MUST STAY!!! We spent 4 days, 3 nights at the Vista Collina Resort and didnt leave once!! There are 9 tasting rooms local to Napa, a Brewery, Onsite Food Truck, incredible Upscale Restaurant, a grocery store, and room service!! Seriously what else do I need?! We traveled my husband and I with our 13 month old daughter and had a blast! We were able to sit in the courtyard and enjoy wine and food, or chill out by the beautiful pool. In the mornings we took a walk through the vineyard and then came back for some wine or coffee on our balcony. The rooms were CLEAN, HUGE, and COMFORTABLE!! All of it is so modern and you really are so comfortable. The staff is so friendly and you feel very safe traveling during COVID. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Napa. It was surrounded by wineries and only 5 minutes from Downtown. Truly a place you wont want to leave!

Second time staying at Vista Collina and it was just as enjoyable and memorable as the first time around.Most impressive was the fact that they actually remember you when you come back and are just as courteous, friendly and willing to go over and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay.The tasting rooms, grocery store, bowling lanes and restaurants add to making it a fantastic place to stay.Special mention to Rosa (at the pool bar), Kaylee (at check-in), Brittany (concierge) and Jackson (at Cornerstone winery) in addition to everyone else you come across were great.Thank you for a great mini vacation.Absolute 5 starsWe’ll definitely be back again!

From start to finish, our experience at Vista Collina was AMAZING. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and a spectacular view of the courtyard and rolling hills with the sound of live music. The suites are spacious and very clean with a HUGE spa-like bathroom. All of the staff members were very friendly and accommodating (and wore masks). The onsite restaurant Olive & Hay was probably one of the best hotel restaurant experiences Ive ever had. The food and service for breakfast and dinner were stellar. All around a great experience for me and my group. I would absolutely visit again.

This resort is absolutely STUNNING. The property is beautiful and well thought out, the pool area is comfortable and perfect for sun bathing and the rooms feel like home. I was able to work remotely here with reliable WiFi while enjoying the luxury of the large suite, balcony, bathtub and built-in kitchen. I was also able to keep up with my fitness with the Caravan Wellness program on the TV in the room. We enjoyed our stay so much, we ended up staying an extra night! The only thing I wish was better are the food options. While all the food we had was delicious, there just wasnt as many options. Overall, we loved it here and would go back in a heartbeat. Great resort for wine country!

Im disappointed that Vista Collina didnt exactly meet our expectations. The staff was nice, the property was clean, we rented a cabana to enjoy a day by the pool under the warm sun after a long work-week in SF. However, staff did **nothing** about the multiple groups of folks blaring their own music at the pool. One group played really loud dance music that pool parties in Vegas would play. Another group played rap and hip hop. The cacophony that was the result was not fun, but hey, Im glad people were having a good time.Note about the pool bar: its not a full bar. They have a limited offering of beer, wine, and canned cocktails only (which werent half bad). The plus is that you can order food from their food truck and bring it over.In addition, we made it a point to ask the Front Desk about the big fireplace in the courtyard because we planned to end our evening sitting by the fireplace together. They explicitly said that the fireplace is on a timer, but that it could be turned on -- all thats needed is a quick call to Front Desk. So, when the time came, we called -- we were directed to call the Meritage Hotel across the way, which we did. The advised us that no, they could not, and would not, turn on the fireplace. Bummer.In all, if youre looking to get away and relax (in a quieter, secluded setting), I would not recommend coming here. If you have kids and want to get away, this property would be great. We appreciated the tasting rooms, outdoor area (great for families), and the live music. Though personally, we had higher expectations for a resort when people are paying $400 per night, plus another $400 for those renting a cabana.

Great location, great wineries, and great deli selection on site. Easy ten minute drive to oxbow public market/downtown Napa . There is a pool and bowling on site that were open. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Minus two stars because of the incident that occur on the last day. We were in the room (one of us was in the shower) and someone (an employee, possibly house cleaning) used their key to enter our room and when he realized people were in the room his response, “oh sorry” and left. He didn’t bother to even knock before coming in. We chose to pay more to stay at this resort because of their emphasis on safety and maintaining covid guidelines. We felt unsafe and our privacy was definitely compromise. Not sure if we would consider coming back in the future.

Nice spot/facilities. Location is great and near most restaurants and markets. Kid friendly. Service tho could be a little better/more consistent for the prices you pay. But that could be due to COVID-19 constraints?

