covered and slippery in the rain .No cleaning service or towel change and we were here for 3 nights!!

One of MY favorite truly relaxing vacation destinations.Not a wild, loud, crazy place.Very serene and calm.Perfect for families with small children or couples who need to unwind.But...there are plenty of things to do a short drive away.If you want to recharge, this is the place to go.Staff is great.Plenty of wildlife.Activities for the kids.Great Marina.Close to Historic New Been.

Overall, facility is mediocre. Older unit is very outdated and when we arrived, portions of our unit were dirty (food/greasy mark on counters). It appeared as if if hadnt been dusted in quite some time, as spider webs (and their inhabitants) could be found in each room. Staff was generally apathetic. Water was not working, and maintenance had to come and replace thermostat on water heater. Poor first impression.Thankfully, I had cleaning supplies on-hand and were good at making the most of things, but...would have preferred not to start the trip cleaning.Would advise against the Villas and insisting on a Wyndham property if booking through Wyndham. Management is different and the impact is visible.

Nice resort to stay. It is spacious and nice amenities. 45+ drive to Atlantic Beach. 20 minutes to downtown New Bern.

Great place to go on vacation quiet and a good place to relax

Great place, a little ways from New Bern and other area attractions but nice place just to relax. The kids liked the pool and mini golf. Lots of wildlife around and the ponds make for a great walk all nice paths. Rooms are clean, large and offer a wonderful home away from home.

Customer service was great, but I did have to request a few things. They are still recovering from the flooding.

Nice enough...they were still recovering from a hurricane but some of the units still seemed a bit dated and unkempt.

The visit was pleasant and quiet. We played 18 holes of golf uninterrupted and we improved our personal game. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to play golf to visit here!

After checking into the office, we were given clear directions to the unit we rented. The one bedroom was VERY spacious with a full kitchen and large balcony. The view of the harbor and boats was wonderful. Would highly recommend!

I enjoyed our visit to this Wyndham. The units were well maintained, and the location was nice. It is quaint and quiet. New Bern is a fantastic small town to explore, and I really enjoyed the Pepsi museum. It is about an hour from Morehead City. You can make a day trip of going to the Outer Banks where you can visit lighthouses and swim in the Atlantic Ocean.

The Villas are a great place to get away to. So close to sailing, boating, historical New Bern, North Carolina, and Beaufort, North Carolina.A plus for travelers!

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel had everything i needed such as cookware and beding. It was a great place to stay and not too expensive. Cant wait for my next stay.

We had a new place and the air conditional did not work 1st 2 days. Then the swimming pools they felt slimy when you got out. For the price of the place it was not all that worth it it is better for an older couple.

The food was fantastically delicious.

They are located at Fairfield Harbour in New Bern. There is a restaurant, golf course and recreation center with an indoor and outdoor pool on site. However, everything else requires a drive to get to. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Everyone very friendly. Enjoyed trip condo was everything promise.

Fairfield Harbor is no longer under Wyndham! This is the worst place I have ever stayed!! Mice and cockroaches greeted us! The ceiling leaked water. The oven and tv did not work properly. I have stayed in Quality Inn hotels that are a lot nicer that this. Do not waste your money!!!

It was a great resort that had plenty of activities for my family to do together and it was nice to be able to send the kids to the nearby park while we cooked dinner.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Must visit the Bakers Kitchen downtown for breakfast...their buttet syrup is AMAZING!!!! Downtown Newburn was beautiful, especially driving over the water.

New rooms were very nice. Old rooms were not. Hopefully the resort will finish refurbishing all rooms very soon!

The pool was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful. The kids had a great time on the playground.

Poor experience! Unit and furniture was very old and out-dated and had ants and roaches!! One TV had lines in the picture, so it wasnt clear. The arcade has a FEE for all games except ping pong, so make dure you give the kids money!! Even Minature golfhas a fee to play!! This is my FIRST bad experience Ive had as a Wyndham Owner and HOPEFULLY,MY LAST!!

Arrived for a 3 day stay but left after just one night because the room we were in (32-A) was dirty, old and poorly furnished. I would never go back.

Dishwasher didnt work and I called a lot about getting it fixed and no one came for a day or so
