This place blew me away!! I’ve never been to a botanical garden that was this beautiful. Everywhere you look, it’s a feast for the eyes. Very very tranquil, a lot of water features as well. We went to one cafe & the gallery- good food & beautiful art. Also the gift shop had lovely gifts for children. We bought the family pass - paid for itself with two visits. Totally worth a trip!
Beautiful garden, but please be aware it’s can be very unsafe. I don’t normally like to give negative reviews, but my experience at the botanical garden was rather unpleasant. In the garden, in some areas the boardwalk is made out of wood planks, which are very very slippery when wet. I was there when it was raining and I slipped and fell down hurting my hip very badly. My son also scraped his knee and palm of the hand because the asphalt was uneven and fixed up poorly. The garden is not large, it probably takes an hour to two hours to see everything. The prices are reasonable: 20$ for adults and $10 for kids older than 3 years old. There is a restaurant, bathrooms, art gallery and gift shop on site. The gift shop and restaurant is rather pricey, but that’s expected in such places. There is also kids area which we didn’t get to see because it was closed most likely due to the pandemic. I hope they fix the problem pretty soon and have all walkways repaired so everyone can have the most safe and pleasant experience.
We went for the holiday lights and lights were very beautiful. I enjoyed it more than the Edison/Firestone Estate decorations. I want to come back so I can enjoy the extensive variety of plants during the day time.
Be prepared to walk, walk, walk, and when you think youre done walk some more. But you will see amazing flowers and plants from all across the globe. Kudos to the caretakers for keeping everything in such amazing condition. I have learned one thing never to do in my life, visit Madagascar. As it seems that every plant that comes from there wants to kill you, rotflmao.
Always love visit the botanical garden. It has lots of beautiful plants and flowers. The water walls and lake walk are beautiful. Great way to get out into nature while being able to enjoy well thought out exhibits. I love the orchard exhibit the best .
This is a great place to spend a few hours or if you are a fan of gardens and flowers such as orchids a whole day! They have a large garden and it’s is a very peaceful place to walk and just enjoy the nature. It makes me want to try again every time something in my personal garden does not come out the way I think it should. Would highly recommend for those who have similar interests or just enjoy the outdoors and beauty.
This is still 5. I do not understand how anybody can think this is unsafe. They even have signs along the waters edge warning you where to avoid the alligators and snakes. I was there a couple days ago with my daughter and her children and never once had any qualms about impending dangers. Folks, this place has enough staff that if there were any problems, they would be discovered in dealt with on a very prompt basis. Good binoculars and a camera with a good macro lens should be considered essential parts of the trip. they did not make it with me this time but they will when I go back.
The gardens were beautiful but I would have loved to have been able to see the childrens garden and some of the other things that were roped off. I understand closures for Covid of course, I just wish it was clarified on the website before purchasing tickets. I would have waited. Nonetheless, the gardens are well designed and well cared for and staff was very friendly.
Beautiful place to spend a few hours. Variety of gardens, peaceful trails, amazing views. Orchid garden is magnificent.
Wow amazing. Highly recommend. Very calming and noce place to go to get away from stress
Beautiful gardens organized by area of the world represented in each garden. Also really liked the idea garden. Only complaint is $10 admission which I wish was lower.
Beauty everywhere. Will be coming here again. What a peaceful and gorgeous way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
Great take large gardens well kept. Entry fee well worth t h e take
Weve been there during the daytime and nighttime (winter nights starting in November). Both are worth seeing and will go again.
We had a lovely time, great day to go, Saturday before noon stayed till 2
#1 botanical garden in Florida Go there every time when were around and every time is still magical.
So beautiful!! I come here plenty of times and am never disappointed! The Night Lights in winter are also very beautiful! On Sundays, dogs are allowed until a certain time as well, so we go with mine a lot. Lovely Cafe with amazing food as well! Would definitely recommend! Photos from today and in December during the Night Lights are attached!
