What fun we had! Very clean place, plus super courteous staff; they were patient and helpful with the 6 of us, 3 of whom are novice bowlers, and 3 of us quite rusty! No matter, we had a blast!

Went bowling with my family for the first time in years and went to what use to be known as Beacon Bowl, but now its Bowland Beacon. We all had so much fun. The music was great, the strobe lights were fun, front desk staff were friendly and very helpful, especially when it came to finding my son a kids bowling ball, without being asked. The offer 10.00 bowling on Monday and Wednesday nights from 6 to 9 along with other nightly specials. They do have a restaurant and bar on site but thats where I minused a star. We ordered food and a beverage, just to run out of soda, had to go back in to ask for a refill, and our food never came out so had to go in for that as well. It looked like there was only one server on and a birthday party they were seeing up for so I kinda understand but other people shouldnt have to suffer. Other then that, we had a great time and we will be back, maybe Wednesday night.?

Um...zero social distancing and no masks anywhere except for most employees. Im trying not to be too crazy about this, but I didnt park myself at home for six months just to toss it all away for a couple of hours out. I was literally the only patron who wore a mask while not tucked in a corner away from everyone I didnt know. Great pizza though!

We had a terrible time today at bowland beacon. We rented two lanes with two games, our games kept messing up and I had to go up to the counter and ask them to fix it about 5 times on both lanes. We ordered two pitchers of drinks and they didn’t come out until halfway through out first game when my husband went to ask where our drinks were. You can’t be that busy that you can’t bring out two pitchers of soda. They weren’t that busy, because of the pandemic they use every other lane. Before the pandemic they used to use every lane and that was busy not now using every other lane. We also ordered fries and it took way too long for them to come out, we were already in our last frames. We went to go ask where our fries were at, and they were not ready yet so we asked for our money back which we paid in cash but the manager Diane kept saying that we couldn’t get a refund we could either wait for our fries or put the money in a gift card. Why would I want a gift card from a place that gave me terrible service, what makes you think I would want to come back to this place? I just wanted my money back. We ended up getting the fries to go. What a terrible experience with the magner Diane. We refuse to come back. If some forsaken reason we go back we will not go if the manager Diane is there! If I could give it zero or negative stars I would!

We really had a fun and family day, delicious food, good promotions, lots of fun. Christian was truly a great host, friendly, polite and helpful. Without a doubt, it will be one of our favorite places to go with the whole family.

Modern bowling alley with electronic scoring and automatic bumpers for the kids. Had a bowling ball ramp for my 3 year old. The fries were pretty good too.

Enjoyable. Going by the hour and not game was different but good and probably a lot better for scheduling.

Best wings in town hands down. Try their 4 seasoned wing sauce. Teriyaki, garlic, parmesan, mild hot sauce. Its an awesome flavor on wings. Try asking for a little crispy if you like a bit of crunch eating wings. Staff is always great and friendly and good place to watch sports and your favorite teams play. Also good family atmosphere to enjoy an afternoon if it is raining also w/ availability of bowling.

I love a good old fashioned bowling alley! This place rocks. Its classic, the staff is nice, great bar... Fun place all around. Arcade games, too. Fun!

Had a blast.....BUT....they should tell you that you HAVE to make a reservation. We had to hang out in the resturant area for 3+ hours waiting for a lane in the middle of the day..... Its cool tho. We watched a movie on the fone and just waited. But once we got a lane it was so fun! Been bowling there for 30 years!

Their prices are insane at $28 per hour plus the price of shoes, which is barely enough time to finish one game because 50 percent of your time is waiting for your ball to return. DO NOT WASTE YOUR FAMILIES HARD EARNED MONEY FOR ONE GAME!!

Sure this is a great place to go bowling and have fun with friends and family but thats not why Im here lol. This place honestly has some of the best food around. I go here sometimes just to eat lmao. The fries and boneless wings are my favorite but everything here is good. If you ever go here to bowl definitely order some food also

Very family friendly with accommodations of sweet beer and wings. A giant television with six screens, three pool tables, and a separate space for actual bowling sets different vibes full of happiness. Nice setup for a baby shower.

Bowland Beacon in Naples, Florida is a fun place for adults and kids! Our group of friends love going there to bowl and socialize. The food is good there too! Whats really exceptional is the staff that works there! They are so helpful and friendly. Thanks to all of you!