Enjoyed my stay at vista Collina. I was concerned due to Covid but once I reached the property my fears were gone seeing how well they were sanitizing and keeping everything clean for guests.The rooms were clean and the property is well maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is perfect for families and small group gatherings!It opened August of 2018. They have Fresh Beauty toiletries and Illy Coffee! They have rooms with kitchens, perfect for a group or families! There’s also an artisan market and 9 tasting rooms downstairs at the resort! How cool is that? It’s a great concept! I can’t wait to be back!

This is a pure 5 star. Highly recommend the brewery the late night bar tender definitely goes above and beyond to make the experience for you. Dont forget to use the heated pool and late night hot tub. Everyone we met was pleasant, the staff was welcoming, the sheets and room were phenomenal and clean.We will be staying again!

The resort, grounds and rooms are top notch. We spent two day hanging out by the pool and the cabana host Dawa was absolutely fantastic, she made our time out by the pool so much better because of her great service. We will defiantly be back to this resort!

Highly commercialised property. When you pay for a premium king room with vineyard views, there is barely any view. Staff not very friendly (we were checked in by Meritage staff).

Great stay at this new hotel. Awesome campus like environment below the rooms. With 5towns grocery and 7 winery’s/bar. Rooms were nice and fancy. Great pool area. It’s expensive but I’m sure everything is in the area of Napa.

Lovely rooms, odd issues. When we arrived, we were given cards for a “pool-facing” room that was actually facing the opposite side. We found another guest’s long black hair extensions in our room. The hotel does not provide hand soap (neither bar nor liquid) but does provide dental wash? Again, the room itself is beautifully constructed, but the resort lacks the degree of polish that one might reasonably expect in the area for the price.The pool was clean and enjoyable — our stay was during weekdays in off season, so it was empty enough to enjoy almost privately. We did not use the spa services or activities, so I cannot comment on those aspects.

It was so nice with picnic tables with umbrellas all around an open grass field with wine and food merchants. Perfect spot to hang out with friends or a date . No outside food but plenty to purchase.

It’s too expensive. The service is very SLOW that the room is not ready if when its past the check in time. The food we ordered from the hotel was like a joke. It’s so small and the food isn’t that good either. The salad had 2 tomatoes, a half of a egg, and a quarter of a lettuce on a plate. That’s it. Only that. They made it dog friendly, but the SHOWER IS STUCK in the place, making it hard to wash your dog. Especially, if your dog is a large dog, who’s going to wash the dog? I don’t see many people in the hotel, and the other people’s reviews are very SUSPICIOUS. The stuff is friendly though.

WOW!!!! What a great surprise this was. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The staff makes you feel so special. My husband and I celebrated went to celebrate our Anniversary and we felt like we were on a getaway resort...The property is perfect. The rooms could bot be better. Ohhhh and the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we have ever experienced away from home. I highly reccomend staying here. You will NOT be disappointed!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are top notch. To be honest I wasnt sure what to expect with covid restrictions, but everything was moved to beautiful outdoor spaces and the staff went above and beyond to offer stellar service. Dawa, Kat and David as well as all of the front desk staff were delightful and attentive. It was so convenient to have a pool, dining, wine tastings and a beautiful vineyard to walk through, right outside of your hotel room. Id definitely stay here again next time Im in Napa!

This place is amazing! Food, Wine, Spa all in one location. Even a pop-up restaurant with a cooking show, while you wait for your food. The entire place is a great concept! I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a relaxing weekend away.

Great place. Wonderful staff, comfortable, beds are super comfortable with high quality sheets, superb Illy coffee in room and decent room decor. Easy to get to location in Napa. Sad to see how low the occupancy is during the covid crisis.

From start to finish, the staff at Vista Collina made me and my group of 7 girls feel special. Kat and David, both directors, were involved every step of the way for my 30th birthday. COVID-19 brought so many uncertainties and they made sure to pivot and make sure things still ran smooth. All staff members knew our names throughout the weekend and we truly felt like superstars. Yoga by the vineyards was a highlight and being greeted by management was great. A special shoutout to Dawa who took care of us at the pool cabana! She handpicked flowers, made sure we had endless wine and even danced a little with our group. I am so happy we picked Vista Collina and cant wait to return!