Wonderful place. Loved the timed entrances. Maybe that could be a permanent feature. Beautiful gardens. Could ID tags be a bit elevated and larger print?? Staff very knowledgeable. Enjoyed our visit very much. Looking forward to going back. ⚘
Had a really good time. A lot of variety in the type of plants. Highly recommended.
A great place to go to in the heart of Naples. The gardens are truly a wonder to lay eyes on. It takes you back and allows you to enjoy the little things that we take in life for granted. It is a magical place and home to some of the most beautiful flowers, trees, and shrubs. Its amazing to see how well they take care of this area. I loved my visit and plan on going back. Humbling to say the least..
Huge botanical garden with nice views and a clean environment. You can spend a few hours here if you walk all the paths. During the covid outbreak (we went 8/15/2020) a lot of the smaller paths are closed tho.
Fantastic gardens. A paradise in paradise. Great for all ages!
Honestly this place is fantastic and the staff are phenomenal first and I apologize that I never got his name but a landscaper took me to see the Atala butterfly and caterpillar I’d been wanting to see for years. We hit it off because he’s originally from manatee county. Then I shopped at the gift shop just before leaving and the cashier ran after me because I dropped a ten dollar bill. Also while sitting in the outside dining area a young lady was diligently cleaning the tables. She apologized because she thought she accidentally sprayed me but she didn’t. Everything was very clean. This was my first visit but it won’t be my last. I hope the park management knows that they have such outstanding employees
Absolutely beautiful. Great place to go if you love nature.
About 2 hours for total viewing. Was there about 3 hours with lunch. Beautiful experience great lunch. Highly recommended
One of the prettiest places I’ve ever been. The staff was friendly and the grounds were just amazing.
It was informative and educational. The staff. Could not be nicer ! Anytime we had a question, (three in our group), we would ask a nearby employee and they could not be more cordialwe stopped at the cafeteria and they were most friendly and helpful !
Beautiful place in a beautiful city! I really enjoyed my time here though its not as big as I thought from the images online. We probably walked about 2 miles all around the different gardens and around the lakes. Didnt see any gators The food at the cafe was delicious and definitely worth the money. The whole thing was worth the money! Will definitely go again!
My family always loves visiting the botanical gardens. The variety of plants and flowers boggles the mind, and the well designed paths and areas make you instantly relax. Theres enough to do, that you could spend the better part of a day wandering the miles of paths and exploring the different ecosystems on display. Its a wonderful experience for people of all ages.
Scenic. Very photogenic. The family enjoyed exploring. Moderate entry fee $20. Nice way to spend a relaxing afternoon
Beautiful flora, sculptures and water features! I would especially love to see these gardens in the summer when all the trees have leaves but it was still beautiful even this time of year. Lots of interesting plants, flowers, fruit trees. The staff was very friendly and informative. Hope to visit one more time before we leave Florida.
This place is BEAUTIFUL! We loved every second of this super well-kept garden experience. This place is HUGE, so many things to see. The childrens section is beautiful and a must see even for adults. We went in July and the restaurant was closed, so be preapred to possibly bring your own food. All in all, a great place! Will definitely come again.
Wide variety of species from Asia, India, Africa, and of course Florida. So many orchids everywhere! You could walk through in an hour or spend all day. Cafe with cold drinks and a patio to sit. Wear a hat and sunscreen.....
Almost overwhelming with scope and variety. The orchids were excellent. The water features and well laid out trails and zones were well done. Lots of places to sit and absorb everything. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and had a comfortable visit. Could have enjoyed for 3 or more hours if time were available. Great place if mobility is a challenge. Excellent place to go with multigenerational group. There is something to see and enjoy for everyone. Best time to go is when they open as it gets busier as the day progresses. Here are some pictures, but they are only images and do not reflect the multiple sensory experience should you decide to experience this magical place.
