My princess loves it there she has so much fun every time we go there.

Beautiful open areas, pool and mini water park, picnic tables and covered area, baseball field, amenities, and 2 playgrounds. Lots of shade and a loop for walking. Highly recommend!

There were no lions, which was disappointing, but the playground areas gave me plenty of options to practice my ninja skills. Also, if you need a ninja, I am probably available.

I like to sit in the park and enjoy it. They have play areas for kids and covered areas with picnic tables and benches for picnic and barbecues. They have a few barbecue pits to cook on and there is a large brick fireplace just to make a fire and enjoy it. There is a walking path that winds through it and a stream, or maybe its an irrigation ditch, but either way the running water is peaceful. There are large trees throughout and the grass is well cared for, beautiful and groomed. There are rest areas available if you need them. Its a great place to sit and think, or to ponder on the important questions of existence. Its a great place for a picnic, whether you grab fast food from just down the road or whether you bring more traditional food to cook and enjoy its a nice place to eat. Sometimes there are concerts or events in this park, and sometimes there are birthday parties for the kiddos. It is usually quiet, you dont even notice the traffic near by or hear the sounds of Nampa. Just a quiet peaceful place to relax and let go and enjoy. I recommend this park to everyone, as long as they are respectful of others also wanting to enjoy the park.

We stopped here for lunch with our dog and it was a great opportunity to explore the park . We spoke with a nice park employee and that was positive too.

Its a nice and clean park, not crazy stuff going on. Always mellow when I go by there, bathrooms are kept clean.

This park is awesome! The play place is amazing. There are lots of mature trees for shade.

They update the playground a couple years back and it’s really one of the nicest ones. Can get really busy but it’s mostly shaded. We had other parks closer to us when we lived in Idaho but this one was fun to go to if we were in the area.

Its kind of like a mini ninja warrior course, and it keeps the kids active.,

My kids always have a great time at Lions Park. The hardest and most difficult part about the park is loading them back up in the truck to leave. And I love how there is a basketball court with two of them being high and two of them being low for the younger crowd. I only rate you four stars I only rate you four stars because there are a few rides that I would love to see there to make it complete. The first one is the merry go round. The second one is there I just forget the name of it.

I cannot believe this park has tables and cover. On a hot day this was manna from heaven. (PS pool too.. . I am freaking out right now)

This is such a fun park with unique toys! It is well maintained and kinda tucked away with a baseball diamond and a little swimming pool. Plenty of parking and shade with all of the trees.

We took tractor w wagon 2 toll around and cruise on 4th of July! And low and behold! The tires came off the trailer!!( wagon)!! Luckily the 7 passengers and 8 dogs! Were ok!! just embarassing and stuck on Horton w no jack or tools!! But 2 kind souls by the name of Ted & Jerry lent us a kind hand and we were able 2 get the wheels back on and on our way!! Thanks 2 them!! A special thanks go out 2 them god bless!!

Awesome, interactive park for kids of every age and ability! Whoever designed this park did a phenomenal job! The ground cover is non messy and cushioned to help falls not hurt so much. Each station has the regular playground equipment but also has an interactive learning experience built in. Theres a musical/light installation that has multiple game choices but is also great for really small kids who just love music. Our 1 year old grandson has a blast at this park, and all we have to do is keep up with following him through the stations!

I took my dog here and my best friend. We had a little picnic and we had a great time. Its a nice park, and wonderful seating area. I hope whoever is planning on going here has as good of a time as I did.

Great new playground, meant for ages 2 to 12 years old. Many, many play opportunities, including a ramp, swings, slides, ladders, and electronic music game. Tall, established trees, baseball fields and lots of open green space!

This is a great park for the kids. Its very clean. It would be a five star park if it werent for the vehicles that drive through a little too fast.

Great park. Scenic and spacious. Not as busy on average as other parks tend to be. An amazing playground thats great for kids(do watch your kids if little because it has a 2nd story that you have to climb to)3 pokestops and 3 gyms(1 you can only reach by foot)A lovely place to visit for a family outing

My kids love this place. Its all fairly new equipment. Lots to do from swings to slides, obstacle courses, things to climb on, even a musical game that requires running around and pressing light up buttons. Definitely recommend this location. There is also a large grassy area to kick or throw a ball, with a softball diamond right there to.

Quaint little park with an above average play area for the little ones. It also has a pool and at least one ballfield. Mature trees offer plentiful shade for those hot days.

Once relaxing beautiful park if you have kids there is a new awesome play ground

This is a wonderful park with lots of great share and grass and play equipment in very good condition. But at 4th of July somebody set fire to some of the rubber mat in the play area. Our kids came away from playing on the equipment all covered in black sooty smudges. Overall a very good park, just check out the play area first if you have kids.

This is a great park with lots of modern upgrades to spend the day at with your kids. The city has done a wonderful job with the local parks and Lyons park is no exception to that.

Lions park is by floor one of the coolest parks around. There is a electronic interactive jungle gym play area that allows the parent to interact with with their phones via an app.Definitely worth a visit.

Love this park, great for all age levels and abilities, with wheel chair access. Great amount of shade. Full basketball court where our kids can ride scooters & bikes. Clean & well maintained. Foam play mats instead of bark. Our favorite park. Close to a swim pool & splash area as well, but they are separate & charge for entry.

I used to take my daughter to this park almost daily as it was always clean and well maintained. But it has been vandalized recently so have the stuff is ruined or not working properly and covered in paint or looks like it was set on fire and melted. Not really worth it to go anymore. Its just very sad

Lions Park is a great place for a family outing, with playground equipment, covered pavilions, a nearby walking trail, and a baseball field complete with bleachers. Its also situated in a relatively low traffic but highly residential area of Nampa that doesnt have a lot by way of affordable family activity. Drawbacks include awkwardly arranged parking with lines that are no longer visible, and half the park completely bereft of handy shaded areas. All in all, its in a good location where people can take advantage of its good features.

Nice play equipment but did not feel safe at all! Everything was in full sun & very hot.

Great park, other than repairs needed on equipment. Need more benches for disabled grandparents, like myself, to sit while kids play.

Lions Park is a great place to take the family for a picnic. There is lots of shade and many beautiful trees. The playground has been vastly improved for the children in recent years and they love to play on the equipment. I appreciate the safety cover on the ground below and all around the playground equipment.

There is a lot of space and decent amount of parking. This park has a baseball diamond and the playground is updated for the kids to adventure and enjoy.

I reserved a shelter for $60.00, and when we got there someone had already set up for a party; we had to tell them to move because we were expecting a large group of people. I think you need to put up a large RESERVED sign when someone has reserved the shelter so that this doesnt happen.
