Beautiful calm spot to kayak or fish (I think you can fish, dont quote me on that). There are a beautiful family of swans that live near this part of the river as well.

Half an extra point for right next to boat launching site.

Nice spot to drop in a canoe. Water was calm and the foliage was turning. Unfortunately the fish were not biting.
