Great service a lot to do. I had my daughters 7th birthday there and we had a blast! The service was amazing!!!! My son which he is one loved it there. We had a great day there. So much to do. My daughter loved her day there. She did so much. Great place to have your children run off energy. Great place for a birthday party. We literally had a blast! We forgot what was happening in the world for day, and had so much fun. Thank you!!!!
I’ve had great memories here. I wanted to go with my friends this summer when I was visiting my dad and them in Idaho but COVID-19 hindered it. You will have fun! Bring water because you can get hot and get outta breath from jumping around. Oh and the food is great!
Previous ownership was great, unfortunately my kids received a gift pass that expired while they were closed with COVID-19. When we attempted to call and explain, we were flat out told that they would not honor the passes and that we should have used them before they closed. This is the first place that refused to honor due to these circumstances and I was appalled.
Great place, only issue was their check in. My first time taking a child here, ...they were not helpful with letting us know the procedures/ rules etc. Employees were at a loss when I couldnt do the sign in on my phone ( it was broken) and had to find a form i could fill out. Really fun place & clean, but some direction is needed for customers, not everyone has been here before & knows the drill.
The staff went above and beyond. My son’s birthday balloon ended up in the ceiling and they took the time to get a ladder and a pole and get it back for us. I wish I had asked for their names but the staff on the morning of 09/04 were excellent.
What an awesome place for a childs birthday party. The staff was friendly and helpful. The kids all had a great time.
Good place to go if you like employees following you around and sternly warning you and your kids to follow all the rules in the 30 page rule handbook. Felt like we were being watched the whole time to see if the kids would be scolded by an employee for not keeping the place as neat as a pin. If you are an uppity helicopter-style liberal mom you would like it. Otherwise stay away. Never gonna go there again.
My 7 year old son, who has a flight pass, was physically assaulted by a child twice his size today. He was pushed off a trampoline and fell after the bigger kid told my son to get off the tramp. My son had just gotten on and said he was there first. Regardless, when management was notified not only was the kid not kicked out permanently, they didn’t have a investigation into the misdemeanor at all. The kid and his family were allowed to stay with no repercussions. We were three people that have flight passes. All of us are now scared for the safety of our children. I expect a responsible response from the owner before we take this further.
Great facility and they keep it cool so kids dont overheat. This was a fantastic addition to our road trip so our 8 year old could get out of the car for an hour and make an awesome memory... Wish we had something of this caliber in HI.
Although I love the park the customer service at Circus trix/ defy is very poor with little help to help. They started billing my credit card with no notification that they had opened up after closing for pandemic and make it difficult to cancel membership. I would not allow this company any credit card info.
Best place to take your kids to exercise and build coordination. Highly recommended.
SOOO much fun for the kids! They have tons of room to bounce and play and get some excercise while burning energy! The 6-month pass for $50 is a steal and will be great now while the weather is gross and later in summer when it’s super hot out. I will say that right now - spring break - it is NUTS here though
I was prepared to give 3 stars due to the issues with using the discount code promoted on the google search. HOWEVER....I asked these kiddos which place they liked better. J**pTime or DEFYDEFY IT IS FOLKS!We stayed well over our 1.5 hours at $50.88 (with $5/ticket discount) for 1 child 6 and under and 2 teenagers.Brenden gave us the discount despite our troubles redeeming it AND denying my credit card for being expired. Nope not expired.Little bumps in the road for BIG FUN!!!!THANK YOU BRENDEN N STAFF!!!!
Grand teens loved it. They needed that energy spent. Thank you!
It was absolutely amazing and I felt like all of the attractions were great and safe and I really enjoyed this park. However though, im not sure if it was just laziness or if they were assigned to a spot but the staff didnt have a clear view on all of the attractions a i felt a little uncertain on some. Besides that i really enjoyed it and I do plan on coming back sometime or another, thank you DEFY Boise :).
