This place is ideal for groups to be able to stay together, as if it was a beach house. There is a grilling area with many picnic tables. Owners are very attentive and always there if needed. Nice atmosphere with a pool and ocean so close you need not have to leave far from the property except to get groceries for kitchen or entertainment activities which are also right there! I highly recommend for groups the Price per person is very reasonable and hard to find anywhere else to accommodate groups in large numbers.It also has a family friendly atmosphere about the place. Try it and enjoy!

Very nice place to stay. Near everything. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The owners were very accommodating, and were there if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend, and planning on staying again next year.

GREAT PLACE FOR GROUPS TO STAY!!! The location is great bc it’s in the center of everything. We rarely leave the retreat. The beach is so close. The owners are on site. If anything is wrong or we need anything, it’s taken care of immediately!! They are so kind. It’s a family friendly atmosphere. The pool is so refreshing after a long day at the beach. The beds are the most common beds we have slept on. The retreat is great for groups bc we can stay in the same room or all in the same floor. The kitchen on each floor is very convenient bc we were able to have all our meals tofu which saves us money. The picnic tables around the place are so nice for eating or having small group time.All in all it’s a wonderful place to stay for groups! We highly recommend it!

The center was very dirty upon arrival and needed cleaning. Silverfish were coming out from under the couches and there was mold in both the bunk bed rooms and was very noticeable. Several people developed sinus congestion after the first night of sleeping. Would not rent again.

A great location with a less than 5 minute walk from the beach! We had a group of about 25 people and were so pleased with the large rooms set up with bunk beds, providing a blanket and pillow each. We brought our own sheets and pillow cases, but enjoyed the space, with the living area, tv, kitchen and BEST PART was having 4 bathrooms with 4 showers available, which was a blessing to our group. Also a grill and in-ground pool available when weather is nice enough. One of the best locations around for a large group especially.

We stayed at this place for our annual college church retreat. When we arrived, the place hadnt been cleaned, there were around 15 silverfish that came out of the sofa. The refridgerator wasnt cleaned out and there were hairs in the shower and on my mattress. When we setup our bunks and went to bed that night, about 5 of us started coughing. My throat started getting inflammed and I had bad drainage. My brother had red eyes and was coughing too. Once we started looking around, we noticed mold on the walls everywhere. My sheets had gotten damp too. I slept with a cover over my head to keep from breathing it in. The next day my sinuses were inflammed and there were many of us who had to go outside to get away from the moldy air. We finally left earlier than planned because my brother got a fever because his sinuses were so inflammed. He was hacking up green stuff. We dont ever plan to stay here again. The cleanliness was terrible.