I spent about 4.5 hours at the Naples Botanical gardens and loved it. So many beautiful and interesting plants and flowers from around the world. The care and attention to detail employed is very clear. Everything was beautiful. Dont miss the butterfly pavilion.
Beautiful gardens. Great way to spend a few hours walking through or relaxing on one of the many benches and chairs around the property.
Awesome Lites, Very Calming & Beautimus!
It’s Beautiful, good to walk and spend there 3 or 4 hours with the family, kids.
I always make a trip here when visiting the area. Its so beautiful, well kept and there are different things to see each time I visit the garden. The staff is also very friendly. The Roots sculptures were there this time and they are a must see.
A great Botanical Gardens that was well themed by sections. Caribbean Brazilian Florida Asian and childrens Gardens were present. There is also a bird Observatory Tower and water plant life. Make sure to eat at the cafe the fries are amazing
Went here for a wedding and it was an absolutely stunning place to be. I didnt get to see all the sections the gardens, but I enjoyed walking around where I was. The sunset in the gardens was beautiful, and it was even more beautiful when it rained. I definitely want to go back to explore all parts.
This place is wonderful. Well cared for gardens. Beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay!
Well organized, very pretty. good for long walks and kids area. unfortunately with covid, many of the areas are closed... and wearing masks outdoors in hot weather (not required by the garden) is not fun. kids previously loved kids area and spent hours there.
So relaxing and beautiful. Nature just has a way of recharging the soul. We ordered some food and drinks while we were there and both dishes were delish!! The fries are unique with their seasoning in a way they are slightly sweet and garlicy. My husband and I loved the fries. The veggie burger was a little extra spicy which I enjoyed but could be too spicy for some. Leave the jalopenos off and it will make it perfect for people who dont like spicy foods. The tuna sandwich was also very yummy but definitely liked the veggie burger the best! I ordered a grapefruit and basil leaf mimosas that was very light and refreshing (not too sweet, which I liked). I noticed I did get bug bit a few times while I was there so I would recommend bug spray for those sensitive to mosquito bites or wearing pants and long sleeves. Will definitely be back!️
Beautiful grounds, beautiful flowers and plants as well as several places to escape the hot sun. We stayed for about 90 minutes before they blew the alarm indicating they were closing due to approaching thunderstorms. We did not get to see several gardens so hopefully next time were in Naples we can do so.
Great place orchid display was out of this world. 1 and 3 Sunday they have free music concert. Got a 1$ off coupon online. Restaurant was pricey but excellent
One of my favorite places in Naples. The Christmas tour is fantastic.
5/5 for what we saw in 90 minutes, including the 1-mile walk around the lake.2/5 for having 50% of it closed off because...?0/5 for having NO RESTROOMS except 2 family restrooms open. They said it is so they can keep them clean and make sure too many people are not inside. HOWEVER, there are long lines of people who have traveled an hour or more waiting outside in congregated lines. Once in, the restrooms are filthy and poorly stocked. Toilet paper must be used with watered down sanitizer to clean the potty-speckled toilets and handles. No paper towels. No hot water. Here is an idea: actually open all of the restrooms with signs that say 2 people maximum. Then actually clean the restrooms. You will also prevent people with little boys from urinating around the lake.
Clean, safety, cafeteria have a good food, quite, very nice for spending time with the family.
Very nice..we enjoyed our visit..Was disappointed with Corkscrew Sanctuary yesterday. Didnt know you had to reserve time on line, when we got there, we were turned away .Only saw 1 other couple.Staff at Botanical Gardens were great..Thanks again..
If you are in the area this is a MUST SEE; the Naples Botanical Garden was the highlight of my weeklong trip. They cultivate plants from many regions—the orchid garden and Asian garden were my favorites. They also have a gift shop and an area where you can purchase trinkets and plants from them. I also advise checking out any special events that they may have going on— after Thanksgiving they began a Holiday Night Lights event.