Defy is to small for my liking. If it was in a bigger location they could have more variety.
Loved it, me and my sister had so much fun. We played fun games there. Everything there is great. The co workers are amazing. They talked and had fun with me and my sister. I loved it there so much. I hope to come for my birthday.
This place is super fun i went there like every day last summer and it was pretty fun.
We did an amazing race type activity with 4 of our kids. It was the perfect place for our final challenges. There is so much to do that challenges older kids in addition to it being fun for the younger ones. The staff was awesome and very friendly and accommodating to our needs for the contest. We are heading there again tonight for our 14 year old sons birthday.
My kids love it here and always have a blast every time we come. There are so many different trampolines, foam pits and fun obstacle courses for them to choose from. Its never a dull moment and its a great way for them to expel some of their energy.
This place I great for kids to get their energy out. My son loves this place and burns through a lot of his energy when he gets here. Its easy to watch your kids playing and there is food and beverages available in the lobby area.
Great place to let the kiddos burn that energy off..
The kids had a great time! There is a wide variety of things to do and it is well designed. An hour and a half is perfect to enjoy all of the areas. The experience would benefit from employees observing and enforcing the rules. I feel for the bored teens working there, but they were mostly clustered together chatting. Kids were getting hurt and behaving dangerously and they didnt notice. One child even climbed up onto a closed attraction nearly jumping off of it, before deciding to get down while two employees chatted within feet of her. Granted, parents should be supervising, but.....All said though, I definitely recommend checking it out.
My child loved this place, so much fun and what a workout for me too. It is a little pricey though if you just go for the day. The monthly membership would be a great deal if you plan to go multiple times per month.
We had a fun time at DEFY. There was quite a variety of trampolines and obstacles: ninja course, rock climbing wall, obstacle course, dodgeball room, party room, a variety of swings, super tramps. It is great, but not the best for younger children.
The new management of the park yelled at my friends and I for no apparent reason. Definitely not a place I recommend.
The facility is fun. I brought my 2 year old there and we had a blast. However the process to get in and start jumping as a first timer was confusing, frustrating and unnecessarily time consuming. Its not obvious where to go when you enter. Went to the front desk and waited in line only to get sent to the waiver kiosks and waited in line again for 10 minutes (one was not working and just needed an employee to log into it), then back to the front desk to wait in line again. It took 20 minutes when it could have taken less than 5.
My girls loves this place. Doesn’t get old. Brenden at the front always friendly and great person.
It is great for letting your kids run around and have fun. But as far as a birthday party just dont expect much as far as a hostess goes. In the beginning they kept changing my hostess for some reason. Then I was told to move all my gifts, shoes, food, and cake to this room down the hall. No help from her until a manager saw me carry a box. Then he made her come check in she came in and said ok Ill get your food now. Then gone until the end when she said make sure you check out at the desk Then I found out there was a warmer that could have had my food in it but my hostess didnt say that she told me to just leave them on the counter. But as far as the kids go they had a great time. Just still stress on me.
My 12 year old son went and here is his take, “I really liked the trapeze. There were so many trampolines! I could literally bounce higher than the ceiling on the super trampoline. It was awesome! The only part I didn’t like was the part where you jump off of the ledge into the foam pi, but that’s because I’m afraid of heights. It would probably be fun for someone else.”
Ive taken my kids to several of the trampoline places and Circus Trix has the best customer service out of all of them. Theyre always very friendly and helpful. I usually take my kids when they have a day off from school and I take my laptop and work. They have extremely fast internet (unlike another trampoline place). I really like that I can work work while my kids play.
This place is awesome!!! I went to 3 different jump parks this last week and this was the most fun I had. The trampoline set ups are great, the ninja course is fun and challenging, as is the climbing wall, the trapeze is set high enough to do tricks... Theres ropes and the acrobatic cloth things, no idea what theyre called, and I didnt even do everything they had there. Its fun for all age groups. Also, they have really great art all over the walls, super fun atmosphere. I cant wait to go back.