The resort was not easily navigated. I found you had to know where you were going to be able to get there. The map that was given at checkin wasn’t super helpful. Other than that, it was pleasant.I did work with some of the event staff (Jan) prior to the event and she was awesome! She was so helpful and called to see how we were doing the day if arrival. I really enjoyed working with her.

We went here because we could not find any other winery at this hour for wine tasting. They have a lovely place for tasting wine and the resort setting is quite nice. There were a lot of families hanging out in a very well appointed courtyard.

We were given a room with two queens instead of the one king bed and waited over an hour for our room service which never came until we called them again. They did give us a discount on the room service though which was appreciated.

Very clean new property with larger than average rooms. The village with restaurants and wine tasting makes it feel more like a resort than your average hotel.

Great facilities, beautiful grounds. We only had travel sized toiletries until our final day when we were given full sized soaps, shampoos etc. There was a complimentary bottle of wine in the rooms mini fridge, which was a ln added bonus. But the compressor of the fridge made a noticeable grinding noise throughout the night.

The lawn / tasting area is amazing. Great place to hang and let the kids run around for the night.

Great relaxing place to stay

The resort is beautiful. Offers a lot of amenities. Big pool. Nice hot tub. A nice recreational area called the village.We had a very good experience in terms of the resort experience.Taking away two stars for the one and a half hours we had to wait to get our room. Our rooms wasnt ready when we arrived at 5 pm and the checkin time was 4 pm. We got our room at 6.18

Wonderful location that is a great choice to enjoy a trip to Napa Valley from. Attentive staff, beautiful rooms, and lots to do nearby.

Grounds are nice. Location is meh- feels like a corporate park in the suburbs. The real detractor is ALL rooms on the 4th floor of building 6 have a constant noise from the generators on the rooftop. It sounds like a freight train rolling through ALL day and night. I do not recommend this place unless you can guarantee you won’t be staying on the 4th floor of building 6. It’s not the romantic Napa getaway you’re dreaming of when the freight train is coming through all day.

Our Vino Bello Suite was impeccably clean, spacious and absolutely perfect but the highlight of our stay was Dawa at the onsite Fivetown Grocery who made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. She went out of her way to accomodate our cravings when their popular baked masterpieces/monkeybread were selling fast. Dawa helped make our memories extra special as we look back on our fun weekend at the resort. Thank you Dawa!!

Loved staying here, the grounds are beautiful and the staff is very friendly. I brought my dog and they were extremely dog friendly which was wonderful. I would definitely go back and recommend.

The property is fantastic. The tasting rooms are hospitable and have great variety for wine tastings. We also enjoyed the beautiful pool with many lounge chairs and other comfortable areas for relaxing. I did take away a star for non-responsive service. The staff was always friendly but they either need additional workers or better management because response time is terrible. For example, we requested ice since there was no self-service ice and after two and a half hours we were still having to call and request a response. The little store has a lot of great options at a premium price; a high quality restaurant would be a welcome addition.The property is very kid friendly as well as dog friendly. Theres a lot of open space and little games for the kids making for a relaxing afternoon lounging and listening to live music.

A beautiful oasis in Napa Valley. Wonderful Spa, good food, 9 tasting rooms on site and relaxing outdoor turf park to sit, sip and enjoy live entertainment. Definitely must visit while in Napa. I will definitely stay again on my next visit.

Beautiful property and amazing ease of access to wineries. Unfortunately ruined by untrained staff and horrendous customer service. I prepaid for my hotel ahead of time via a common website and the staff incorrectly charged my card 3 times for the amount of the hotel. At over $350 a night, these incorrect charges (although reversed each time I pointed them out) quickly added up to place holds on my credit card. I was not offered a partial refund for my stay due to the inconvenience but I stead a $50 credit for use on my next stay. Stay anywhere else!

New resort and perhaps the holidays, everything in the service was a little slow. When we arrived we asked for a crib. It didnt come for over 30 min. The room (one bedroom suite) was really nice and clean. The decor was modern but not cold. Strangely my toilet flush handle wasnt installed properly. It was hanging out. I just went ahead and put it in myself. The complimentary bottle was a nice touch.

Our room was beautiful. We were pampered. There was so much to do within the 3 resorts we almost didnt make it into Napa. The people that worked there were all so nice and helpful. The housekeeper came in and did an amazing job cleaning our room. Our things were thrown every where and she straightened it all up. Great resort. Great service. Love the glass enclosed shower. Definitely going back again.