Lovely family outing, even during COVID, with timed slots for entry.
This place is huge! Beautiful display of tropical plants from all over the world. Great place to spend the day!
Well thought out plan for COVID-19, great lions tigers and bears!
Very beautiful place to visit! Definitely would recommendWe spent there 2ish hours, but definitely could spent longer. They have few different gardens (Water, Orchid, Florida and few more) and different plants in every single garden. If you like plants, definitely would recommend to visit their gift shop, they have a lot of cool things there
What an amazing experience! My understanding is that this garden wasn’t really in existence about ten years prior... now it’s a living museum of plants from Florida, the Western Hemisphere, and beyond! You can see how some vegetables we regularly consume are grown - like bok choy and kale. There is also a beautiful butterfly garden! You feel like a fairy when you wander through their home! The cafe has great food - check it out!
A must go to place if you love nature and flowers
Beautiful place to take amazing pictures, try to go early before gets to hot on the day. A lot of walk, wear comfy and light, the souvenir store has nice things but too pricey for my budget. Some fast food on the Restaurant, the parking lot is very close to the entrance. They dont offer any discount other than member discount.
Wow! What a great spot! One of the best botanical gardens in the area. Guess what was lurking in amongst the foliage while we were there.... DINOSAURS!!! Two years ago they had giant Lego sculptures mingled throughout the gardens. So many fun and interesting areas to explore and get ideas for our own gardens. I love their childrens area as well!! Definitely a place I recommend visiting. We drive almost 2 hours to visit and it is well worth it each time!
Great gardens. It was stupid hot when I was there....i wanted to just rip my shirt off kinda hot....had to leave. There is not much shade on trails.....might want to bring an umbrella next time I will have to visit again after this summer
A beautiful small botanical garden, meticulously maintained. The garden has sections for Florida, Asian, Brazilian, and Caribbean gardens, plus a childrens garden, and many smaller displays. The garden borders two gorgeous lakes. At present, there are glass sculptures throughout the garden. The orchids are fabulous. A must see in Naples.
We love it here. However at this time the garden has implemented a one way route and not all of the garden is accessable, which some of the best parts are not accessable.
Nice walks good breakfast croissants
The garden is a must see for any nature lover. It’s beautiful & every time you go it’s always different. One of my favorite places to visit and is a fun place to bring family & friends who are visiting.
Tranquil gardens well laid out and fully informative. Sections categorised from origin well set out in an architectural background. Good cafe and well stocked tasteful shopping.
Holiday magic. If you havent seen the botanical garden make your way there for a unforgettable evening. You will be amazed with the creativity on display. Enjoy
This was buy far the best botanical gardens Ive ever been too. I had a great time and learned so much. The entire park is wheelchair accessible. Your definitely going to do some walking but its not strenuous. You go at your own pace, there are places to sit and rest everywhere. The bathrooms are clean and fast moving, water fountain is thier. I would suggest bringing a bottled water. I was glad I did. It was a bit warm in the sun and didnt want to go back to the water fountain. Dont miss the butterfly greenhouse small but very beautiful. I loved this place so much I walked it twice to make sure I got to see every nook and Carney. I definitely missed a few things on my first go. I cant wait to go back next year.
Beautiful garden walk, scenic paths, well organized, lots of shade shelters that are architecturally suiting to the gardens they’re in.. Caribbean, Brazil, Asian, Floridian.. recommend.. enclosed butterfly garden, glass art sculptures, orchids galore... recommended!!
A lot of things were blocked off because of maintenance. It loses a star. We bot an annual membership. When they quit fixing things, they will get a 5 star rating.
A must visit if you are in Naples. You wont be disappointed. Absolutely beautiful gardens!
OMG. Attended the Holiday Night Lights. A definite must do. Absolutely beautiful. They do a wonderful job. Cant wait to go back in daytime. Must see. Kids and adults will enjoy!