My girls absolutely love coming here. I live that it wears them out!
My kids love going.. and overall its fine and a fun activity, but theres a lack of professionalism in the way things are run. Most specifically, the entire time weve been going there, (since it opened) there is no way to leave a message. When I call their phone number, I often have to call SEVERAL times just to get someone to answer. When no one does, a recording comes on and says, the mailbox of the person you are calling is full and cannot accept messages at this time. And then it hangs up. I need to speak to someone about our billing for our monthly passes, and its a nightmare getting someone on the phone. If they could just step it up a bit on being more professional, we would absolutely love it. Please figure out answering the phone!
Love this place. The kids and I purchased the monthly membership and go all the time. The staff is very helpful and fun as well.
Kids liked it. Hard to enjoy it when youre so out to shape. Lol
My kids love this place.
Great place for the kids to play. Decent price. Lots of cool stuff to do. Food is a little high priced but thats normal for a place like this. Definitely recommend.
Kids always have a blast at Defy!
First things first: it’s double the price of Altitude. The facilities are marginally better, but not worth twice the price or the long line (due to employee illiteracy).Going through the obtrusive waiver process where they ask you for ALL of the contact info so they can spam you later is pointless if the employees cannot find the waiver information in their system 10 minutes later.
My kids love this place... as a parent I HATE THIS PLACE!!! Just to get in it takes 20-25 mins to check in since they have a ‘membership lane’ next to the regular check in with 1 person working the checkout!!!! Bathrooms are dirty, always smells like feet... place is actually pretty small for all the people in the area.
Been here in the past and it was fine. Today we were heading into Boise and thought it would be great to bring the kids. I used my groupon gift card and purchased two tickets. Upon arrival the young gal proceeds to tell me as courtesy this one time she would scan my vouchers off my phone. She said it was in the fine print... regardless this is not a green option . I had to find an employee because the restroom had zero tp in any of the stalls. Should consider having an employee near the tumble trac the little kids are gonna it since a free for all.
Didnt die. Kids loved it as usual. Free socks. #winning
Its so much fun! Its a huge trampoline park where you can have fun and be with friends
The place was clean, the staff members were organized, helpful and very friendly. We brought a large group of students and all students were jumping within moments of their arrival. Thank you staff members of Circus Trix, our students had a GREAT time and it is a trip we will repeat in years to come.
I’m 31 years old and I had a blast! Would go again! I wish there were places like this when I was a kid.
Great place for kids to burn off energy. They are super cheap too!
Great place to have a great day! Staff are very nice and helpful! Very reasonably priced! Fun for all ages, very nice and clean. All staff were great, but one staff member was amazing and went above and beyond, Rickey, thanks for making our visit especially fun!
Incredible fun for the entire family and all ages. Staff was friendly and helpful. My 3 year old up to my 10 year old loved it plus my wife and I felt like kids again havin fun with the entire family. So many different fun things to do. We will definitely be going back.
I have been to a number of trampoline parks between UT and ID. This is THE ABSOLUTELY BEST one Ive ever tired. 10/10. A+. The facility is clean and doesnt feel grimy. There is A TON to do and the staff have been pretty friendly. Wish I had a membership because it could be a good substitute for my work out.
Just talked with the supervisor to ask about the lock in. I asked if they background check their employees. Her first answer was no. I asked what they did for screening. She had no idea other than to tell me they check social media when they hire someone. I asked how they know their new hire has not been in trouble for hurting a minor. She said again they check social media. She then went on to tell me that if I did not trust this company enough then this probably wasn’t going to be a good place for my daughter. I was shocked! I went on to explain that we are sending our children to them for the night. They are strangers to us- how would we trust them without knowing them. That’s why I was asking about background checks. She went on to explain that people under 18 would be working the event. I went on to ask how many adults were going to be there tonight - she had a difficult time telling me how many adults would be there. This entire conversation was very concerning regarding the safety of our kids. I already told my daughter she could attend this event so she will be going. But I went on to have a conversation with my daughter reminding her basically to be aware of stranger danger. The young supervisor went on to assure me that they had 10 staff working tonight... to supervise the - over 200 kids that are gonna be there... as if that should I reassure me. Ugh. So very frustrating!! We will probably not be back after this event. How can a business not background check its employees who are working with children for an event where their parents will not be there?????
