Really wish there was more info on the website regarding the sanitation times. We drove one hour to come here only to be told that they’re sanitizing from 12:30-1:30 so I drove around Naples for over an hour to kill time. Then I got back to the museum waited in a long line then the woman tells me I need to reserve my ticket online. I obviously had no idea I had to reserve anything online because there is no signs saying that I had to do that in the lobby! How are people from out of town suppose to know these things! Extremely frustrating when I have two children anxious to play. To have to reserve my ticket online and go back in line would’ve taken another 20 minuets! They’re we’re so many people waiting at this point. Extremely aggravated I told the two girls at the front desk and the girl with the long hair told me to have a nice day in a sarcastic manner, these people had NO sympathy for my frustrations. I will not be coming back here. The lack of information plus the rude employees completely ruined this experience for my family. Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time.

Came here for the first time last week, left with a membership. This place is really cool. My kids (almost 4/o twin boys) were amazed and they still havent seen everything this place has to offer. Lots of friendly staff, always professional and ready to help. They have many events planned throughout the year but playing alone is worth every penny. For people complaining about offered food and drinks: I agree partially. I didnt like what they have too much either and the prices are on the high side. But there are plenty other restaurants within a few mile radius. Just leave for lunch and go back, worked for us, didnt even take us 35 min in total (driving and eating included)

Facilities are great especially for kids from 12 m to 6 yrs old, but I expected them to be more clean and well maintained. Very bad smell near the restrooms and in the restrooms probably because of the dirty diapers.Outside playground is nice, except the amphitheater area. Inside is quite cold. Its more of a benefit to new in terms of health issues, but I wish I knew how chili it was in advance and took a jacket. There is a small learning or experiment area for kids 8-14 yrs old. Nice library where staff started to clean up everything so I felt we had to leave. The worst surprise for me was NO WI-FI! I couldn’t believe it as I’m working mom of 4 kids and planned to spend some time working. My att didn’t work inside the museum.

Much smaller then expected... the price was simply too high for as little that was offered. The Boston museum of science is several times the size and the same price. As well as COSI, Imagination Station, Grand Rapids Childrens Museum and Indianapolis childrens museum. Not enough bang for your buck. Ive been to several other childrens museums and it was underwhelming.

Awesome place for the kids. Lots of interactive features and places to explore. We ended up getting an annual membership for the whole family. We planned on spending a couple of hours there, but ended up to staying over six hours there. Our kids loved and didn’t want to leave. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wished there were more food options in the cafe. We left for lunch and returned an hour later. Overall, it’s an awesome place and we highly recommend it for 2-7 year olds.

Wow, such a wonderful place for a family to bring young children. They truly have captured the elements of learning and experience that trigger neurons in the young developing mind. Better yet, is that it is geared towards a huge age range so children can grow and continue to learn and explore more as they develop.

We have an active 2 year old who adores this atmosphere. We had to purchase the yearly membership! Her favorite section is the grocery shopping area. They make it realistic. You can easily spend an entire morning or afternoon there. They have a food area where you can purchase sandwiches, snacks, drinks. But we prefer to go home for lunch or eat before hand. If you decide to bring your lunch, then there are picnic tables available in front of the building. No drinks or food allowed inside the building which makes sense because of allergies and they probably dont want to ruin their equipment. Highly recommend it.

This place was amazing. I will be honest though, (and reasoning for 4 stars not 5) I thought it was a little pricey to get in with adults being $10 and children being $12. I understand that children would be more giving it is a childrens museum but there was literally no activities an adult could do. Given it was my first sons trip to florida half of us went so it cost $52.00 for a 2 year old to play and his great grandparents etc to tag along just to watch him. I was there for quite a few hours, and my two-year-old son did not get bored once. They have a wonderful outdoor play area and a wonderful variety of things to do indoors. We did get to see the moving exhibit which was the Dinosaur Train, which my son did thoroughly enjoy. When I come back to visit Florida I absolutely plan on coming here again with my so just wont bring half the family (unless kids) for that price. If you do go I highly recommend stopping by the photo booth located right outside the tiny Cafe.... It cost us $7 and we got three strip photos with all the four photos on each. the cool thing was trying to fit us all in the booth and the laughs we had in between the photos, well at the end for an additional $2 you can have the video of you guys in the booth sent via email which we all got a good kick out of.

This place was lots of fun for my 4 year old. I do agree with some of the other ratings on here about some of the attractions needing work, in particular the water area that all of the kids seemed to love. That is the only reason I am deducting 1 star. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star review. But what I did notice and really appreciated was the staff. They were everywhere and very friendly and interacting with the kids. I think the adult admission should be $8 but I think $13 for kids was very fair. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and will return the next time were in town.

First time in Naples for us, and this was a GEM!! Our 3 yr old had a wonderful time, explored, played and learned. The limited-time Harley-Davidson engineering lab was a total hit! He loves the water works & outdoor maze(we hit those first when we first arrived at opening), then the toddler-only area. He loves trains so we saved the trolley for the end. We spent a solid 3 hours there and still didn’t get to explore everything. It’s excellent to know for years to come when we visit Naples we have a place “just for him” to explore and learn. The farm-to-store section was great, but many parents aren’t monitoring their kids. Issue with this is a lot of older children were holding onto carts for 15-20 minutes instead of moving on. Same children were throwing items where they didn’t belong and not taking turns, did not see any of the C’mon representatives nearby & we encourage our children to take turns and allow other children to use items and return them where they belong. It was a shame most parents were on their phone and not monitoring or mentoring their child. We were able to find a coupon in one of the local papers for an adult and child admission. We did go on a Sunday, and as I said he enjoyed exploring and interacting with everything, we didn’t get to explore the library or the veterinary center or the World Market. As he gets older the various sections will become more enjoyable. They also host various Science themed fundraisers, I noticed. And the nursing area for breastfeeding mothers (in the toddler area), made this former breastfeeding mother happy.Only improvements I’d wish to see: more options at the refreshment center(I do not know if it’s different on the weekdays as we were there on a Sunday,) but there were no lunch foods available. Only snacks.Smaller toilets in the bathrooms! “Children-sized toilets” for a Children’s museum would be awesome for my newly potty trained guy.And for C’mon representatives to monitor and encourage fairness, taking turns and implore parents to assist and teach those skills. We can not wait to make more memories at C’mon in the future. We really were amazed with the entire center!!

Clean facility, wide open spaces. It is definitely geared toward children under 3. My 6 and almost 4 year old had fun and enjoyed their time but it was a quick trip before they had seen it all and were bored. Pricy ($44 for family of four) to spend less than one hour in the museum. I had a questions about membership, but the reception girl was so annoyed by us, kept rolling her eyes and talking to other staff member about her lunch, yes, very professional. Great place to take the kiddos to for a day. Be sure to visit upstairs, too. Staff members are super nice and attentive. The place is full of outstanding concepts, and it still has a lot of room for growth and expansion. Its got great potential! Sadly, what is there now is showing signs of poor upkeep as if it was just dropped off there one day and left to tend itself. The place needs to be refreshed and all the details revisited, cleaned, repaired and replaced or updated, where applicable. And then new, evolving, exciting concepts should be implemented as well. I have many neat ideas for this place. I wish I were someone with that kind of influence.
