A really great golf course.
Heritage Bay is a beautiful golf course with reasonable prices. I never feel rushed, despite often losing many golf balls. The staff is very hospitable and make it an enjoyable place to play regularly
Nice course. Greens were a little bumpy and fairways were ok. They had just finished slit seeding or I would have given them a better grade. Nice layout.
Golf Course in great shape, plenty of water stations and bathrooms. Loved the iced towels very Classy. Oh yea, food was great too!!
Went there for a Christmas party. The food was absolutely fabulous. Waiters and waitresses were extremely attentive. When a beverage was low they were right at your table asking if you would like a refill. The party room we where in decorated gorgeously.
I was here for a wedding and every thing was very nice. The employees were very nice and helpful. The place was very clean and gorgeous, and yes even the restrooms.
Nice lunch poolside with my sister in law.HB has all you would desire in a 1st class golf resort but affordable.
Just last week we went to look at condos in Naples,Florida. We had visited several places, but once we went to Heritage Bay Golf and Country Club, we fellIn love with all the amenities and the beauty of it all. We found the perfect condo and are so excited! No more Chicago winters for us!!!
Great amenities and friendly staff. I play a lot of golf here, and the course is always in great shape. Pace of play can be slow at times, but overall it is reasonable. Two complaints, and reasons for not giving 5 stars, is the fact that there are NO member/ club tournaments played on the weekends. All tournaments are played during the week, I wish at least one was played on the weekend accommodating other potential players schedules. Also, if you fail to plan ahead getting a tee time during season can be a real challenge.
Nice course, nice people, great food.
My wife and I attended a wedding there today and when I ordered a wine for my wife, they turned me down because we were taking pictures for our friends who got married. I couldn’t believe it!!!! They said vendors can not have alcohol. That is understandable, but, we we’re doing them a favor. It is not the bride and groom’s fault, they didn’t know it til we left. To be treated as hired help was a total insult the way the bar manager spoke to me. The coordinator, Samantha was just as bad ordering us around as if we worked for her or something until my wife explained to her that we weren’t being paid, we were just shooting pictures for our friends. I’ll make sure that everyone I come into contact with knows how terrible the staff at Heritage Bay Country Club was. Such a shame.
Excellent condition, player friendly yet challenging.
Great community in Naples, 27 hole golf course is superb, landscaping is beautiful.Extremely well managed, the clubhouse is gorgeous and hosts amazing buffets. Pools, tennis, wildlife are just a few more reasons that makes this community probably one of the best around.
I have rented in six SW FL bundled communities over the past four years. I rented in Heritage Bay 2018 through spring 2019. My thoughts. The entry to the community is aesthetically pleasing. Beyond the lake and fountain entrance its very average...lots of cookie cutter brick and mortar. The golf course is okay...nice enough condition. Several similar looking holes. Very forgiving. The golf staff is not all that pleasant or accommodating...the head pro non existent. As is the case for most bundled golf communities desired tee times can be difficult to obtain via Chelsea system. But this communitys Chelsea rules make it more inflexible than others, and very penial to transfer members. The pool bar service awful...often very unfriendly and inattentive. A few bartenders and servers need an attitude adjustment or should be sent packing. And I watched them close the bar in the faces of 50+ customers on Saturday night at 8 PM...week after week. Why upgrade your pool bar if youre going to kick members out at 8 PM on the busiest night of the week?Other than Donna, a very pleasant receptionist, the administrative staff is awful.Overall, service definitely subpar to other communities. Not customer focused.Amenities are nice but fitness area could be bigger. Very active community...always people out and about. Tennis particularly strong here. Amenities all located within 100 yards of each other near smallest parking lot imaginable. Some nice people...some pretty smug and cliquey. Something about this community feels politically tense...rules, rules, rules. Committees, committees, and more committees. The board has a way of making their presence known...I felt a tone of arrogance as if they are the community (e.g they were proud to raise mandatory tip to 20%...pround to raise mandatory tips ....huh? ).The GM has an assistant hide in the bushes with a radar gun...true story. And they have a rule specifically for right of way between golf carts and bikes. Apparently we are all too dumb to figure this out on our own.Not renter friendly. Dont expect your membership transfer fee to provide you with the same privileges as an owner. The benefits received as a transfer member are fewer and they charge you more. If you rent here... you will know it because they will treat you like a second-class citizen. As an owner, the Terraces provide great value as they overlook the prettiest and quietest part of the community.Overall a community with great potential. It may be for you if you re okay with subpar service and an obsession with rules.
From a meeting or banquet perspective, this place gets a solid 4 stars. The clubhouse sits on the water with a beautiful view looking east. Was at a banquet for 250 plus and the food was outstanding. Filet and shrimp cooked perfectly, even the mashed potatoes arrived piping hot. No mean feat. The service was excellent. We were watched over by Morgan and she was attentive and responsive to any concerns or needs we had. The only drawback is the room shape as far as audio and the chandeliers which make big screen presentations impossible. Their audio system is not good either. But if you can work around those challenges this is a terrific venue.
27 Holes of nice fair golf. Many generous driving holes for a Florida course. Great greens throughout the season. Moderate dress code for a semi private golf club. Great pool bar for drinks outside after the round. Class act
Upscale place. Beautiful grounds. Great place for a wedding party.
Rain out. Nice course, 27 holes.
They have great food to choose from; however, they do not have many vegetarian options.

Great golf course for play around of golf
Great place for a weeding and the food so good!
A great golf course! this course is liberal off the tee and a great test of golf around the greens. certainly one of ... if not the best new golf course in the area.
It was nice.
If you rent at Heritage Bay during January through March, your chances of getting tee times before late afternoon are slim and none. Their Chelsea system is rigged against you. Not only do renters pay more than twice the cart fee ($60.00 vs $25.00) but a renter doesnt get a tee time until all members are booked (and the members usually fill all tee times before mid afternoon). Also renters receive 50% more chelsea points than members for requesting and boooking tee times. If you are a solo you can usually join a 3-some or you can sign up for mens/ladys day. But plan on taking your visitors to the local public courses. These rules are intended to discourage renters and have been successful for this one, I wont rent here again.
Wonderful golf course
Good golf, but, the rangers keep the pace moving
Love this place beautiful view
Stop to get a sandwich at the end of the first 9 holes then they told us we had to start over again. Like it our fault it took them 20 minutes to make two sandwiches.
Love it here!! Cant wait to go back!