I reserved a room for a team party which consists of 15 middle school basketball players. Gavin, one of the employees, accommodated our large group and upgraded us to a bigger room. He was so helpful and made the whole process run smoothly, such as getting all the boys checked in and on schedule. I would highly recommend seeing Gavin for all your CircusTrix needs. He made my first time there stress free and enjoyable.
Great place to get some great exercise and let your kids go! Beware of the smelly foam pits and getting very hot very quickly. My family always enjoys coming here, especially on Monday family nights. $45 for all six of us is a good deal.
I had my 7 year old daughters birthday party Fair and they were great
This place is EPIC! A really good place to have a party, but its really expensive to get like a party table and whatever, so dont do that, just invite a whole bunch of friends and go out to eat afterwards. I really enjoy all the different activities that you can do. Its pretty new as well. Its a really good place to take your kids. Im definitely coming back!
Great indoor party place when you have a winter/early spring birthday kiddo.
I feel relaxed when Im here because I get to have fun with my family
Great experience! We did the birthday package and it was perfect! The staff was very accommodating and so helpful with everything. The kids had a blast and so did the adults. I would definitely recommend circus Trix for a fun outing or birthday party.
Love this place. It is a bit less busy than other trampoline parks.
I came with 6 kids ages 5 & under. It was perfect. They released lots of energy. It was easy to keep an eye on them with there being only one entrance/exit. They all had a blast and loved the freedom.
I like that this place doesn’t have a bunch of food. Just a few vending machines. And no arcade games or anything else. I like it better than gym time where the kids end up spending more time sometimes whining for food or money for a game instead of getting physical exercise. This place has great fun stuff to do and no distractions from that. Kids had a great time and will definitely come back!
Nice place! Very clean and well managed. There was lots to do and the hour went quickly without any chance to get bored. Fun time had by all!
I personally cant jump because of medical reasons, but my kids and my husband did and they loved it. I love the fact that I can interact with them even though Im not jumping. Great place and I plan on taking my grand kids next time
Love it here really fun to see my kids different tricks they can do. And awesome help from the referrers making sure everyone is on the same page and making sure everyone is safe and having fun. I will keep coming back every now and then thank you circus trix we hope to come to your building soon.
I was very concerned for my childs safety. Mainly because of the lack of attention from the staff. My son stubbed his toe on one of the trampolines and the workers refused to give him ice because it cost money. He had a bruised toe the next day and he slowly got depressed. I will not be returning to Defy Boise.
Lincoln is the most helpful kind guy! Thanks sooooo much thanks for making our night wonderful!!
Went on a Thursday night. Thought it would be kind of empty, but there were lots of young kids which made me feel really old! Good times, but a couple of the pits/mats were not usable which was a little disappointing. Also, it would be great to have hand sanitizer available through out the area. Otherwise, it was fun. Lots of trampolines.
They need to improve the safety measures here. First off, the foam pits are not deep enough or have enough foam to break a fall. My husband broke his leg near the rock wall - he didn’t fall, he let go to get off. Went right through the foam pit to the concrete bottom. He’s only 170!lbs. The Doc- Ortho clinic treating him said this place keeps them in business. They see several injuries per week.
They double charged me for my food, their photo did work they charged me $15... I did get the 15 back, not the food. Pay cash! . Other than that the kids had a blast
Amazing Place to bring your family. Keeping the facility clean is highly important to the employees. Having been at other Jump Arenas I would highly recommend this location over any others in the area.