Nice bowling alley, and grest staff. Employee at the front desk was very personable and gave our large group free shoe rental, and it was a smart move as it very much so crested some brand loyalty. Very much appreciated. Would have given the place 5 stars but the boardroom Style seating as opposed to couches was kind of stuffy and odd in my opinion.

Great local place to bowl. Bar food is tasty and the selection of beers satisfying. They have my favorite beer on tap so that is where I head. Lanes have a tendency have glitches. Lots of league bowlers consistent lanes.

A group of us got together on a Saturday night, young and old and we had a riot. I would love to see coupons or Groupon for bowling.

I have been there many times in the past and still have some leftover tickets. Pizza is great, wings are godly. If you go there... go when it’s not too full, that way you get your lane quicker. Have fun.

Booked a lane through the call centre and when I turned up they had loads of people waiting who had also made bookings none of which were on their system. Understand this wasnt the reception staffs fault but their customer service was terrible. Basically their attitude was sorry we dont have a lane for you, goodbye.

Although I have gone here many times to actually bowl, I go there even more for the great food they make. The staff are great and, they literally have the best chicken wings ever. Get half of them medium hot and the other half teriyaki with medium hot. Theyve got a lot of options like a bistro steak salad, tacos, pizza, burgers and so on. Highly recommend!

One star is too much for Bowland Beacon - should be zero! Had a reservation, got to the bowling alley on time - only to learn that my reservation was moved and that the alleys were given away! Then I was told that I could not get my money back since I made the reservation online! Fortunately that was rectified, but my children’s disappointment was not!

Nice place and decently priced. 10 of us bowled for 3 hours for about $85. Food was good and the service was excellent.

It was awesome. I had so much fun. They had this dumb bowling league thing so we had to wait a while to get lanes but could have been avoided by calling ahead. Anyway once we got the lane twas a groovy time. Ya dig, cha feel??

We had a fun time with our friends here. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We had trouble with a lane, they took care of moving us to another lane while they immediately got to fixing things so we could continue. Price to play was good while food prices were touristy. They do have great fries, though!

We recently held a birthday party at the Beacon on a busy Saturday nite! I give it 5 stars for the customer service from managers Lori (who made me laugh while planning); Kayla; and our VIP server Matt (ask for him). The food was exceptional (buffet style smart); the drinks were great; and the bowling was a blast. My family was quite impressed and surprised. Thanks for a fun filled evening; we’ll be back!

We did not have a very good experience with the staff at this venue. They seem to have serious issues with their booking system and we were turned away despite having booked a lane in advance. Its too bad because it looked like it could be a fun place, but I wouldnt trust them again.

Do NOT go to Beacon Bowl in Naples there is no respect or quality employees to help their customers at ANY point of the night. They let dirty tables sit for the people who pay $80 to sit with and them also brought out our pizza to the dirty table and excuse for not clearing the table was “I thought it was yours”. The manager had his friend (not an employee) speaking with us to top it all off.

Hosted an event here and they were great to work with in reserving lanes and creating an easygoing party atmosphere for the kids. It was also relatively affordable. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the food.

Had a great time with the family celebrating my BiL birthday! Activities for kids and adults. Nice arcade for the kids, bar area for adults and of course the bowling lanes both public and private party. Fun time!

I was present with Marcus and Eric Dillon who made previous reviews, and I can verify that no one in their party made threats to the management or any staff. In fact the manager came out from behind the counter to tell us about another bowling alley we could try in the Naples area. I find it extremely unlikely someone who was threatened would do this.

This place has a great bar with attentive staff. However dont try to go bowling during the week. League has every lane reserved so you will get turned away. I would recommend their pizza.

The place is good, but should be more attention to rent the lines, my family and I were on Sunday 3 July made we were spending our vacation in Naples, to rent the line bowling with shoes not told us they had a promotion for Sundays and charged the regular wreck, seeing ads promotion went with the manager Mary Ann so that we are taken into account, we did not want us to be returned neither the money nor the difference only that we give an extra hour of rent and groceries, the manager told us in very bad shape they could not do anything that we had already begun to play even asked us no apology. We felt very wrong with the deal despite having very nice place.

What can I say I love bowling and its got great bowling Lanes bowling leagues also has a great pool table selection so if you need a place to go and have some fun too great place to bring your family and friends and meet people.

