What a wonder this building was able to be rehabilitated by Ray and the City of New Albany. My hats off to Ray for taking on such a challenge. Its great to see things in New Albany going in a positive way. The art done by Mr. Kleinhelter is amazing and everyone should stop and check out his next exhibit.