My child loves this place when we go and it gives your kids a chance to have fun
We had so much fun! We had little kids and it’s very good for that age. Only thing is the lockers were locked open and didn’t work and a refreshment center would be great It would be a great money maker for you guys as well!
Really fun! I went with my cousins and we had so much fun. I would definitely recommend it for teenagers and i saw a lot of little kids there too so it’s pretty age friendly!
I nearly every day last summer, it is a lot of fun. I love it when they sale passes. It would be nice if they had a snack bar, cafe, or something of that sorts for the parents. Amazing overall though, I totally recommend.
This is a really neat trampoline park, but their prices arent awesome. There is a time limit which never seems long enough. They do have a lot to offer.. tons of trampolines, lockers for belongings, booties in the bathrooms to keep your socks clean (which no one else wears).. the staff if pretty quick, location is good, but like I said the time you get with a purchase just isnt ideal. Look on groupon for tickets, it is the cheapest there.
Had my son’s birthday party here, and it was worth every penny I paid and each ounce of sanity I saved from not having to coordinate everything. I didn’t think that 2 hours for the party was going to be enough, but the kids were starving after jumping for an hour. Then the 45 mins in the party room was the perfect amount of time for pizza, cupcakes, and gifts. We absolutely love CircusTrix, and plan on having more parties there in the future.
We just hosted our sons fifth birthday at Circustrix and it was an amazing experience. They took care of setup and clean up for us, which was a really nice perk. Our party host did an amazing job of communicating with us and letting us know what to expect. The whole staff was friendly and really made our party feel welcome. It was also really convenient that plates, cups, napkins, and utensils were provided. We had use of a fridge and freezer and our party host was amazing at grabbing things for us as we needed them. He was very helpful and let us know what was going on so we could form a game plan. The only thing that I wish was different was the length of time that we had use of the party room. We had an hour of jump time and then 45 minutes in the party room, but an hour would have been much nicer. Getting through presents, pizza, and cake and ice cream was really rushed with only 45 minutes. That being said, I still give the experience 5-stars and would definitely book again. Thank you Circustrix!
Birthday party success for my 14 year old rockstar! The staff was super nice! Quick registration and Vic was an awesome party host. She setup and cleaned up and had an engaging attitude with the kids and adults!
Everything about this place has something exciting to it. Theres a ninja course, rope swings, trampolines, 10 foot ninja walls. So basically its just an American Ninja Warrior training facility. Not really, but it might as well be, with the ways the obstacles test your skills. I do believe its 11 dollars a person, 8 to renew another hour. They provide socks for 3 bucks at the registration that you get to keep. Dont get hurt. This place might not be very perfect for children 5 and under. Falling is innevitable. Becareful and may you and your kids have a blast. There is a rest area with television if parents arent up for some fun as well.
Let my 11-year-old daughter and her 11 friends go and enjoy an evening here. I filled out the online promising form for my daughter. My daughters friend needed to have one filled out also. The customer service person told my daughter to just have me fill it out the form for my daughters friend. Beings I am not her father I did not do what was suggested. The girls did get offered two free passes for another night beings it was so late. At that time I left to pick up the kids. I had a 30-minute drive. After about 10 minutes of waiting inside on the bench. A young man walked up to the girls and asked if they were part of the Flyers group. They said no. The young man said then you will need to leave. It was 53 degrees. The young ladies dressed to playing indoors. Was not dressed to wait outside for 20 minutes. Two 11 girls around 8:30 pm walked to another store but it was closed. At that time they sat on the sidewalk waiting for me. I picked them up and was informed of what happened. I went back to share my frustrations and disappointment with the manager on duty. After telling Kyle what I was informed. He informed me that no one from his staff told the girls to leave. After talking to my daughter and her friend. They were asked to leave. I will be reaching out to someone higher than the manager on duty at the time. Beings the manager on duty did not even ask his staff before basically calling my kid a liar.