We stayed in the 2 Queen Beds room, not many options from this facility. We stayed for 3 nights in September 2018 where the resort only has been opened for a month. The facility is beautiful, clean, still have a few constructions going on. Pool, fitness facility and front desk were nice. Our balcony looks over the pool and vineyard on the hillside from the distance. Near the freeway but not too noticeable noise level. Here are a few things I would love for them to improve. Have an ACTUAL breakfast restaurant ON SITE. We have to order room service every morning because the restaurant with breakfast is across the street in the sister facility. Who would want to do that on a vacation??? I would appreciate it if they have toiletry for 3 people when we booked the room for 3 people. The maids kept taking our towels without replacing them. 2 of everything instead of 3. If you want to call yourself a 4-5 star resort, I should not need to call for things, they should be available and not interrupting our stay. Lastly, they are not quite on the map and Ubers/Lyfts drivers would go to the Meritage instead of picking us at the Vista Collina, so that adds up the annoyance after a few days there. Nice touch of sparkling wine upon arrival. Red wine, was delicious, awaited for us in the room. Rose and champagne on the next day. Bottled water are free. Great staffs.

The hotel wasn’t the same that we booked online, it was the property in front but same people. We were on our honey moon so we were looking for a romantic view of the vineyards. The manager was very kind and he gave us an upgrade to a pretty good suite. The bed was super soft, like sleeping on a cloud, very good, also it is a new property so it is very nice.

This is a beautiful hotel with horrible customer service. I have stayed at nice resorts before, and for this price point, you would expect decent service. The staff had deer in the headlights look to every question we asked. The hot tub was broken too. I would never stay here again.

We were here for an event in the courtyard. The property outside is nice and well maintained. There are a variety of tasting rooms and a little provisions shop. I can’t speak to the actual rooms since we didn’t stay here, but the location isn’t what I’d consider ideal for coming to wine country. It’s not horrible, but just kind of out of the way on the road in.

Our second trip to Napa in 5 years and this place was by far the best of the two resorts weve used. The place was clean, nicely located near everything and the service was second to none. One person in particular Id like to single out is Dawa. She was the nicest, most helpful employee there. Everyday that she saw our group of 10, she would always go out of her way to ask us if we we were having a good time, or if we needed anything. She also hosted a great picnic for our group on the lawn. The food and service that she provided us was A+. Id like to thank all the staff for making our group trip enjoyable and unforgettable. My experience was not a stay since there is a website showing a dog on a guest room bed. Yet. There is no smoking and hypoallergenic bedding available. With a dog having been on the bed, what good is hypoallergenic bedding?

Went to the tasting room and the service was horrible. The guy who was pouring didnt tell us anything about the wine or what type it was. When was asked he seemed to be annoyed and just told us the type. He was more interested in the golf game that they had playing on TV.

High end resort, multiple local winery tasting rooms on site.

We were one of the first gusts to stay here. Even though the resort was still under construction and the pool was not open yet we still had a fantastic stay all because of the resort staff. Nick and his team are absolutely phenomenal, they made us feel welcome and were very appreciative of our critiques. I will definitely, 100% be returning to this resort. I cannot wait to see the final product!

My husband and I stayed at Vista Collina for a long weekend in Napa and had an incredible experience! Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful. We also loved having a gym, several tasting rooms, and a walking path nearby! We also loved grabbing breakfast each day on site at Five Towns Grocery ~ We loved chatting with Dawa there. Her big smile and positivity made our day and we enjoyed her suggestions of places to go and see! I would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!

Very nice rooms and accommodating staff. I like the least eight tasting rooms and regular shuttles to get into downtown Napa. This is a new resort so theyre still getting things sorted. I stayed there a few times and each time they forget one thing or another but theyre always quick to try to make up for their lack of experience. I recommend it.

Great potential, early weeks opened had some speed bumps. Wine quad is a great concept. Perfect location for a work off-siteUpdate: A manager (Brian) followed up on the speed bumps and was very responsive, receptive as well as accommodating after discussing the feedback. The team definitely takes resort quality seriously.

We stayed at Vista Collina on its opening weekend. Unfortunately, the hotel wasnt fully completed, therefore it is difficult to rate the facility. The biggest issue was the fact that the pool area wasnt open. However, Nick Zernick the front Office manager did an outstanding job in making our stay more pleasant. His hospitality and professionalism were exceptional.The hotel staff under his direction was eminently capable and accommodating.
