This is beautiful self-contained high-rise condo with limited medical facilities, restaurants (3, served by one kitchen) and periodic entertainment. It is meticulously maintained with decisions coming from residents. The management company that runs the building has proven to be extremely friendly and helpful.Security is decent but not overbearing. Not surprisingly, if the front desk folks dont know you, they have to call up to the room youre visiting.Its expensive. You buy the condo unit and pay pretty steep monthly fees but, for those who can afford/justify it, the expense can easily be worth it.