Wonderful garden! There are separate areas devoted to different plant types. It has a kids area and butterfly garden. The volunteers are very knowledgable and polite. They even have dog days where you can bring your dog before noon on certain days! Will be returning!
Great place to unwind and enjoy the many plants they have
So beautiful. It changes so fast. I highly reommend the season pass
Joyful zen-like peaceful day. Most enjoyable
A beautiful botanical garden! There was plenty of shade and lots of paths to follow. I especially enjoyed the Japanese garden. The cafe was also delicious!
Absolutely beautiful! Ive visited Naples for years and am kicking myself for not visiting the botanical gardens before. A must see!
Beautiful gardens layed out nicely for an easy walk. Plenty of places to stop to admire views. The Childrens Garden is worth a visit with or without children! Enjoy the butterfly house as well as the very nice gift shop!
Absolutely stunning. Went for the dinosaur exhibit which my daughter loved. Will definitely return, possibly will get a membership. Sadly I wish it wasnt so far away, it was worth the drive though!
Very beautiful. The gardens are well-maintained and there is definitely a lot to see. The childrens garden is very cute and has a lot to offer for the kids (play area, areas to explore, etc.). They also provide drinking fountains for dogs, which I have never seen before! Additionally, there is a butterfly garden and I was very happy to see some endangered and uncommon species of butterflies. My only complaint is that the Florida Garden is filled with exotic and invasive species, which is a bit misleading since I expected it to be a native garden. Overall, though, it is absolutely gorgeous and you can definitely spend a few hours here with the whole family.
This is a must if you’re ever visiting Naples or even a resident! If you love nature this garden is your spot. I loved everything about this spot. Can’t wait to return many more times
Must visit when visiting Naples!Great outdoor garden
What a wonderful experience to share with my son and daughter in law. So beautiful and equally peaceful.
Usually a 5..but def a 3 or 4 currently.A LOT is closed off! Hoping an outdoor venue would be wide open...worth maybe a $5 entry fee right now.
Truly beautiful, if a little pricey to get in. We really enjoyed exploring the property.
An absolute must visit attraction. Beautifully laid out gardens split into themed areas with stunning landscaping, water features and ornamental features. A pleasure to wander around and take everything in, including all the various artworks and installations. The butterfly House and orchid garden must not be missed out either. Lastly, there is an excellent cafe serving good quality, well priced snacks and a very well stocked and interesting gift shop.
Beautiful gardens worth every penny
Beautiful gardens with a lovely lake to walk around. Orchid area was very nice. Nice area for kids to enjoy too.
Second visit and will definitely go again.
Beauty you wont soon forget! Great for Adults & children alike.
Wonderful botanical garden! Immaculately maintained. Orchid garden and succulent gardens are an absolute must see. Very Zen place to visit.
Really nice place! Large facility. Lots to see here. At Christmas they put up lights. Its worth the admission cost.
Loved the garden. A perfect place to spend some quality time with nature. There are gardens that represent different countries and regions like Asia, Brazil, the Caribbean and Florida. We saw different fruit, flower and plants from all these regions and the experience was awesome. There was a water garden with lots of water plants. I loved this part the most. Also they have different kind of orchids. There is a small play area inside the garden, near the entrance and our kids loved it. They also have a cafeteria and a beautiful gift shop. Ideally, it should take around 2 hrs to see the whole garden. Ticket price was bit high though.
Absolutely beautiful!! The food was delicious and the staff were very nice and helpful. I only wish they had more flowers.
Very enjoyable Gardens to explore. You can definitely take an entire day exploring this gem.
Spectacular Tropical Christmas light display not to be missed. Drinks and food for purchase along the way - music and games and a lovely gift shop. Fun for the entire family!
Absolutely ! Beautiful and well done
What a beautiful place! Couldve spent all day here! So many different varieties of flowers and plants and beautiful views
Very nice place, inspirational, great to relax and learn there about plants, trees and nature.