Avoid Thursday night league night until about 8pm then the teens take over and the black lights and disco bowl was on. We enjoyed it but the floors were horrible! Dont expect to get any good bowling practice in with no slide!

Good place to come for a few beers, or pool, or bowling. Service is great and, if youre hungry, theyve got good food too. Very relaxed atmosphere. Usually a good crowd of decent folks. Have a beer and relax. Cheers!

Great Bowling Alley - terrible counter service, pricing, etc. Every time we go they say they have no available lanes and we have to go to the VIP area just so they can get an extra $10. We went Sunday morning - called ahead and they said to come in at 11:30 because leagues are finishing up or something. We show up at 11:20 and they say we have to go to VIP area but once we got settled in 10 minutes later all of those other lanes opened up. It was over $50 for 2 adults to bowl 2 games - out kkds were enrolled in the kids bowl free. The girl working the counter either just started or didn’t understand the pricing as she gave us about 3-4 different prices. You can bowl for 2 hours with 4 pairs of shoes for $45 - cheaper than just purchasing 2 games for 2 adults and 4 shoes. After our 1 game we stood in line for over 20 minutes to try and ask if the kids can bowl again but only one person working counter and other employees trying to look busy so we finally left. It is a nice bowling alley but I can’t believe it is $50 for 2 people to bowl 2 games and they always force you to pay more in the separate section when you dont have to.

Bowling alley was is good condition, even though there werent a ton of balls to choose from. The wings were amazing and beer was priced well. I was happy to go and would definitely go back again!

My family came in for my sons 15th birthday and the service was excellent great food Beacon bowl is really fun love this place.

Very nice place to hold a birthday or event. The wait staff was very attentive, and the pricing was reasonable. They have updated the entire inside of this establishment and it looks great.

Food is pretty good, pizza is pretty good and reasonable during happy hour specials. Wings are too pricey. Food and beer used to be super reasonable but over the last couple years prices have been raised enough to notice. Draft beers I believe are 12-ounce glasses not a true 16-ounce pint glass. Kids summer pass for bowling is a very good deal and family fun at a reasonable price. Rental lines are annoyingly long most of the time. I do believe it is in part to blame on the computer entry system but they should still have two people available at the desk. And yes most people would feel more comfortable if wipes were available for the finger holes in balls. Staff is usually very nice and helpful.

Came here with friends last night for the second time. Picked up 2 pictures of beer and bowled the night away. Had a blast! Great time highly recommend to anyone.

Though I love bowling at Bowland, I would recommend less turnover of staff at counter. Also, food service leaves much to be desired. Many morning bowlers are dropping breakfast since no more grits, sausage is greasy, eggs come to table cold most of the time and quality of pancakes subpar. Joe has been a nice addition to the staff this past year..

I am Brazilian and not speaking very well English, I was discriminated by an employee who made a gesture that to communicate with me would have to draw, I went with my family, but never come back.

My friends and I went in last night to bowl for a couple of hours. We had to go to the bar for drinks as there was no server around. It wasnt busy. We bowled for a little while and then wanted to order pizza and bbq chx nachos. Again, no server around so I went to the front desk. Two different people came to our lane and took our order. When we got the pizza it was lukewarm and the nachos werent impressive either. No one came back to check on us. We needed refills. Ive been a server and know how to deliver great service. I am disappointed in the staff and the quality of food. I wont be eating there again.

Frank,You are one the of worst so called “managers” I’ve ever met. You are rude, you have no custumer service skills, and definitely no future in the hospitality industry. You should step aside so doors could open for people that actually want to work.My wife called to make a reservation for the “VIP” glow bowling lane, when we arrived Frank gave us a lane that had multiple pairs of shoes all over the floor and food left overs on the table. I had to go back to the front desk and ask him for a new lane and with a dirty look on his face he suggested a new lane. We ordered food. We played 2 full games and the food didn’t arrive. My wife went looking for someone to help her find our food. After 45 minutes Frank came over with the food. He didn’t apologize for the inconvenience instead he looked over at one of the balls that I had gotten off the track by accident and it was on the employee walk way. He rudely told my wife how the next time we do that he was going to “close the lane.” Is the second time I have a bad experience with the “manager”The FOOD WAS GOOD!!!