4 stars! Defy has been a lot of fun for me! Great way to hang out with friends, but unless you get one of their season passes and plan on visiting enough to get your moneys worth its a bit expensive...
This place is awesome! Way more fun than jump time. The open floor plan and abundance of seating makes it easy to watch your children play. They have a variety of different activities that kept the kids entertained for hours. The facility is clean and the staff are friendly and interact with the kids, enhancing the experience. We will definitely be back!!
Fun for the whole family!! We had my kiddos 6th bday and my brothers 26th bday here together everyone loved it! Branden and our party host Kelly were great!Big thanks to Jenny(party planner) for also taking care of us!
Took my 5 year old to the summer camp. Had so much fun, burned a TON of energy. The staff are great around the little ones. Everyone with positive and energetic. They really encourage the children to be brave and adventurous. I cant wait to take all my children here to learn bodily control and confidence.
Great place to let your four year old release some energy. Made the mistake a few times of purchasing 2 hour passes...it does not take two hours to blow off energy for a four year old!!! 1 hour is suitable for us!! Other than that, it doesnt smell like feet as you would expect, and for there being kids that do much of the watching and monitoring, they do a great job! Keep your socks for the next time, and you save 3 bucks!!!
I have been taking my grandsons here for three years. I know the boys enjoy this place and have had no problems until recently. The workers have decreased over a period of time. And on Tues. night there was 1 girl ! I girl!!!!! There were other kids 4 at counter and then two disappeared. She was standing where the chain is for customers to come in. There was no one helping with the equipment. I couldn’t believe it. At first we got there around 6:15 very few people. By 7 a lot of older kids came in. Some wearing shoes on trampolines!! Concerned me a bit as they are rough and jump in front of small children and seem to take over. When we checked in the guy behind the counter didn’t even look up boys 3 month deal. Or their names. Or to make sure they had waivers!!!! Since we were checking in 6:15 I didn’t realize they had to leave at 8. He gave the boys silver bands. When I realized went back to counter and asked if boys wait for 15 minutes until 6:30 can they jump for 2 hours he said yes. No problem. But didn’t change the bands. He even came to the chained area at 6:25 and told the boys go jump. At 8:00 one of my grandsons were told he needed to leave. I went up to counter and the same young man told me I dont recall what you are saying. I said 1 1/2 hours ago and you don’t remember. He seemed to be very like I got caught!!!! But stuck to I don’t remember. I told the girl I m not very happy right now. For this mix up and only having 1 worker on the floor this is not right. She changed his band. And he went back to jump. But lost 10 minutes. This doesn’t make me very happy. We go quite often and my son bought a 3 month membership for the boys. But after this not sure I will be taking the boys back.,someone could get really hurt with no supervision. I ve commented on it before as it seems less and less supervision. And the one young man just said it’s hard getting people to work here. A lot of the workers don’t pay attention as well like they don’t want to be there. They seem to be bored.?One in particular talks with his friends and is not watching. But some really do seem to enjoy the kids and interacts with them. This is not good. Someone is gonna get hurt!
Great type of business, poorly managed. Ive gone a few times. The front desk is understaffed, often with only one person to check people in even during the peak times just before every hour. In addition, the jumping area is also often understaffed and I wonder about how safe the area really is. Finally, theyve just expanded with a snack bar. Unfortunately, the snack bar is severely overpriced. The snack bar provides a temptation for my children, but my constantly having to repeat the word no means I wont be taking them to Circustrix as often. That said, I do like having a cool place for my kids to exercise during the hot summer months,
Ive had a lot of fun going this summer. Very nice place
A bit spendy but well worth the money. Super clean and well run. Tons of fun.
We had the best time here. All the employees were so nice and helpful. We will definitely be back the next visit to Boise.
