Wonderful place to kayak the mangroves. There are several businesses that will drop off kayaks for you in this location. Recommend going early with a lot of big spray. We saw several dolphins and jellyfish in the nearby bay.Not many places to break while paddling so be ready for a lot of paddling. But overall, beautiful area with tons of wildlife. Definitely worth a visit
Have been going there for years was a great place. Today I took my kayak there, there were 5 trailers of rental kayaks there! 30 plus kayaks. I know they need the business but I thought that it was for the public not just for business? when I came out one of the rental trucks was blocking the sidewalk parked on it in the shade with truck running waiting for his group, just made a terrible day .will have to find someplace to go.
We rented 2 tandem kayaks for a 2 hour window and had a great time. The only thing we were hoping to see was some wildlife, but other than a few fish thats all we saw. We will definitely be doing this again on our next visit.
Great launch site for kayaks and paddleboards! Love that they provide a rinse station. Bring a credit/debit card to pay the launch fee.
All I can say is awesome
The park is nice. Launch worked well. Having no map of the islands made it a bit tough to navigate. Overall a fun day.
This year we brought our own kayaks (last year did the eco-tour). During our visit we we lucky and had encounters with both a manatee and one of the large sea turtles. The wild life, serenity and beauty warrants repeated visits.
Had a wonderful time on our Kayaking tour. There were 2 groups and we ended up on the smaller of the 2. Our guide, Sam I believe, did a great time if keeping us engaged as she went through. We even got to do the more challenging section on the way back.
Had a great time kayaking through the Mangrove trees, new experience that I really enjoyed. Wont be forgetting this anytime soon, definitely coming back to see it again when I go back down to Florida and see my family.
Tyler was our guide and found sea urchins, crabs, large snails and a sting ray for us to observe. Dolphins and Manatees were not visible. He is knowledgable about the environment and encourages questions. The kayaks are open so wear plenty of suncreen on your legs and feet. There are dry bags available from the guides.
Beautiful day, Ryan from Rising Tide Adventures spent extra time explaining his favorite route to me. Perfect alone time, lots of wildlife, lots of beauty.
Great adventure, beautiful scenery

Rent a kayak from Paddle Marco and explore the mangrove tunnels here... or take a guided tour so you dont get lost. Well worth it.
Great launch site! Amazing kayak tours and rentals with the biologist guides of Rising Tide Explorers out of this park. Beautiful mangrove tunnels and mudflats full of wildlife. Great restroom facilities, pavillions with benches, and even a wash station to rinse your boats after your adventure.
